Nonequilibrium brittle fracture propagation: Steady state, oscillations and intermittency

A minimal model is constructed for two-dimensional fracture propagation. The heterogeneous process zone is presumed to suppress stress relaxation rate, leading to non-quasistatic behavior. Using the Yoffe solution, I construct and solve a dynamical equation for the tip stress. I discuss a generic tip velocity response to local stress and find that noise-free propagation is either at steady state or oscillatory, depending only on one material parameter. Noise gives rise to intermittency and quasi-periodicity. The theory explains the velocity oscillations and the complicated behavior seen in polymeric and amorphous brittle materials. I suggest experimental verifications and new connections between velocity measurements and material properties.Comment: To appear in Phys. Rev. Informational models and control algorithms models for separate functional modules of the pharmaceutical enterprises distribution and supply logistics management are considered in the article. The possibility of such modules management by means of ERP class integrated information systems is shown. Drug procurement management algorithms implemented with the help of ERP and based on the ABC/XYZ analysis methodology, algorithms and informational models for pharmaceutical companies’ logistic system of inventory management in warehouses are proposed. Algorithms, mathematical and information models for the logistic control system of stocks in warehouses with medicinal preparations at pharmaceutical enterprises are proposed. The scheme of the organization of the current incoming control of medicinal preparations in the finished goods warehouse is considered. Functional models are presented in IDEF0 notation for describing management systems based on ERP in distribution and marketing logistics systems in pharmaceutical companies. Examples are given of constructing graphic IDEF0-models, for describing business processes in drug prediction systems (LS) and quality control of incoming products. The analysis of modern ERP-systems is carried out, and their main features and directions of development are revealed, which is the most important step when working in any field of activity.В статье рассмотрены информационные модели и модели алгоритмов управления отдельными функциональными модулями распределительно-сбытовой логистики фармацевтических предприятий. Показана возможность реализации управления этими модулями с помощью интегральных информационных систем класса ERP, а также описаны функциональные модули интегрированной информационной системы ERP. Предложены реализуемые с помощью ERP алгоритмы управления закупками и структурные схемы управления поставками лекарственных препаратов, базирующиеся на методике ABC/XYZ-анализа. Предложены алгоритмы, математические и информационные модели для логистической системы управления запасами на складах с лекарственными препаратам на фармацевтических предприятиях. Рассмотрена схема организации текущего входного контроля лекарственных препаратов на складе готовой продукции. Приведено функциональные модели в нотации IDEF0 для описания систем управления на основе ERP в системах распределительно-сбытовой логистики на фармацевтических предприятиях. Приведены примеры построения графических IDEF0-моделей, для описания бизнес-процессов в системах прогнозирования лекарственных средств и проверки качества поступающей продукции. Осуществлен анализ современных ERP-систем и выявлены их основные особенности и направления развития, что является важнейшим шагом при работе в любой сфере деятельности

This paper describes a synthesis of luminescent composite based on lithium-borate glass and yttrium-aluminum garnet finely-divided powder doped with cerium. Glass’s chemical makeup was chosen, composite’s fabrication technology was developed and luminophore-glass baking temperature conditions as well. The genes of nerve growth factor (NGF), brain neurotrophic factor (BDNF) and human neurotrophic factor 3 (NT-3) were cloned and expressed in Escherichia coli. Methods of purification and renaturation of the proneurotrophins were developed. It was shown that the recombinant pro-NGF, pro-BDNF and pro-NT-3 induce a differentiation of chicken dorsal root ganglia cell culture.Клонированы гены фактора роста нервов (NGF), нейротрофического фактора головного мозга (BDNF) и нейротрофического фактора 3 (NT-3) человека и осуществлена их экспрессия в клетках Escherichia coli. The primary goal of the state program "Development of Pharmaceutical and Medical industry" for 2013-2020" is the creation of innovative Russian pharmaceutical and medical industry of international standard. According to forecasts the share of Russian pharmaceutical companies in the market is going to increase from 14 to 50%. In order to ensure a complex approach to problem solving in pharmaceutical industry it needs to develop new mechanisms to manage industry sectors, clusters and enterprises. One of the most effective forms of management in this case is the creation of logistic schemes for medicine delivery to the population. The article describes the requirements for medicine delivery. We provide the economic and statistical technique – based on ABC/VEN-analysis – for the identification of the medicine demand in a large health care facility. The article uncovers the specifics of formation of a decision-making support system in time and amount of order in the context of (s, Q)-policy. The results reflect the specific features of construction of information support systems in medicine delivery.Рассмотрены условия снабжения лекарственными средствами. На основе АВС/VEN-анализа, предложена экономико-статистическая методика определения потребности в лекарственных средствах крупного лечебного учреждения. Предлагается использовать гибридные системы прогнозирования, основанные на совместном использовании методов фильтрации и нейронных сетей. Выявлены условия осуществления (s,Q)-политики по времени и объему заказа
