    Suplementasi Tryptophan dan Treonine Pada Level Protein Kasar Berbeda Dalam Pakan Terhadap Dimensi Tubuh Ayam Kampung Fase Pullet

    This study aims to determine the effect of giving tryptophan + threonine amino acids and different levels of crude protein on body dimensions of free-range chickens in the pullet phase. This research was carried out in Sasi sub-district, Kefamenanu City District, North Central Timor Regency, for 8 weeks from October-December 2020. This study used 120 free-range chickens aged 14 weeks, designed with a completely randomized design with a 2 x 3 factorial pattern, namely 2 amino acid levels and 3 levels of crude protein. Each treatment combination was repeated 4 times. The treatments were: A1C1 (threonine 0.75% + tryptophan 0.15% + protein 15%), A1C2 (threonine 0.75% + tryptophan 0.15% + protein 17%), A1C3 (threonine 0.75% + tryptophan 0.15% + protein 19%, A2C1 threonine 1.00% + tryptophan 0.20% + protein 15%), A2C2 (threonine 1.00% + tryptophan 0.20% + protein 15%), A2C3 (threonine 1.00% + tryptophan 0.20% + 19% protein. The variables observed in this study were body weight, body length, chest circumference, chest v-bone length, upper thigh length, lower thigh length, shank length, shank circumference, and finger length. The data obtained were analyzed using analysis of variance and Duncan's multiple distance test. Statistical analysis showed that the amino acids threonine and tryptophan had a significant (P<0,05) effect on body weight, body length, chest circumference, chest v-bone length, upper thigh length and lower thigh length, while crude protein level significantly affected body weight, body length, chest circumference, chest v-bone length, upper thigh length, lower thigh length. In this study, there was an interaction between amino acids and crude protein levels on the body weight and finger length of free-range chickens. It was concluded that the crude protein level of 19% could increase body weight, body length, chest circumference, chest v-bone length, femur length, and maximal pullet phase tibia length of free-range chickens; Amino acid levels of threonine 1.00% and tryptophan 0.20% increased body weight, body length, chest circumference, chest v-bone length, femur length, tibia length of pullet phase chickens; The combination of 19% crude protein level + 1.00% threonine amino acid and 0.20% tryptophan can increase the bodyweight of free-range chickens in the pullet phase.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian asam amino tryptophan + treonine dan level protein kasar yang berbeda terhadap dimensi tubuh ayam kampung fase pullet. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di kelurahan Sasi, Kecamatan Kota Kefamenanu, Kabupaten Timor Tengah Utara selama 8 minggu; dimulai dari bulan Oktober–Desember 2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan ayam kampung berumur 14 minggu sebanyak 120 ekor, kemudian penelitian didesain menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap pola Faktorial 2 x 3; yaitu 2 level asam amino dan 3 level protein kasar. Masing-masing kombinasi perlakuan diulang 4 kali. Perlakuan yang diberikan: A1C1 (treonine 0,75% + tryptophan 0,15% + protein 15%), A1C2 (treonine 0,75 % + tryptophan 0,15% + protein 17%), A1C3 (treonine 0,75% + tryptophan 0,15% + protein 19%, A2C1 treonine 1,00% + tryptopan 0,20% + troteine 15%), A2C2 (treonine 1,00% + tryptofan 0,20% + protein 15%), A2C3 (treonine 1,00% + tryptophan 0,20% + protein 19%). Variabel yang diamati dalam penelitian ini adalah berat badan, panjang badan, lingkar dada, panjang tulang v dada, panjang paha atas, panjang paha bawah, panjang shank, lingkar shank, dan panjang jari. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan analisis variansi dan uji jarak berganda Duncan. Analisis statistik menunjukkan bahwa asam amino treonine dan triptophan berpengaruh nyata (P<0,05) terhadap berat badan, panjang badan, lingkar dada, panjang tulang v dada, panjang paha atas, dan panjang paha bawah; sedangkan level protein kasar berpengaruh nyata terhadap berat badan, panjang badan, lingkar dada, panjang tulang v dada, panjang paha atas, dan panjang paha bawah. Pada penelitian ini terdapat interaksi antara asam amino dan level protein kasar terhadap berat badan dan panjang jari ayam kampung. Disimpulkan bahwa level protein kasar 19% dapat meningkatkan berat badan, panjang badan, lingkar dada, panjang tulang v dada, panjang femur, dan panjang tibia ayam kampung fase pullet. Level asam amino treonine 1,00% dan tryptophan 0,20% meningkatkan berat badan, panjang badan, lingkar dada, panjang tulang v dada, panjang femur, dan panjang tibia ayam kampung fase pullet. Kombinasi level protein kasar 19% + asam amino treonine 1,00 % serta tryptophan 0,20% dapat meningkatkan berat badan ayam kampung fase pullet

