    This study was conducted to analyze the effect Supervision, Work Environment, the discipline of the Occupational Health Safety (K3) Employee at PT. Indah Kiat Pulp and Paper Perawang Variable in this study is the supervision, work environment, discipline and Occupational Health Safety (K3) while the population is all employees at PT. Indah Kiat Pulp and Paper Perawang totaling 1280 people. In the sampling, theauthor uses simple random sampling method, a total of 93 people. In this study, the data obtained will be processed by multiple linear regression model (multiple regression). Regression method can be used to show how the independent variables affect the dependent variable. From the research together have influence with the dependent variable. This means that control variables, the working environment and significant effect on the discipline of occupational safety and health of employees of PT. Indah Kiat Pulp and Paper Perawang. Monitoring the results of testing variables by t test showed surveillance, working environment and significant effect on the discipline of occupational safety and health of employees of PT. Indah Kiat Pulp and Paper Perawang

    Berbicara tentang pribadi dan pemikiran Bediuzzaman Said Nursi, artikel ini dimaksudkan untuk mengungkap jati diri tokoh sufi modern dari Turki ini. Analisis diawali dengan melihat ajaran dasar sang tokoh bahwa sufisme di satu sisi masih merupakan sesuatu yang penting bagi seorang muslim, tetapi di sisi lain juga sangat mudah menjadikan keimanan seseorang mengarah pada titik yang salah. Meskipun tidak semuanya, ada beberapa praktek dan tradisi sufisme yang tidak benar dan tidak lagi cocok untuk diamalkan pada masa Said Nursi hidup, bahkan mungkin juga pada masa sekarang. Terkait dengan hal ini, Nursi menawarkan satu alternatif yang menurutnya didasarkan pada al-Quran dalam meniti jalan sufisme, tanpa menafikan adanya cara-cara yang lainnya. Alternatif yang disebutnya sebagai Haqiqa, cara a la Risalat al-Nur, ini terdiri dari empat langkah, bukan tujuh atau pun sepuluh langkah sebagaimana umumnya dalam ajaran sufisme: al-` ajz, al-faqr, al-shafaqa, dan al-tafakkur. Di samping itu bagi Nursi, Sufisme harus dipraktekkan dalam bingkai dan tanpa meninggalkan shari`a karena shar`a bukanlah sisi luar dari Islam, tetapi merupakan satu sistem utuh yang mencakup inner dan sekaligus outer aspect dari Islam. Artikel ini juga melihat jejak-jejak pengaruh pemikiran tokoh-tokoh besar sufi dalam pemikiran Nursi, seperti Abu Hamidal-Ghazali, Abd al-Qadir al-Jilani, dan Ahmad Rabbani al-Sirhindi

    The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of motivation, training and job analysis to employee performance of PT. Warni Indah Cemerlang Pekanbaru. This research use motivation, training and job analysis as independent variable, and employee performance as dependent variable.The population of this research are all employees of PT. Warni Indah Cemerlang Pekanbaru which amounted to 35 respondents and all of them will be used as a sample of this research. Data analysis method in this research is multiple regression analysis.The result of using descriptive analysis is the motivation and training are not affect and positive to the performances of employees at PT. Warni Indah Cemerlang Pekanbaru. And the job analysis is affect and positive to the performances of employees at PT. Warni Indah Cemerlang Pekanbaru. This indicates that the three independent variables had a posotive effect on the dependent variable

    The purpose of this study was to analyzethe influence of organizational culture on motivation and discipline employees working at Mutiara Hotel Pekanbaru. To find outwhich is the most dominant factor that canaffect the discipline of employees working at Mutiara Hotel Pekanbaru. This research was conductedat the Mutiara Hotel Pekanbaru. The number of samples in this study wereas many as 98 employees Mutiara Hotel Pekanbaru using the technique of Simple Random Sampling technique. Data analysis techniques used in this research is descriptive statistic alanalysis techniques and inferential statistic analysis. Based on the results of the study indicate that 1) organizational culture and motivation together significantly influencethe employee\u27s discipline Mutiara Hotel Pekanbaru. 2) Organizational culture significantly influences employee discipline. Motivation significantly influence work discipline. Motivation showed more dominant influence in determining the changes thatoccur inthe employee discipline Mutiara Hotel Pekanbaru when compared with theculture of the organization

    This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, Discipline, Education and Training on Productivity and Factory Employees at PT. Duta Palma Nusantara In Baserah Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi. And to know which is the most dominant factor influential Against Employee Productivity Perkebunan Wanna Jingga Pada PT. Duta Palma Nusantara di Baserah Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi The population in this study were all employees of Perkebunan Wanna Jingga Pada PT. Duta Palma Nusantara, totaling 175 people.
