    STUDY ON THE PREPARATION OF THE TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED FOR REGISTRATION IN THE LAND BOOK OF A PROPERTY IN KLADOVO – SERBIA

    The study is carried out in collaboration with Serbian students from the MTC, from the Faculty of Agronomy of the University of Craiova and with a company from the same country, in order to make a comparison and analogy between the methods and procedures of surveying used in the two countries (Serbia and Romania). The paper presents a case study conducted in the town of Kladovo in Serbia in which a private property was taken into account, which must be registered in the Land Book. In order to solve all the requirements of such a work, a modern and new method was applied, used more and more in the topo-cadastral surveys, namely the combined method GPS and total station. From the surveys carried out in the field and processed at the office, it is found that the methodologies and working procedures are identical to those used in our country. It is also found that the equipment used is very modern and high-performance, which allowed to obtain a very high precision and a high economic efficiency of the work. In the end, the technical documentation prepared strictly complied with all the requirements of the legal norms imposed in Serbia and was done with great precision, which allowed it to be submitted to the office of the Land Book and the registration of the property studied in it. The significant difference between the technical documentation prepared for this property in Serbia and the documentation made in Romania is the Gauss-Kruger coordinate system in which the boundary points were determined, compared to the 1970 Stereographic system used in our country

    STUDY REGARDING THE PREPARATION OF TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION NECESSARY TO MODERNIZE THE ROAD THAT CROSSES THE BUCOVAT-LEAMNA, DOLJ AGROTURISTIC AREA

    The work aims to carry out topo-cadastral surveys for the design of rehabilitation and modernization works of the county road that crosses the Bucovăț-Leamna agrotourism area, near the city of Craiova, which is in full development and evolution. For the field application of all lifting works, a state-of-the-art modern equipment such as GPS technology and total stations was used, and the combined method GPS-Total Stations was used as the surveying method. Their use has led to relevant results in terms of the efficiency, accuracy and effectiveness of such a surveying project. Also, for the data processing, the method of transferring the data measured in the field, from the topographic devices directly to the computer, with the help of special programs was used, after which they were processed automatically obtaining the absolute coordinates of the points with the precision required by the beneficiary, in compliance with all legal requirements, applied to such works. The points were represented with the AutoCad program, obtaining the location and delimitation plan for each large-scale road body, which allows the designer to perform the design work in great detail, with great fidelity and precision. At the same time, it ensures a very high precision of tracing and execution of all the rehabilitation and modernization works of the studied road, of great local and county interest

    USE OF MODERN TOPOGRAPHICAL EQUIPMENT FOR DRAW UP THE TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION FOR REHABILITATION OF COUNTY ROAD 643 C HOREZU - DOBRETU, OLT COUNTY

    The paper aim is to achieve the situation plan ecessary for design and carrying out the work rehabilitation of county road 643C-Dobretu Horezu, Olt County.The works were executed in the 1970 Stereographic projection system and Black Sea 1975 (for altitudes), using Leica GPS GS 09 and total station LEICA TS 06. With Leica GPS System 09 GS using quick cinematic method (RTK) were determined support points and details on the area, also, using total station LEICA TS 06 has been made a supported traverse with polar coordinates method for thickening the network and surveying planimetric details. In the present case these were considered the most accurate types of measurements that can be applied for surveying the details of the studied area, an area characterized by a part covered by vegetation and personal residences where it was used method of supported traverse, and part free of obstructions where it was used the real time kinematic method (RTK)

    In order to test the productive ccapacity of sandy soils from Poiana Mare as well as the way they respond to fertilization there were carried out two monofactorial experiments: one experiment was located on an eutric sandy soil (typical) placed on the tip of the dune and the second one was set up between dunes on a wide place. The treatments were as follows:V1= not fertilized (control);V2= fertilized by N100;V3= fertilized by N100 P60;V4= fertilized by N100 P60 K40;V5= fertilized by manure, 30 t/ha, applied every three years.The experiment lasted three years in a wheat – maize crop rotation.These crops are most frecquently cropped in this area in in the above mentioned crop rotation.     This paper aims at showing how to achieve the necessary technical documentation to design of the studied road upgrading works, using the technologies such as that GPS. Topo-cadastral works made so yielded high accuracies comparable to those obtained using total stations, but with a much higher yield and much less human, financial and material effort,. Measured data were processed with specialized software that allowed a rapid and accurate large-scale topographic plans, they create the opportunity that designer to take the best and effective design solutions and the constructor to perform work in the best conditions

    COMPARATIVE STUDY ON THE USE OF GNSS TECHNOLOGY AND TOTAL STATIONS IN THE GENERAL CADASTRE WORKS IN ROMANIA

    It presents the use of GNSS technology and total stations in the general cadastre works in Romania and a comparative study between the two methods of measurement, and their use together. When using total stations and other '' classical '' measurement methods, it is imperative to reduce projection distance before compensating for the measurements and then determining the coordinates. The widespread use in Romania of measurement methods using GNSS technology and the RTK measurement method, especially the latter for detail points, is beneficial because distance reduction is no longer necessary and generally there are no problems as before when distances are measured with total stations if it is not reduced to the projection plan. Finally, conclusions are drawn from the use of GNSS technology and total stations separately and together in cadastral elevations for the general cadastre. Conclusions on the methods of measurement and the study compared to the two methods of measurement are auspicious and should be learned by those working for the implementation of the general cadastre in Romania.

    The paper highlights the importance of topography for the modernization works of roads, through direct survey of the details of interest, and subsequently showcasing and emphasizing those details in the form of a topographic map, that can presently be achieved either in analog or digital format. The logistic possibilities, in this specific case, permitted the optimal selecting, recording and processing of that data, which led to an efficient technological rendering process of the location plan. The support points were positioned with a GPS system, with high accuracy, which guaranteed precise coordinates for the detail points developed from these. Utilizing the total station for surveying details was advantageous, as the technical performance of this device is unquestionable
