Follow-up stadies patients undergoing legionnairesβ disease during epidemic outbreak of legionellosis in the Sverdlovsk region
For the first time described the sustainability of clinical symptoms, laboratory, ECG and radiographic changes, assess the quality of life due to health within the follow-up study of non-small but well defined group of 46 patients who suffered legionnaires' disease (LD) during epidemic outbreaks of legionellosis in the Sverdlovsk Oblast. The most prevalent and persistent clinical symptoms at 12 months had a cough and increased blood pressure. According to the results of studies conducted in patients undergoing LD, 1 year after hospital discharge, it should be noted: the preservation of normative values of red blood cells and hemoglobin level, normalizing the number of leukocytes, neutrophils, lymphocytes, and erythrocyte sedimentation rate, absence of "freshβ electrocardiography and radiographic changes, the transitory nature of the relative reliability of thrombocytosis and the syndrome of hepatocyte cytolysis. Quality of life was significantly disrupted in three of the eight indicators, as assessed by SF-36 form, and is due to reduced levels of physical activity in male patients, the increase in subjec-tive pain, decline in social relationships and social activity, with a one-time increase the viability and reduced anxiety and restlessness. The results of our study suggest that the medical work-ship should be aware of possible manifestations of persistent symptoms, at breach of the quality of life due to health, especially in the situation of the epidemic, as patients will turn to them for help. Awareness of these issues will help provide more quality in the power of such patients. EVALUATION OF THE FUNCTIONAL PROBABILITIES OF THE BLOOD PLASMA TRANSPORT SYSTEMS OF THE LIVER CIRRHOSIS PATIENTS BY THE FLUORESCENT PROBES METHOD AND ASSESSING OF HYDROPHOBIC SUBSTANCES ELIMINATION AFTER HEMOSORPTION AT THESE PATIENTS
The results of investigation of the main blood plasma transport proteins binding ability at liver cirrhosis patients by the fluorescent probes method are presented. It is shown that fluorescent probes method allows to get express information about functional state of the main blood plasma transport proteins at liver cirrhosis patients, promptly assess the disease severity, and according to this information change their treatment quickly

E-rosette formation by low-density (LDE) and high-density (HDE) eosinophils was studied in sheep erythrocytes. The group of patients revealed a 4β 17 times greater quantity of LDE than the healthy group. HDE demonstrated a much smaller difference. The very high rosette-forming capacity of LDE in the patient group exceeded that of the control group 11 - to 24-fold. Incubation of patientsβ LDE with adrenalin and obsidan revealed tolerance of adrenergic stimulation and blockade. The rosette-forming capacity of patientsβ HDE did not differ spectacularly from the control groupβs, though its HDE incubation with adrenalin resulted in a stronger suppression of rosette formation, while the adrenergic blockade considerably increased the number of rosette-forming eosinophils. Patientsβ native serum demonstrated a capacity to strongly increase the quantity of rosette-forming HDE in healthy persons. This capacity was far greater pronounced in BA patients. The results of investigation of the main blood plasma transport proteins binding ability at liver cirrhosis patients by the fluorescent probes method are presented.