    Pengaruh Lama Penyimpanan Semen Segar pada Media Simpan Coldbox terhadap Motilitas, Viabilitas Spermatozoa dan pH Semen Ayam Buras

    The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of storage time for fresh semen on media ColdBox on the motility, viability of spermatozoa and semen pH of native chickens. This research was conducted in October 2020 at the Laboratory of the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Timor Kefamenanu, North Central Timor Regency (TTU). Chicken semen used in this study came from 10 male native chickens with an age range of 2-3 years or with a spur length of 2-3 cm. This is the basis for selecting male livestock to produce quality cement which will be used as research material. This research used an experimental laboratory with a completely randomized design (CRD), which consists of 4 treatments and three replications so that there are 12 experimental units, namely: R1:Storage fresh cement over time (0 hours), R2:Storage fresh cement during the period ( 2 hours), R3: Storage of fresh cement for time (4 hours), R4: Storage of fresh cement for time (6 hours). The variables used in this study were: spermatozoa motility, spermatozoa viability, semen pH. The data obtained were analyzed using the Duncan Test of Variety Analysis. By using statistical software packages for the social sciences (SPSS. 20). The results showed that the mean spermatozoa motility in treatments R1, R2, R3 and R4, respectively, were mass motility of 4 ± 0, 4 ± 0, 4 ± 0 and 3 ± 0.6. Individual motility is 80 ± 00, 80 ± 00, 80 ± 00, and 80 ± 00. Viability 96 ± 02, 94 ± 04, 95 ± 73, and 91 ± 75. Semen pH 8 ± 05, 8 ± 00, 8 ± 05 and 8 ± 00. Statistical analysis showed that the treatment had a significant effect on the viability of native chicken spermatozoa. It was concluded that domestic chicken spermatozoa could survive for 6 hours in a storage media ColdBox containing ice cubes.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh lama penyimpanan semen segar pada media coldbox terhadap motilitas, viabilitas spermatozoa dan pH semen ayam buras. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Bulan Oktober 2020 di Laboratorium Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Timor Kefamenanu Kabupaten Timor Tengah Utara (TTU). Semen ayam yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berasal dari 10 ekor ayam buras jantan dengan kisaran umur 2-3 tahun atau dengan panjang taji 2-3 cm. Hal ini sebagai dasar seleksi ternak jantan untuk menghasilkan semen yang berkualitas yang akan dijadikan sebagai bahan penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode experimen laboratorium dengan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) yang terdiri dari 4 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan sehingga terdapat 12 unit percobaan yaitu: R1: Penyimpanan semen segar selama waktu (0 jam), R2: Penyimpanan semen segar selama waktu (2 jam), R3: Penyimpanan semen segar selama waktu (4 jam), R4: Penyimpanan semen segar selama waktu (6 jam). Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah: Motilitas spermatozoa, Viabilitas spermatozoa, pH semen. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan Analisis Sidik Ragam uji Duncan. Dengan menggunakan software statistical packge for the social ssciences (SPSS. 20). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata motilitas spermatozoa pada perlakuan R1, R2, R3 dan R4, masing-masing adalah motilitas massa 4±0, 4±0, 4±0 dan 3±0,6. Motilitas individu 80±00, 80±00, 80±00, dan 80±00. Viabilitas 96±02, 94±04, 95±73, dan 91±75. pH semen 8±05, 8±00, 8±05 dan 8±00. Analisis statistik menunjukan bahwa perlakuan berpengaruh nyata pada viabilitas spermatozoa ayam buras. Disimpulkan bahwa spermatozoa ayam buras dapat bertahan hidup selama 6 jam di dalam media simpan coldbox yang berisi es batu

