    Pengelolaan kelas yang efektif adalah syarat bagi terciptanya pengajaran yang efektif, yang bertujuan mencapai tujuan pembelajaran dapat tercapai secara optimal. Keterampilan pengelolaan kelas yang baik seharusnya memberikan pengaruh yang baik pula terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. Berdasarkan latar belakang tersebut, maka permasalahan yang penulis angkat adalah bagaimanakah keterampilan guru dalam pengelolaan kelas pada mata pelajaran akuntansi di SMA Negeri se Kabupaten Kebumen. Variabel dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari satu variabel yaitu keterampilan guru dalam pengelolaan kelas. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode dokumentasi, metode observasi, dan metode wawancara sebagai pendukung kelengkapan dan klarifikasi data, sedang metode analisis data menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif persentase. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan keterampilan guru pada mata pelajaran akuntansi di SMA Negeri se Kabupaten Kebumen sudah menunjukkan kompetensi pengelolaan kelas. Guru mampu menciptakan dan memelihara kondisi belajar yang optimal, serta mampu mengembangkan kondisi belajar yang optimal

    The Effect of Family Environment and Internet Usage on Learning Motivation

    This research aims to identify the effect of family environment and the internet USAge as learning source simultanly or partially on economics learning motivation. Population was Senior High School 5 students (IIS/Social Program) Semarang. 192 students were analyzed as sample. Data collecting method used questionnaire. While data analyzing used descriptive and double equal regression analysis. From the descriptive analysis, it was found that the learning motivation is high (62%), good family environment (61%), good internet USAge as learning source (67%). Findings show that family environment and the internet USAge as learning source simultanly give positive effect and significant to motivation in learning economics by 39.8%. Partially, family environment gives positive effect and significant to economics learning motivation by 17.2%, the internet USAge as learning source gives positive effect and significant to economics learning motivation by 8.6%. It can be concluded that family environment and the internet USAge as learning USAge give positive effect and significant to economics learning motivation at Senior High School 5 Semarang simultanly and partially. Hence, it is suggested that family environment should be kept in good condition, the internet USAge as learning media should be provided more optimal, family hopefully always keeps condusive, calm, comfortable and enjoyable condition, and the last, students should improve the intensity of accessing economics information through the internet

    Pengaruh Praktik Kerja Industri Dan Penguasaan Mata Diklat Terhadap Kesiapan Kerja Siswa Smk Di Kabupaten Kendal

    The objective of the study was to investigate the influence of industrial work practices and accounting productive mastery toward students\u27 work readiness in 12the Grade students of accounting program vocational schools in Kendal district both simultaneously and partially. The population of the study was accounting students in state and private vocational school in Kendal, they were 368 students. The samples were 192 students chosen by proportional random sampling technique. Data were collected by documentation and questionnaires, then analyzed by descriptive analysis. Furthermore, hypothesis was tested by multiple linear regression analysis. The result showed that industrial work practices and accounting productive mastery influenced simultaneously toward students\u27 work readiness by 56.6%, and partially, the influence of industrial work practices was 45.02% and the influence of accounting productive mastery was only 18.15%

    Strategi Kemitraan Smk Dengan Stakeholders Dalam Pengembangan Kewirausahaan Lulusan

    This study aims at finding a synergetic partnership model between vocational high schools (SMK) with stakeholders for the educational implementation of SMK in developing their graduate entrepreneurship. The study employed Research and Development as research method. The first-year results of the study are as follows: (1) a synergetic and sustainable partnership between SMK and stakeholders in developing the graduate entrepreneurship is very essential mainly in the aspects of curriculum development, implementation of learning strategies, utilization of human resources, evaluation, and distribution of graduates; (2) the existing partnership between SMK and stakeholders has not specifically developed graduate entrepreneurship, but more in the form of implementation of industrial working practices (prakerin) which includes learning activities, utilization of human resources, and evaluation of learning; (3) partnership between SMK and stakeholders is very necessary, starting from the planning and development of the curriculum
