    Educational – Methodical projects for students’ intellectual competences formation: The imperative goal of the educational process of the university

    © 2016 Kutuev et al.The research urgency is caused by the tendencies of the modern information society which produces and consumes intelligence, knowledge and competences as the main educational product of labor market. These trends fundamentally alter the methodological basis of the educational process of the University, subjecting it to imperative goals: the intellectual development of the individual of the student, independent acquisition of knowledge and competences, development of intellectual competences to work with information in any media. In this regard, the focus of this paper is allotted to theoretical and methodical substantiation of the structure and content of students’ intellectual competences as a pedagogical category of the imperative goals of the University educational process. A leading research method is a project method which is focused on students’ intellectual competences’ formation in the process of creative activity products creation in the educational process. The paper reveals the discourse of the concept "intellectual competences"; defines the essence, structure and content of the training-methodical projects for students’ intellectual competences’ formation; on the basis of the results of the study substantiates the pedagogical algorithm of training-methodical projects for students’ intellectual competences formation. Productivity of the algorithm’s implementation is proven using the criteria: formation of knowledge (the content of the study course and related areas); comprehension of knowledge (the ability to restructure information, giving some interpretation of the main idea); the analysis of knowledge (the ability to compare the basic ideas of information, formulate conclusions supporting the assumptions with evidence, the ability to ask questions); knowledge synthesis (the ability to synthesize, develop logic of common reasoning, based on analyzed facts to create a final conclusion); assessment of knowledge (the ability to determine the accuracy and reliability of facts, to evaluate findings and conclusions). The paper can be useful to teachers, methodologists, managers of the universities

    © The authors. The development of university students' professional core competencies today is one of the urgent problems in their humanitarian training. It is advisable to take into consideration the core competencies as a new unit of measurement in humanitarian education of a student-a future specialist, focusing on pedagogical conditions of their formation and results of learning process, which are considered not as the amount of learned knowledge, skills, but humanitarian ability to use this knowledge in different situations creatively. The study aim is to justify scientifically pedagogical conditions' structure and content of university students' professional core competences' formation in the process of their humanitarian training. The leading research method is the method of pedagogical conditions' complex modeling of university students' professional core competencies formation in their humanitarian training process. The article presents the theoretical and methodological bases of pedagogical conditions' complex designing of university students' professional core competencies' formation in the process of their humanitarian training: the concept of competence-based approach, declared in the FSES of HPE requirements (federal state educational standards of high professional education), as productive ideas of humanitarian training modernization; variable model of core professional competencies' development; the structure and content of scientific and methodological support. Article materials are designed for university teachers of humanitarian disciplines, educators, young scientists, postgraduates, students of the advanced training system and teaches' retraining. They can be profitable for specialists of enterprises' technical departments, undergraduates and University students, interested in research work

To achieve these requirements an important role should be given to the intellectual resources in the process of formation of university students 2019; professional culture: Knowledge; competence; personal qualities, advanced requirements of the labor market; critical thinking; ability to formulate the problem, propose a hypothesis to solve problems, to carry out generalizations and to formulate reasoned conclusions, to apply the results obtained to solve emerging problems, etc. Therefore this paper is aimed at the scientific justification of the structure and content of the intellectual resources in the formation of high school students 2019; professional culture and the development of practically-oriented algorithms for their implementation. The leading research method is the method of modeling of the structure and content of intellectual resource in the process of university students’ professional culture formation.
