    Pegadaian is a State Owned Enterprises (SOEs) is engaged in financing, with the main business is pawning services. The level of competition in the mortgage sector is currently very tight, and will continue to increase the complexity and intensity. Further pawnshop must continually improve its performance, that the company competitive advantage can be realized. Important factor to consider in this case is the performance appraisal system, because the objective performance appraisal system, comprehensive, and continuous performance of the company will continuously be reviewed and could be improved. The performance appraisal system has been used in Pegadaian is to use the merit system approach. This approach is considered highly subjective and may not represent actual employee performance. Another approach that is popular and widely used is the assessment of performance using a balanced scorecard approach, which is a strategic management system that can be used to assess the company\u27s performance objectively and comprehensively. This research is to design a framework for appraisal the performance of the employee (System Operations Manager) uses a balanced scorecard approach to the IT Operations Division of Pegadaian. Design framework for assessing performance using the balanced scorecard approach is done through two main stages, design scorecard for the mission center which then cascaded into team and personal scorecard

    Use of information technology is essential for the company, because it can increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the company\u27s performance. But the application of information technology is not always successful. One of the critical success factors of the application of information technology is the attitude of the users who use the technology. UTAUT also used by some researchers to look at the intentions and behavior of users of information technology in several areas of the company. Therefore, this study was developed by adopting the model to see the intentions of the user UTAUT Zabbix Application in PT Media Nusantara Citra Tbk. Four constructs of UTAUT used as determinants that influence the behavioral intentions (behavioral intentions user), namely performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence and facilitating conditions. Data in the study were tested by means of SEM (Structural Equation Model). SEM is a statistical analysis tool used to complete multilevel research model simultaneously. SEM can be used to solve equations with variables that make up a path. Data obtained through 50 questionnaires distributed to PT Media Nusantara Citra Tbk and in particular the IT Infrastructure Division. The analysis showed that behavioral intentions are significantly influenced by the user, effort expectancy and facilitating conditions, while the performance expectancy and social factors influence found no significant effect

    — This research aims was to analyze user acceptance of Pegadaian Helpdesk Application Systems (PHAS) in PT Pegadaian (Persero), using Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). This research is a quantitative research, which uses three variables, that is independent variable (perceived ease of use), intervening variables (perceived of usefullness, attitude toward using, and behavioral intention to use), and the dependent variable (actual use). Based on the research that has been conducted, it is known that the respondents considered PHAS is quite easy to use and PHAS are considered quite useful in work. Respondent also thought that their attitude towards using and behavioral intention in the use of PHAS is a moderate level (medium). Then, respondents also have the same assumption about the actual use of PHAS, where they have a moderate valuation to actual using PHAS.Meanwhile, based on hypothesis testing, it is known that perceived ease of use significantly effect to perceived usefulness and attitude toward using PHAS. Perceived usefulness PHAS significantly effect to attitude towards using PHAS, behavioral intention to use PHAS, and actual PHAS use. Then, attitude towards using PHAS significantly effect to behavioral intention to use PHAS. And, behavioral intention to use PHAS signicantly effect to actual PHAS use. Intisari— Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis penerimaan pengguna terhadap Pegadaian Helpdesk Application Systems (PHAS) pada PT Pegadaian (Persero), dengan menggunakan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Penelitian ini termasuk ke dalam kategori penelitian kuantitatif, yang menggunakan tiga variabel, yaitu variabel bebas (persepsi kemudahan penggunaan), variabel persepsi kegunaan, variabel sikap terhadap penggunaan, dan variabel minat perilaku untuk menggunakan sebagai variabel antara, serta variabel penggunaan sesungguhnya sebagai variabel terikat. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan, dapat diketahui bahwa responden menganggap PHAS cukup mudah untuk digunakan dan PHAS dianggap cukup berguna dalam bekerja. Responden juga beranggapan bahwa sikap dan minat mereka terhadap penggunaan PHAS berada dalam tingkat sedang. Kemudian, responden juga memiliki anggapan yang sama hal penggunaan PHAS sesungguhnya, di mana mereka memiliki penilaian yang biasa-biasa saja (sedang).Sementara itu, berdasarkan uji hipotesis yang dilakukan diketahui bahwa persepsi kemudahan penggunaan PHAS berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap persepsi kegunaan PHAS dan sikap menggunakan PHAS. Persepsi kegunaan PHAS berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap sikap menggunakan PHAS, minat menggunakan PHAS, dan penggunaan PHAS yang sesungguhnya. Kemudian, sikap menggunakan PHAS berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap minat perilaku menggunakan PHAS. Dan, minat perilaku menggunakan PHAS berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap penggunaan PHAS sesungguhnya.     Âľ The aim of this research is to use the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) in evaluating the level of user acceptance of GIA Information System in PT ARI Jakarta. So that, it will be known the level of user acceptance of GIA Information Systems, and all the factors that influence the user acceptance it self. The variables in this research are consist of independent variables; perceived ease of use - PEOU, intervening variables; perceived of usefullness - PU, attitude toward using - ATU, and behavioral intention to use - BIU, and the dependent variable; actual use - AU. The method of processing and analysis of the data in this research will be analyzed descriptive statistics analysis, simple linear regression analysis, and multiple linear regression analysis by SPSS version 21. The results of this research are as follows 1) Average user ratings on all variables are high; 2) Variable PEOU have given positive and significant influence to Variable PU; 3) Variable PEOU did not has a positive and significant influence to Variable ATU; 4) Variable PU have given positive and significant influence to Variable ATU; 5) Variable PU have given positive and significant influence to Variable BIU; 6) Variable ATU did not has a positive and significant influence to Variable BIU; 7) Variable PU did not has a positive and significant influence to Variable AU; and 8) Variable BIU have given positive and significant influence to Variable ATU; Intisari Âľ Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menggunakan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) untuk mengevaluasi tingkat penerimaan pengguna terhadap Sistem Informasi GIA di PT ARI Jakarta. Sehingga diketahui bagaimana tingkat penerimaan pengguna terhadap Sistem Informasi GIA, serta faktor-faktor apa saja yang berpengaruh dalam penerimaan pengguna tersebut. Variabel penelitian ini terdiri dari variabel bebas ; persepsi kemudahan penggunaan (PEOU), variabel antara ; persepsi kegunaan (PU), sikap terhadap penggunaan (ATU), dan minat perilaku untuk menggunakan (BIU), serta variabel bebas ; penggunaan sistem sesungguhnya (AU). Teknik pengolahan dan analisis data yang digunakan yaitu dengan menggunakan statistik deskriptif, analisis regresi linear sederhana, analisis linear berganda menggunakan SPSS versi 21. Software development method used is the Waterfall method. With web-based academic information system is expected to help resolve the problems . Some weaknesses in GPS Skywave today, is like information about the ship's position. Skywaves GPS can not provide information about the position of all ships at once, but could only provide information to ship one by one. Other than that, information about the ship cruise lines are also seen as less informative, because GPS Skywaves gives no special mark on the start position and end position taken by cruise ship. Skywave website also does not provide a history of the cruise ships that can be accessed by the customer in accordance with the desired date. So that needs to be built GPS Tracking Apps web-based ships that can be used to monitor the position of the ship, whose data is taken directly from the Server Skywave by using a web service that has been provided. Currently in general the credit application process is still done manually, from the process of delivering information about credit to customers, the process of submitting credit applications, and processing data and credit files. This is considered to cause the credit application process to be ineffective and a long time. Based on these problems, then the development of a web-based credit application information system using agile development methods, which is expected to produce a quality information system in a short time. The conclusion of this study is to use agile development methods, information system development carried out can produce quality information systems and fit with software requirement in a short time