    Suplementasi Tepung Daun Kaliandra (Calliandra calothyrsus) dalam Pakan terhadap Bobot Hidup dan Profil Karkas Ayam Broiler

    Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh suplementasi tepung kaliandra (Calliandra calothyrsus) terhadap bobot hidup dan profil karkas ayam broiler. Penelitian ini telah dilaksanakan pada kandang masyarakat di Kelurahan Sasi, Kota Kefamenanu dan berlangsung selama 7 minggu; sejak bulan Februari sampai April 2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan 96 ekor ayam broiler umur 14 hari. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap pola searah yang terdiri dari 4 ulangan 4 perlakuan. Perlakuan yang diberikan meliputi P₀: 100% pakan komersial (kontrol), P₁: tepung kaliandra 1,5% dalam ransum komersial, P₂: tepung kaliandra 3% dalam ransum komersial, P₃: tepung kaliandra 4,5% dalam ransum komersial. Variabel yang diamati dalam penelitian adalah berat hidup, berat karkas, berat dada, berat paha atas, dan berat paha bawah ayam broiler. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan sidik ragam dan Uji Duncan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa suplementasi tepung daun kaliandra (Calliandra calothyrsus) sebesar 4,5% dalam pakan dapat meningkatkan pertambahan bobot hidup dan profil karkas ayam broiler. Analisis statistik menunjukkan bahwa suplementasi tepung daun kaliandra berpengaruh nyata (P<0,05) terhadap variabel penelitian. Disimpulkan bahwa suplementasi tepung daun kaliandra dapat meningkatkan berat hidup dan profil karkas ayam broiler

    Pengaruh Subtitusi Ampas Tahu pada Pakan BR2 terhadap Berat Hidup, Berat Potong, Berat Dada dan Berat Paha Ayam Broiler

    This study aims to determine the effect of tofu dregs substitution in BR2 feed on live weight, cut weight, breast weight and thigh weight for broiler chickens. This research was carried out in Poultry Housing of Animal Husbandry Study Program and the Laboratory of Agriculture Faculty, Timor University during 48 days, from July until August, 2020. This research used 96 broilers that is days old chick. The experimental design used the completely randomized design (CRD) consist of four treatments and four replication. The treatment that given is: P0 (100% commercial BR2 feed), P1 (95% commercial BR2 feed + tofu waste 5%), P2 (90% commercial BR2 feed + tofu waste 10%), and P3 (85% commercial BR2 feed + tofu waste 15%). The observed variables are live weight, cut weight, percentage of cut weight, breast weight, percentage of breast weight, thigh weight and percentage of thigh weight. The results of statistical analysis show that substitution of tofu waste in BR2 feed from a level of 0.05% to a level 0,10% can increase breast weight, but had no effect on live weight, cut weight and thigh weight of broiler chickens. It was eliminated that tofu pulp can be used to replace BR2 feed by 10%.Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh subtitusi ampas tahu pada pakan BR2 terhadap berat hidup, berat potong, berat dada dan berat paha ayam broiler. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kandang Ternak Unggas Program Studi Peternakan dan Laboratorium Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Timor, Kefamenanu selama 42 hari, sejak bulan Juli sampai Agustus 2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan 96 ekor ayam broiler umur sehari (Day Old Chick). Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) pola searah, terdiri dari 4 perlakuan dan 4 ulangan. Perlakuan yang diberikan adalah P0(100% pakan BR2 komersial), P1(95% pakan BR2 komersial + ampas tahu 5%), P2(90% pakan BR2 komersial + ampas tahu 10%) dan P3 (85% pakan BR2 komersial + ampas tahu 15%). Variabel yang diamati adalah berat hidup, berat potong, persentase berat potong, berat dada, persentase berat dada, berat paha dan persentase berat paha. Analisis statistik menunjukkan bahwa subtitusi ampas tahu dalam pakan BR2 dari level 0,5% sampai dengan level 15 % berpengaruh tidak nyata terhadap berat hidup, berat potong, berat dada dan berat paha ayam broiler. Disimpulkan bahwa ampas tahu dapat digunakan untuk menggantikan pakan BR2 sebesar 15%

