Данная статья – репрезентативный пример работы в рамках одного из развивающихся на Урале направлений научного исследования философской теологии, а именно, – аналитической теологии, систематически использующей понятия и методы современной дискретной математики и символической логики. THE PROBLEM OF CORRUPTION OF BASIC SCIENTIFIC INVESTIGATIONS IN PARTICULAR: FORMAL-ETHIC AND ECONOMIC ASPECTS

The aim of the paper is to carry out historical-philosophical andlinguistic analysis of ethical and metaphysical doctrine of Aristotle on corruption in general; to discuss of formal-ethical view on the problem of corruption in basic scientific researches; to define the place and role of fundamental scientific researches in knowledge-based economy taken as a whole, and Boston Chart, in particular.Methods. The methods involve the historical-philosophical and logical-linguistic analysis of texts; creation and studying of the elementary discrete mathematical model of the researched moral phenomenon at the level of artificial language of two-digit algebra of the natural right and morals; use of such conceptual and figurative tool of the economic theory as Boston Chart.Results and scientific novelty. The definition of the concept «basic scientific research» is given for the first time; the concept includes time parameter and knowledge of utility (the practical importance) of results of this research.Practical significance. The submitted definition (criterion) gives a possibility to establish at any moment of time definite borderline between the basic and the applied scientific search (the line undergoes change in the flow of time). The effective criterion of basic scientific researches offered by the author, and also exact specifying of their place and role in lifecycle of knowledge as goods in market economy (at the conceptual level of the Boston Chart) allow to designate an urgent problem of corruption of the scientific sphere in a new perspective. Along with some additional conditions, this new evidence could help to solve the problem.Цели статьи: проведение историко-философского и лингвистического анализа этического и метафизического учения Аристотеля о коррупции вообще; обсуждение с формально-этической точки зрения проблемы коррупции фундаментальных научных исследований; определение места и роли фундаментальных научных исследований в рыночной экономике знаний в целом и в «Бостонской диаграмме» в частности. Методология и методика изложенного в публикации исследования включали историко-философский и логико-лингвистический анализ текстов; построение и изучение простейшей дискретной математической модели исследуемого нравственного феномена на уровне искусственного языка двузначной алгебры естественного права и морали; применение такого концептуально-образного инструмента экономической теории, как «Бостонская диаграмма». Результаты и научная новизна. Впервые дано определение понятия «фундаментальное научное исследование», необходимо включающее в себя временной параметр и знание о полезности (практической значимости) результатов данного исследования.Практическая значимость. Выведенная трактовка понятия «фундаментальное научное исследование» дает возможность в каждый вполне определенный момент времени устанавливать вполне определенную (изменяющуюся со временем) границу между фундаментальным и прикладным научным поиском. Предлагаемый автором эффективный критерий фундаментальности научных исследований, а также точное указание их места и роли в жизненном цикле знания как товара в рыночной экономике (на концептуальном уровне Бостонской диаграммы) позволяют обозначить актуальную проблему коррупции научной сферы в новом свете, что при наличии некоторых дополнительных условий может способствовать ее разрешению

A Logically Formalized Axiomatic Epistemology System Σ + c and Philosophical Grounding Mathematics as a Self-Sufficing System

The subject matter of this research is Kant’s apriorism underlying Hilbert’s formalism in the philosophical grounding of mathematics as a self-sufficing system. The research aim is the in-vention of such a logically formalized axiomatic epistemology system, in which it is possible to con-struct formal deductive inferences of formulae—modeling the formalism ideal of Hilbert—from the assumption of Kant’s apriorism in relation to mathematical knowledge. The research method is hy-pothetical–deductive (axiomatic). The research results and their scientific novelty are based on a logically formalized axiomatic system of epistemology called Σ + C, constructed here for the first time. In comparison with the already published formal epistemology systems X and Σ, some of the axiom schemes here are generalized in Σ + C, and a new symbol is included in the object-language alphabet of Σ + C, namely, the symbol representing the perfection modality, C: “it is consistent that…”. The meaning of this modality is defined by the system of axiom schemes of Σ + C. A deductive proof of the consistency of Σ + C is submitted. For the first time, by means of Σ + C, it is deduc-tively demonstrated that, from the conjunction of Σ + C and either the first or second version of Gödel’s theorem of incompleteness of a formal arithmetic system, the formal arithmetic investigated by Gödel is a representation of an empirical knowledge system. Discrete Mathematical Model of Kant’s Doctrine of Necessary Inconsistency of Thinking about Non-cognizable Being of Things-in-Themselves

