La orientación profesional hacia la especialidad Gestión del Capital Humano: sistema de actividades para su fortalecimiento

Se aborda de uno de los problemas trascendentales de la Educación Técnica y Profesional (ETP): la orientación hacia las profesiones, para formar un trabajador de nivel medio en correspondencia a las exigencias sociales y laborales actuales. Durante el proceso investigativo se adoptó el enfoque dialéctico y el método general dialéctico materialista. Se utilizaron métodos teórico, empíricos y estadístico matemáticos que permitieron examinar antecedentes y fundamentos teóricos del objeto de estudio, buscar la información sobre el estado del problema y realizar su procesamiento para arribar a las conclusiones necesaria

The professional orientation in the specialty Administration of the Human Capital

In the article it is approached one of the most significant problems in the Technical Education and Professional (ETP): the orientation toward the professions, to form a professional in correspondence to the current social and labor demands. Is carried out an approach to the historical evolution of the referred process, as well as antecedents and theoretical foundations of the phenomenon are examined in the ETP and in the Administration of the Human Capital specialty, on bases of the Dialectical-Materialistic one, the General Pedagogy, the Pedagogy of the ETP in particular and the situation of the process in the Polytechnic Center Rigoberto Fuentes Pérez

Se realiza una aproximación a la evolución histórica del referido proceso, así como se examinan antecedentes y fundamentos teóricos del fenómeno en la ETP y en la especialidad Gestión del Capital Humano, sobre bases de la Dialéctica-Materialista, la Pedagogía General, la Pedagogía de la ETP en particular y la situación del proceso en  el Centro Politécnico Rigoberto Fuentes Pérez