    Profil Pengaruh Suplementasi L-Lysine HCl dalam Pakan terhadap Dimensi Tubuh Ayam Broiler

    The purpose of this experiment was to know the effect of L-lysine HCl supplementation in feed on the body dimensions of broilers. This experiment has been carried out in the Housing of Animal Husbandry Study Program, Faculty of Agriculture, the University of Timor for 39 days, from December 2019 to January 2020. The experiment used 80 fourteen-day broilers. The method used in this experiment is a Completely Randomized Design consisting of 4 treatments and 4 replications. The treatments given were T0 (control feed), T1 (L-lysine HCl supplementation 0,35%), T2 (L-lysine HCl supplementation 0,70%), and T3 (L-lysine HCl supplementation 1,00%). The variables observed in this experiment were body length, chest circle, shoulder height, sternum length, femur length, and tibia length. The data obtained were analyzed using Analysis of Variance Analysis and Duncan’s Test. The results of the analysis of variance showed that the treatment had a significant effect on body length, chest circle, shoulder height, sternum length, femur length, and tibia length of broilers (P<0,05). It was concluded that supplementation of 0,70% L-lysine HClin feeds increased the body dimensions of broilers.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh suplementasi L-lysine HCl dalam pakan terhadap dimensi tubuh ayam broiler. Hasil analisis sidik ragam menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan bepengaruh nyata terhadap panjang badan, lingkar dada, tinggi pundak, panjang tulang V dada, panjang tulang femur dan panjang tulang tibia ayam broiler (P<0,05). Disimpulkan bahwa suplementasi L-lysine HCl 0,70% dalam pakan meningkatkan dimensi tubuh ayam broiler

    Pengaruh Suplementasi L-Arginine dalam Pakan terhadap Pertambahan Bobot Badan, Konsumsi Pakan dan Konversi Pakan Ayam Broiler

    This study aims to determine the effect of L-arginine supplementation on body weight gain, feed consumption, and feed conversion of broiler chickens. The study was carried out in the farm study program of the Faculty of Agriculture for six weeks from March to May 2021. This study used 96 broiler chickens aged one day or day-old chick (DOC) strain CP 707. The method used in this study was an experiment with a completely randomized design (CRD) with a random pattern consisting of 4 treatments and four replications, so there were 16 experimental units. Each experimental unit was filled with six broiler chickens. The treatments were: T0: 100% feed BR2, T1: 99.5% feed BR2 + 0.5% L-arginine, T2: 99.25% feed BR2 + 0.75 L-arginine, T3:99.00 feed BR2 + 1.00% L-arginine. The variables observed in this study were body weight gain, feed consumption, and feed conversion of broiler chickens. The data obtained were analyzed using analysis of variance and Duncan test. The results of the analysis of variance showed that the treatment had a significant effect on body weight gain and feed conversion (P<0.05), while feed consumption had no significant effect (P>0.05). It was concluded that 0.75% L-arginine supplementation increased body weight gain and feed conversion of broilers.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh suplementasi L-arginine terhadap pertambahan bobot badan, konsumsi pakan dan konversi pakan ayam broiler. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah eksperimen dengan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) pola serarah yang terdiri dari 4 perlakuan dan 4 kali ulangan, sehingga terdapat 16 unit percobaan. Setiap unit percobaan diisi 6 ekor ayam broiler. Perlakuan yang diberikan adalah: T0: 100% pakan BR2, T1: 99,5% pakan BR2 + 0,5% L-arginine, T2: 99,25% pakan BR2 + 0,75 L-arginine, T3:99,00 pakan BR2 + 1,00% L-arginine. Variabel yang diamati dalam penelitian ini adalah pertambahan bobot badan, konsumsi pakan dan konversi pakan ayam broiler. Hasil analisis sidik ragam menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan berpengaruh nyata terhadap pertambahan bobot badan dan konversi pakan (P<0,05), sedangkan konsumsi pakan berpengaruh tidak nyata (P>0,05).     Growth Performance of Native Hen at the Grower Phase (Aged 6-12 weeks) After Supplemented Arginine-Lysine in Low-Protein Fed

