The Development of Ritmic Gymnastic Model to Improve Basic Movement and Interest in Rytmic Gymnastic
Physical education learning in elementary schools aimed to improve the students\u27 growth, skills and agility, increase knowledge and intelligence, and instill positive attitudes in students. This research aimed at producing models of good rhythmic gymnastics and effective for improving basic movements and interest in rhythmic gymnastics. This research applied research and development method (RnD). The steps were: (1) a preliminary study, (2) planning, (3) the design of earlier drafts, (4) validation earlier drafts and revisions, (5) testing small scale, (6) and large-scale testing, and (7) the final product, and (8) the effectiveness of the test. Small-scale and large-scale trials were applied in different school. Instruments were: (1) interview, (2) experts questionnaires, (3) questionnaire for teachers and students, and (4) a rubric effectiveness test assessment. The data was analyzed by using qualitative descriptive. The results were rhythmic gymnastics models for elementary school upscale students packaged in form of a DVD and a guidebook were considered good and effective, therefore the learning model developed fit for USAge
Evaluative Study for the Development of Land Sports Achievement in National Paralympic Committee (Npc) Sragen From 2011 - 2018
The purpose of this study was to find out: (1) the level of community needs for achievement coaching. (2) environmental support. (3) characteristics of athletes. (4) the characteristics of the trainer. (5) characteristics of the organizing organization. (6) the characteristics of the program and the basic strategy of NPC archery sports achievement development. (7) characteristics of the training program. (8) characteristics of facilities and infrastructure. (9) funding characteristics. (10) selection of athletes and coaches. (11) exercise. (12) exercise evaluation. (13) organizing coaching. (14) achievements of the archipelago NPC athletes.This research is a quantitative-qualitative descriptive study, using two approaches namely qualitative and quantitative approaches. Observation, document analysis and interviews are methods used to collect qualitative data, while to obtain quantitative data using the CIPP method.The results of this study are the high needs of disabled people for the achievements of Sragen NPC. The support from the LGs to Sragen NPC is quite high by providing land and building grants for secretarial offices and giving the same bonus as normal athletes. NPC archery athletes are in good condition seen in terms of physical, mental and highly motivated. The trainer has fulfilled the specified qualifications and has a qualified experience, except that he cannot focus on training because his status is also a coach and athlete. For the organizational structure of Sragen NPC it is well structured. Organizations have programs and strategies to achieve existing goals by coordinating with relevant agencies to get HR support both athletes and coaches, funding, sarpras, and prioritizing potential athletes on certain numbers. The training program has been implemented by the coach for his athletes, unfortunately there are no written documents. The training infrastructure is in Diponegoro Gor and training facilities such as bow and arrow are private property. NPC funding was obtained from KONI from the Sragen regency budget. Recruitment is in accordance with the procedures for implementing the center, because there is selection in recruiting athletes and coaches. The exercise of the trainer provides an exercise program that emphasizes the skills of each athlete, and pays attention to the physical, technical and mental development of the athlete but the trainer makes the training program adjust the situation and the training program has not been recorded. Evaluation is carried out every exercise by the trainer and colleagues verbally and not yet recorded. Effect of Step Pattern Technique to Side and Movement Step Straight Ahead to Sabit Kickness
This study aims to determine the effect of exercise on stepwise pattern and exercise a straight forward move towards crescent kick agility in UKM PSHT students of Muhammadiyah University of East Kalimantan (UMKT). The population in this study were students who were still actively participating in the UKM PSHT UMKT. Sampling uses a random sampling system, divided into 2 groups, namely group A by practicing stepwise patterns and group B by practicing a straight forward step. Each group consists of 10 sample people, so the total sample is 20 people. The results showed that: (1) There was the effect of training the step-by-step pattern on crescent kick agility on UMKT PSHT UKM students who obtained the value of tcount = 9.531> t table = 2.262 with a probability value of 0.000 <α 0.05. (2) There is the effect of a straight-forward exercise on crescent kick agility on UMKT PSHT UKM students who obtained a tcount = 6.975> t table = 2.262 with a significance probability value of 0.000 <α 0.05. (3) There is a difference in the effect of step-to-side pattern training and straight-forward motion training on crescent kick agility in Mulawarman University PSHT UKM students by obtaining a tcount = 4.348> t table = 1.734 with a significance probability value of 0.000 <α 0.05
Examining the Effect of Parent's Supports Toward the Champion Motivation Possessed by Athletes Samarinda in 2018
The aim of this research is to examine the effect of parent's supports toward the champion motivation possessed by athletes in Samarinda city. This research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. The instrument of research is the questionnaires shared to 50 parent's Silat athletes in Samarinda. The population of this research is all parents athletes and Silat athletes in Samarinda. The saturated sample research technique is used to the all over population as the sample and it presented in the percentage term. This research is expected to be done in 6 month periods. The result of this research is that the support parent's athletes gained a positive trend with 93.4% and the champion motivation of athlete also had the same pattern with 97.2%