Показывается, что в этой необычной интерпретации все относящиеся к теме утверждения Канта истинны, следовательно, существует модель обсуждаемого учения и, вопреки широко распространенному мнению, оно логически непротиворечиво. Для построения адекватной дискретной математической модели учения Канта о непознаваемости бытия вещи-в-себе в алгебру формальной аксиологии вводится и точно в ней определяется ценностная функция «бытие s в w». В алгебре метафизики как формальной аксиологии понятие «метафизический закон» точно определяется с помощью понятия «тождественно хорошая ценностная функция». В этом значении термина метафизический закон необходимости противоречия в мышлении о непознаваемом бытии вещей в себе обосновывается аккуратным «вычислением» соответствующих ценностных таблиц.A formal-axiological interpretation of Kant’s doctrine of thing’s-being-in-them-selves is submitted. The paper demonstrates that in the submitted unusual interpretation, all Kant’s statements relevant to the theme are true; consequently, a model of the doctrine under discussion exists; consequently, in spite of the widespread opinion, the doctrine in question is logically consistent. For constructing an adequate discrete mathematical model of Kant’s doctrine of impossibility of cognition of “thing’s-being-in-itself”, an evaluation-function “being-ofs-in-w” is introduced and precisely defined in algebra of metaphysics as formal axiology. In that algebra the notion “metaphysical law (=law of metaphysics)” is defined by means of the notion “identically-good evaluationfunction”. In this meaning of the term the metaphysical law of necessity of inconsistency in thinking about noncognizable being-of-things-in-them-selves is demonstrated by accurate “computing” relevant evaluation tables

Logical-philosophical substantiation of hypothesis about a formal-ethical inconsistency of the formal arithmetics, investigated by K. Gedel

The paper deals with a formal-ethical aspect of philosophy of mathematics. It submits results of investigation of relations between the formal-logical (semantic) non-contradiction and a formal-ethical contradiction (the formal-ethical one is defined precisely). The paper's scientific novelty is made up by proving the formal-ethical inconsistency of the formal arithmetic.Статья посвящена формально-этическому аспекту философии математики: выносит на обсуждение результаты исследования отношений между формально-логической (семантической) непротиворечивостью и формально-этической противоречивостью (последней в работе дается точное определение). The Principle of Compositionality in Formal Axiological Semantics of the Natural Language. Evaluation-Functions Determined by a Finite Number of Evaluation-Variables in Two-Valued Algebraic System of Formal Axiology as Meanings of Words and Complex Word Combinations in the Natural Language of Culture

Метод — дискретное математическое моделирование: категории «бытие», «небытие», «дозволение», «убийство», «самоубийство», «Бог», «вера», «надежда», «любовь» и другие точно определяются и исследуются как ценностные функции от конечного числа ценностных переменных. Научная новизна результатов: на уровне предложенной дискретной математической модели формальной аксиологии впервые продемонстрировано, что обобщенный лингвистический принцип композициональности значений сложных выражений языка исправно функционирует в языке морали и религии. Тем самым продемонстрировано, что, в сущности, семантика языка культуры является не формально-логической (истинностно-функциональной), а формально-аксиологической (ценностно-функциональной).This research is devoted to formal axiological semantics of the natural language in general and that of the natural language of ethics (moral philosophy) and religion in particular. The method applied is discrete mathematical modelling: the categories of “being”, “nonbeing”, “permitting”, “killing”, “suicide”, “God”, “faith”, “hope”, “love”, and others are defined and studied as evaluation-functions determined by a finite number of evaluationvariables. The article demonstrates the effectiveness of the generalized linguistic principle of compositionality when applied to the language of morality and religion. Thus, it is shown that semantics of the language of culture is in fact not formal-logical (truth-functional) but formal-axiological (value-functional)

A formal-axiological equivalence of the rationalistic and sensualistic criteria of existence in two-valued algebra of metaphysics (A discrete mathematical simulation of evaluative aspect of the rationalistic and sensualistic doctrines of existence, non-contradiction and sensual perception of material things)

The paper is investigating philosophical notions "feeling", "matter", "being", "knowledge", "universality", "infiniteness" and other as evaluation-functions determined by two evaluation-variables in two-valued algebra of metaphysics, which is understood as nothing but formal axiology. The evaluation functions under investigation are precisely defined by evaluation tables. Strict definitions of the notions "formal-axiological equivalence" and "law of algebra of metaphysics" are given. By means of these definitions a list of equations and laws of the algebra is generated. Elements of this list are connected with the relevant aspects of the history of philosophy. The paper submits precise formulations and tabular substantiations of laws of contraposition of the binary operations "knowledge", "universality" and "infiniteness" in two-valued algebra of metaphysics. The paper indicates precisely that concrete relation (formal-axiological one) and that specific condition (namely, contraposition), under which the rationalistic and sensualistic criteria of existence are equivalent.В статье исследуются философские понятия «ощущение», «материя», «бытие», «знание», «всеобщее», «бесконечное» и др. как ценностные функции от двух ценностных переменных в двузначной алгебре метафизики, которая трактуется как формальная аксиология. Исследуемые ценностные функции точно определяются ценностными таблицами. Дается строгое определение понятий «формально-аксиологическая эквивалентность» и «закон алгебры метафизики». На основании этих дефиниций генерируется список уравнений и законов исследуемой алгебры.