    This study aims to determine the growth performance of female Native chickens at the grower phase (6-12 Weeks) after being given arginine-lysine in low protein feed. This research was carried out from May to August 2022 at the Kampung Chicken Housing, Sion Women's Farmer Group, Sasi Village, Kefamenanu. The material used is 80 Native chickens aged 6-12 weeks with an average body weight of 400 g. The research method used is a complete randomized design. Chickens were randomly placed for 5 treatments and 4 replications, each replication consisted of 4 bird. The treatment given was P0 (control feed + 0.60% arginine + 0.52% lysine + 18% CP); P1 (control feed + 0.70% arginine + 0.61% lysine + 17% CP); P2 (control feed + 0.80% arginine + 0.70% lysine + 16% CP); P3 (control feed + 0.90% arginine + 0.79% lysine +15% CP); P4 (control feed + 1.00% arginine + 0.88% lysine + 14% CP). Variables observed were body weight gain, feed intake and feed conversion ratio. Data analysis using variance analysis  and Duncan test. The results showed that the average body weight gain at treatments P0, P1, P2, P3 and P4 were 71.67±3.75; 84.69±3.55; 105.63±3.71; 105.46±7.15; and 94.38±3.50 g/bird/week, respectively. Feed intake were 277.41±15.95; 324.98±13.20; 401.13±15.10; 397.19±30.00; and 363.30±12.06 g/bird/week. Feed conversion ratio were 3.87±0.02; 3.84±0.01; 3.80±0.02; 3.77±0.03; and 3.85±0.01. Analysis of variance showed that the treatment had a significant effect on body weight gain, feed intake and feed conversion ratio of female Native chickens at the grower phase (P<0.05). It was concluded that the use of the arginine-lysine increases body weight gain, feed intake and decreases feed conversion ratio of female Native chickens at the grower phase (6 – 12 weeks). The level of 0.80-0.90% arginine + 0.70-0.79% lysine can streamline the use of feed crude protein by 2-3% from 18% to 15-16% and provide maximum results on the performance of female Native chickens at the grower phase

    The purpose of this research was to know the effect of adding turmeric powder in drinking water on body weight gain, feed consumption, and feed conversion of broilers. This research was carried out in the Poultry Housing of Animal Science Study Program, Faculty of Agriculture, Timor University, Kefamenanu from Mei until July 2021. This research using 96 day old chick (DOC) broilers. The method used is Completely Randomized Design (CRD) consists of 4 treatments and 4 replication. The treatment was giving of T0: 1000 ml of drinking water (without turmeric powder), T1: 995 ml drinking water + turmeric powder 5 g, T2: 990 ml drinking water + turmeric powder 10 g, T3: 885 ml drinking water + turmeric powder 15 g. Data is processed using analysis of variance, and Duncan test. Statistical analysis shows that addition turmeric powder in drinking water significant effect weight gain, feed consumption and feed conversion of broilers (P<0.05). Disimpulkan bahwa penambahan tepung kunyit dalam air minum memberikan hasil yang optimum terhadap pertambahan berat badan, konsumsi pakan, dan konversi pakan ayam broile

