Objective: Hepatoprotective activity of herbal drugs has an importance in the treatment of hepatic disorders, but pharmaceutically engineeredproducts are not evolved properly to cure the liver disorders properly based on the demand and also route, target the appropriate site of action. Methods: In our present work, we have been developed a new formulation that possesses a unique nature and site specificity for targeting the diseasestate. Here, we examined hepatoprotective activity of Cassia auriculata polymer nanospheres containing silymarin against carbon tetrachlorideinducedhepatotoxicity in rats using at 50 mg/kg and 100 mg/kg body weight dose levels, and we have been observed that enzyme activities of serumglutamate oxaloacetate transaminase, serum glutamate pyruvate transaminase, alkaline phosphate, total protein, albumin, globulin, total cholesterol, high-density lipoprotein (HDL), glutathione (GSH), and total bilirubin were analyzed. Results: C. auriculata polymer nanospheres and silymarin produced significant (p<0.001) hepatoprotective effect by decreasing the activity of serum enzymes, bilirubin, total cholesterol, and increased levels of HDL, total protein, albumin, globulin, and tissue GSH.Conclusion: From these results, it was concluded that of C. auriculata polymer nanospheres would protect the liver cells from carbon tetrachloridefrom liver diseases. Keywords: Hepatoprotective activity, Silymarin, Cassia auriculata, Nanospheres

FRUIT PEEL EXTRACTS WITH POTENTIAL FOR DISSOLVING SIMULATED RENAL STONES IN IN VITRO CONDITIONS

Objective: To evaluate the antiurolithiatic activity of selected fruit peels on simulated renal stones in in vitro conditions. Methods: Simulated renal stones were prepared by homogenous precipitation method. The criterion selected was to estimate the amount of calcium oxalate remaining in the semi-permeable membranes by Kramer and Tisdal method with slight modification. A suitable media was provided by TRIS buffer. Results: The crude methanol extract of Musa sapientum exhibited highest dissolution of calcium oxalate ie.9.15 mg and the percent dissolved was found to be 91.5% in comparison to Malus pumila methanol extract which dissolved 8.96 mg (89.6%) and Punica granatum methanol extract which dissolved 8.0 mg (80.0%). Its activity was comparable with that of standard drug Tamsulosin hydrochloride (400 mg) with a percentage dissolved of about 90.5%.Conclusion: Experimental evidence showed that methanol and aqueous fruit peel extracts of Musa sapientum, Malus pumila, and Punica granatum possess potential antiurolithiatic activity. Their effect is found to be significant and the extracts can be used in the treatment of lithiasis

Relatively easy to fix reasoning as well as quantum dot cellular robot (QCA) with each other can be taken into consideration as one of the most encouraging innovations for future generation computer systems. As CMOS circuits are coming close to restrictions in minimizing area as well as power dissipation, relatively easy to fix reasoning and also QCA modern technology have prospective to change CMOS. Moreover, restricted research is done on reversible sequential circuits with QCA implementation. This paper targets style as well as application of a standard sequential element, a relatively easy to fix dual side set off D flip flop, utilizing QCA. The logical capability, computational as well as power evaluation of the recommended circuit has actually been checked out in this work. This is one of such first attempts to make, analyze as well as carry out relatively easy to fix consecutive element using QCA. This layout will certainly help with the perception of complicated relatively easy to fix sequential circuits in the location of QCA circuits

Person-person transmission of Brucella melitensis - A rare case report

Brucellosis, also known as “undulant fever” and “Mediterranean fever,” is a zoonosis. It is almost invariably transmitted by direct or indirect contact with infected animal tissues or ingestion of their products. It is endemic in many parts of the world and can affect people of all ages and both the sexes. Person-to-person transmission of brucellosis is usually rare. Here, we report the case of human-to-human transmission of brucellosis melitensis presented as a breast abscess

FRUIT PEEL SOAP AND ITS ANTIBACTERIAL PROPERTIES IN SKIN CARE

Objective: To prepare soap under laboratory condition using fruit peels of Citrullus lanatus, Citrus lemon, Citrus maxima, Carica papaya, Ananas comosus and Punica granatum., to view the antibacterial property and pH of the soap prepared and to study the phytochemical content of the fruit peels. Methods: The homemade soap is prepared in the laboratory using fruit peelings. Antibacterial properties of the prepared soap were then tested using disc paper inhibition method against Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, and Staphylococcus epidermidis. The Extract was prepared using distilled water and ethanol. The pH of the fruit peels was tested and screened for phytochemical properties. Results: Overall best results for the antibacterial property was shown by Citrullus lanatus, Carica papaya followed by Citrus aurantifolia and Ananas comosus for water extract. Citrus maxima followed by and Ananas comosus and Citrus aurantifolia for ethanol extract. All six fruit peels showed the presence of Alkaloids, Terpenes, Saponins, Glycosides, Quinones, and Tannins. pH of the soap ranges from 7-10. Conclusion: The peels of the fruit shows good results against the anti-bacterial activity for skin bacteria studied. Also, the soaps are less prone to the addition of the harmful chemicals and their derivatives

    GC-155 - Runbook Automation

Runbook is common terminology used in every IT organization which is maintained in Excel for taking the components to production in a particular time frame after making an agreement with the business for the downtime of systems (Freeze Period). Runbook Automation is a web application for delivering and tracking deliverables to production. It acts as an interface between Infrastructure teams responsible for deployments and runbook coordinator, development teams, and Business Analysts. The application consists of a home page consisting of a Dashboard where the user can edit the profile, and other employee tracking details and timesheets. In Employee tracking, the details of the employees and their backgrounds are displayed. In Timesheets, the hours of the project and the runbook actions are displayed. In Access Management, different users are allowed to request access to perform daily activities. In Employee Performance, the feedback and achievements of the employer are shown. The Objective of the application is to develop a web application using various technologies to bring all the stakeholders to a common page about the project execution and make them aware of top management activities ongoing in the organization. The Application will have an interface to tools for updating the status of Jobs in the application. The idea of the application will be provided to the project owner for approval before design and development. The scope of the project will include planning, design, development, testing, and documentation.stratosphere to provide wide coverage and strong computational capabilities. It is suitable to coordinate terrestrial resources and store the fundamental data associated with ITS-based applications. Performing task offloading and data caching at Roadside Units (RSUs) in a cooperative manner can reduce the heavy backhaul load and the retransmission of content downloading

Generic local distinguishability and completely entangled subspaces

A subspace of a multipartite Hilbert space is completely entangled if it contains no product states. Such subspaces can be large with a known maximum size, S, approaching the full dimension of the system, D. We show that almost all subspaces with dimension less than or equal to S are completely entangled, and then use this fact to prove that n random pure quantum states are unambiguously locally distinguishable if and only if n does not exceed D-S. This condition holds for almost all sets of states of all multipartite systems, and reveals something surprising. The criterion is identical for separable and for nonseparable states: entanglement makes no difference.Comment: 12 page
