Peran On the Job Training dan Psychological Ownership Terhadap Employee Engagement dengan Kinship sebagai Pemediasi

The study aims to investigate on-the-job training and psychological ownership in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in ApasA, Kupang City, NTT. It employs a quantitative approach using questionnaires for data collection. Probability sampling method was used with a sample size of 42 individuals. Data analysis utilized Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) through Smart PLS version 3 software. Results show that on-the-job training does not significantly influence employee engagement, but psychological ownership positively impacts it. Kinship does not mediate the relationship between training or psychological ownership and employee engagement. These findings can help MSME management design more efficient human resource development strategies

Analisis Kontribusi Pengelolaan Program Pemberdayaan Ekonomi Masyarakat Dalam Pengembangan Ekonomi Lokal di Kota Kupang

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sektor-sektor usaha mikro apa saja yang yang dikelola oleh penerima manfaat dana Pemberdayaan Ekonomi Masyarakat dan untuk mengetahui sektor-sektor potensi unggulan lokal di daerah yang perlu didorong dan dikembangkan dalam mendukung Pengembangan Ekonomi Lokal di Kota Kupang. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah analisa Location Quotient dalam mengidentifikasi sektor dan sub sektor unggulan di Kota Kupang. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa terdapat enam sektor yang menjadi jenis usaha dari masyarakat penerima bantuan program dana PEM, yakni sektor perdagangan, peternakan, pertanian, perindustrian, jasa dan perikanan, dan hasil analisis LQ untuk sektor unggulan yang perlu dipertahankan dan dikembangkan dalam melalui program Pemberdayaan Ekonomi Masyarakat adalah sektor perdagangan, sektor perindustrian dan sektor jasa. sedangkan sektor non unggulan adalah sektor peternakan, sektor pertanian dan perikanan

ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI PENYERAPAN ANGGARAN BELANJA PADA PEMERINTAH PROVINSI NUSA TENGGARA TIMUR

The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that influence the absorption of the budget in the East Nusa Tenggara Provincial Government. The research sample is respondents who hold positions in fields related to the budget, including paying officials and operating expenses at SKPD in NTT Province. This study uses quantitative analysis with multiple linear regression analysis tools. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence of human resources and the procurement of goods and services on the absorption of the East Nusa Tenggara Provincial Government's budget, while planning has a positive correlation but no significant effect on the absorption of the East Nusa Tenggara Provincial government's budget. The significant level planning variable (0.276 > 0.005) is more than the significant limit so that it can be said to be a rejected variable, the level of human resources (0.000 < 0.005) is less than significant so that bid 2 is accepted, the significant variable is the procurement of goods and services (0.000 < 0.005) < 0.005) is less than the significant limit so that 3 is confirmed to be accepted, and the F test results with a significant value of 0.000 (p < 0.05). Thus it can be said that planning, human resources and procurement of goods and services simultaneously affect the absorption of the budget

This study aims to determine cash flow and financial performance at the New Restu Ibu shoe store in Atambua, Belu, East Nusa Tenggara. The method used in this research is descriptive and quantitative. The analysis technique used is the DuPont System or ROI. The results of the study show that store cash flow based on income statements in 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019 experienced profits. The financial performance of the New Restu Ibu shoe store using the Du Pont system model for 2016-2019 shows a decline, but Return On Investment (ROI) is above inflation and interest rates