    This research was conducted in the enclosure of the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Timor, Sasi sub-district, Kefamenanu city, North Central Timor district for 42 days from April to May 2021. The aim of the study was to determine the effect of L-arginine supplementation in feed on the digestive organs of broiler chickens. This study used 96 Day Old Chick broilers. The research method used was a completely randomized design (CRD) consisting of 4 treatments and 4 replications. Each experimental unit consisted of 6 broilers. The treatments given consisted of T0: control feed, T1: control + 0.5% L-arginine, T2: control + 0.75% L-arginine, T3: control + 1.00% L-arginine. The variables observed were liver weight, bile weight, pancreatic weight, gizzard weight, intestinal length and small intestine weight. The data obtained were analyzed using statistical package software for the social sciences (SPSS 20). The analysis showed that the addition of L-arginine had no significant effect (P<0.05) on liver weight, bile weight, pancreatic weight, gizzard weight, intestinal length and small intestine weight. Based on these results and discussion, it can be concluded that the supplementation of the amino acid L-arginine 0.75% in broiler chicken feed can affect the weight of the digestive organs of the gizzard, while the weightof the liver, bile, panceas, intestinal weight have on significant effect.Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di kandang Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Timor, Kelurahan Sasi, Kecamatan Kota Kefamenanu, Kabupaten Timor Tengah Utara selama 42 hari; terhitung sejak bulan April hingga Mei 2021. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh suplementasi L-arginin dalam pakan terhadap organ pencernaan ayam broiler. Penelitian ini menggunakan Day Old Chick broiler sebanyak 96 ekor. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) yang terdiri dari 4 perlakuan dan 4 ulangan. Setiap unit percobaan terdiri dari 6 ekor ayam broiler. Perlakuan yang diberikan terdiri dari T0: sebagai pakan kontrol, T1: kontrol + 0,5% L-arginin, T2: kontrol + 0,75% L-arginin, dan T3: kontrol + 1,00% L-arginin. Variabel yang diamati adalah berat hati, berat empedu, berat pankreas, berat gizzard, panjang usus, dan berat usus halus. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan software statistic packge for the social sciences (SPSS 20). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa penambahan L-arginin berpengaruh nyata (P<0,05) terhadap berat hati, berat empedu, berat pankreas, berat gizzard, panjang usus, dan berat usus halus. Disimpulkan bahwa suplementasi asam amino L-arginin 0,75% dalam pakan ayam broiler dapat mempengaruhi berat pada organ pencernaan gizzard; sedangkan berat hati, empedu, pankreas, panjang usus, dan berat usus tidak berpengaruh nyata

    Pengaruh Suplementasi L-Threonine dalam Pakan terhadap Kinerja Organ Dalam Ayam Broiler

    The research aim was to know the effect of l-threonine supplementation on the performance of the internal organs of broilers. This research was conducted in Kampung Bima, Kelurahan Kefa Selatan, North Central Timor Regency, and the Laboratory of the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Timor, Kefamenanu for 7 weeks, from December 2019 to January 2020. The research used 80 fourteen-day broilers. The research was designed with a Completely Randomized Design, consisting of 4 treatments and 4 replications. The dietary treatments were T0 (control feed), T1 (supplementation of 0.5% l-threonine), T2 (supplementation of 0.1% l-threonine), and T3 (supplementation of 1.5% l-threonine). The variables measured were liver weight, spleen, pancreas, gizzard, small intestinal weight, and intestinal length. Data obtained was analyzed by analysis of variance and Duncan’s test. The results showed that the levels of l-threonine significantly affected to gizzard weight, small intestinal weight, and intestinal lenght (P<0.05). It was concluded that supplementation with 1.0% l-threonine improved the digestive organ performance of broilers.Penelitian ini telah dilaksanakan di Kelurahan Kefa Selatan, dan Laboratorium Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Timor, Kota Kefamenanu, Kabupaten Timor Tengah Utara selama 39 hari sejak Desember 2019 sampai Januari 2020. Perlakuan yang diberikan adalah T0: pakan kontrol, T1: kontrol + 0,5% l-threonine, T2: kontrol + 1,0% l-threonine, T3: kontrol + 1,5% l-threonine. Variabel yang diamati adalah berat hati, berat limpa, berat pankreas, berat gizzard, berat usus halus dan panjang usus ayam broiler. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan analisis sidik ragam dan dilanjutkan dengan uji Duncan. Hasil Analysis menunjukkan bahwa penambahan l-threonine berpengaruh nyata (P<0,05) terhadap berat gizzard, berat usus halus dan panjang usus. Kesimpulan suplementasi l-threonine 1,0% dalam pakan efektif meningkatkan berat gizzard, berat usus halus dan panjang usus ayam broiler
