Hızla gelişen dünyada eğitim teknolojileri ve becerileri kendilerini bu düzene adapte edebilmek için değişirler. Temel dil becerilerinden okuma da çağın bu gereğine uygun olarak hızlı okuma becerisine dönüşmüştür. Hızlı okuma bireye, bilgiye hızla ulaşma ve kullanma imkanı veren bir beceridir. Çalışmamızda, hızlı okumayı tanıtmak, kavratmak ve öğretmek amacıyla hazırlanmış olan Hızlı Okuma ve Anlamı Yapılandırma adlı eser değerlendirilecektir.In rapidly evolving world, educational technologies and skills change for adapting themselves to this regulation. Reading, as one of the basic language arts, has been transformed into the skill of speed reading in accordance with the necessary of the modern world. Speed reading is a skill enabling to reach and use knowledge rapidly. In our study, it will be appreciated book of “SPEED READING AND STRUCTURING THE MEANING” which was prepared for the purpose of introducing, comprehending and teaching "speed reading"

The Status of Turkish Teaching Profession and Turkish Education Departments Following the Changes in Primary Education Curriculum and Undergraduate Schedule

Ülkemizde ana dili olarak Türkçe öğretiminde ilköğretim ve yüksek öğretimde aşamalı olarak birtakım değişikliklere gidilmiştir. İlköğretimde yapılandırmacı yaklaşım ve yükseköğretimde yeniden yapı- lanma olarak bilinen bu değişiklikler sonucunda faydalı olan gelişmeler yaşandığı gibi olumsuz sonuçlar da gözlenmiştir. Bu değişiklikler Türkçe öğretmenliği ve Türkçe eğitimi bölümlerindeki durumun yeniden gözden geçirilmesini ve çağın gereklerine uygun bir yapılanmayı gerekli kılmaktadır. Çalışmamızda ilköğretim Türkçe dersleri ve Türkçe eğitimi bö- lümlerinde yapılan değişiklikler sonucu ortaya çıkan sorunlar ve çözüm yolları üzerinde durulmuştur. Ayrıca Türkçe eğitimi bölümlerinde günü- müz şartlarına uygun olarak yeni bir yapılanmanın gerektiği gerekçeleri ile izah edilmeye çalışılmıştırIn our country, it has been progressively emerged some changes in Turkish language teaching as mother tongue teaching in primary and higher education. It has been also observed not only positive developments but also negative effects as a result of these changes known as constructivist approach in primary education and restructuring in higher education. These changes have made it necessary to configure the structure as appropriate in modern requirements and to review the situation in Turkish teaching profession and Turkish education departments. In our study, the problems and solutions occurring as a result of the changes in primary school Turkish lessons and Turkish education departments have been focused on. Besides it has been dwelled on the possible explanations of the the reasons of restructuring necessary accordance with present condition in the Turkish education department
