    "> Basically there are two paradigms of Islam in science and technology development. First, making aqeedah of Islam as the science paradigm. This paradigm should be owned for the Moslem, not the secular paradigm as it is now. The paradigm of Islam states that aqeedah of Islam is an obligation to be the thought base (qa\u27idah fikriyah) for all the science building. It does not mean that aqeedah of Islam as the source of any science, but as the standard for all the science. Second, making the syariah value (which is born from the aqeedah of Islam) as the standard for the science and technology utilization in daily lives. This standard or criteria should be used for the Moslem, not the utility standard (pragmatism/utilitarianism) as it is now. The syariah standard manages, that it may whether or not the using of the science and technology utilization, be based on the halal-haram requirement (laws of Islam syariah)

    Pengaruh Intellectual Capital Terhadap Abnormal Return Saham Dan Kinerja Keuangan (Studi Pada Perusahaan Perbankan Di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2011-2015)

    The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of intellectual capital to abnormal stock return and financial perfomance of banking firms. The abnormal stock return was measured by cumulative abnormal return (CAR), and average abnormal return (AAR), the company\u27s financial perfomance measured by return on assets (ROA), assets turn over (ATO) and growth in revenue (GR). Laten variables used in this study was the perfomance of intellectual capital as measured by VAIC™ (VACA, VAHU, STVA). The sample study was using banking company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for 2011-2015. Research data using purposive sampling method. Data obtained amounted to 75 companies in the period 2011-2015. This study uses PLS version 3.0 to analyze the data. The result showed that significant intellectual capital positive significantly effect the abnormal stock return and financial perfomance that measured by CAR, AAR, ROA and ATO, but no effect on GR. Overall, this research found that structural capital (STVA) gives the most contribution in creating value added of the company

    Lahirnya Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia Nomor: 6 Tahun 2014 mengenai ‘Desa' memberi secerca harapan dalam keberlangsungan desa dalam hal penyaluran Dana Desa, revitalisasi pembangunan Desa, pelaksanaan pemerintahan Desa, hingga pemanfaatan potensi atau kearifan lokal untuk Desa itu sendiri. Bukan saja perbaikan disektor UMKM dan koperasi, tetapi dari level mikro, membutuhkan segala upaya perbaikan ekonomi melalui pemberdayaan Desa. PkM ini berupaya sekaligus menjadi bagian dari rentetan pembenahan Desa melalui pemotetran tentang daya dukung (dimensi pasar dan pemasaran) untuk meninjau seberapa besar kapasitas Desa Sepakat, Kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara (Provinsi Kalimantan Timur) mampu berdaya saing disisi ekonomi. Metode PkM diterapkan dengan teknik aktualisasi konsep, analisis data, dan penyusunan profil untuk kesiapan Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) di objek yang telah ditentukan. Idealnya, tahapan PkM juga menerapkan obervasi, tetapi sejauh ini tahapan pertama baru terlaksana melalui konsultasi secara online selama 2021. Perlu diketahui, krisis akibat Covid-19 tidak memungkinkan pendataan langsung ke lapangan. Road map BUMDes memerlukan pandangan akademis untuk mematangkan perencanaan, agar sisi manajemen pemasaran, ekonomi, finansial, dan bisnis dipehatikan. Kami juga berharap, aparatur Desa dan Pemerintah Kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara selaku regulator dapat membuat kebijakan yang mempertimbangkan empat sisi, dimana ada kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman dalam pilot BUMDes ini.  &nbsp

    Peran seorang guru sangatlah penting dalam pembelajaran. Guru berperan penting dalam memilih metode pembelajaran yang akan digunakan dalam pengajaran. Pada penelitian ini, penulis ingin mengangkat tentang Direct Method atau metode langsung yang digunakan oleh guru bidang bahasa Arab dalam proses pembelajaran Bahasa Arab. Adapun rumusan penelitian ini yaitu: 1) Bagaimana guru menerapkan penerapan metode ath-thariqah al-mubasyarah dalam pengajaran bahasa arab siswa kelas XI Madrasah Aliyah Hidayatul Insan Fi Ta'limiddin Palangka Raya? 2) Apa saja faktor-faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam Ath-thariqah al-mubasyarah dalam Pengajaran Bahasa Arab Siswa Kelas XI Madrasah Aliyah Hidayatul Insan Fi Ta'limiddin Palangka Raya?. Dan adapun tujuan penelitian ini yaitu: 1) Untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan Ath-thariqah al-mubasyarah Dalam Pengajaran Bahasa Arab Siswa Kelas XI Madrasah Aliyah Hidayatul Insan Fi Ta'limiddin Palangka Raya. 2) Untuk mendeskripsikan faktor-faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam Penerapan Ath-thariqah al-mubasyarah Dalam Pengajaran Bahasa Arab Siswa Kelas XI Madrasah Aliyah Hidayatul Insan Fi Ta'limiddin Palangka Raya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Dan peneliti melakukan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi dalam pengumpulan data. Observasi dan wawancara dilakukan untuk mengetahui penerapan Ath-thariqah al-mubasyarah Dalam Pengajaran Bahasa Arab Siswa Kelas XI Madrasah Aliyah Hidayatul Insan Fi Ta'limiddin Palangka Raya. Dokumentasi pada penelitian ini mencakup data dari dokumen-dokumen atau arsip-arsip yang ada di lokasi penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode ath-thariqah al-mubasyarah dalam pengajaran bahasa arab siswa kelas XI Madrasah Aliyah Hidayatul Insan Fi Ta'limiddin Palangka Raya yaitu: 1) Kemampuan guru dalam menentukan tujuan pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan bahan pelajaran. 2) Penggunaan bahasa Arab dalam pembelajaran. Adapun faktor pendukung siswa dan guru yaitu beberapa kelebihan yang terdapat dalam siswa dan guru serta manfaat dari kegiatan bahasa Arab siswa di madrasah.     Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance – Determination by Discipline, Organization Culture, and Competence

    The existence of HRM requires strategic planning. Regarding HRM development, companies must focus on the sustainability of their systems and practices. The focus of this paper is based on job satisfaction and employee performance, so we limit the determinants of discipline, culture, and competence to that. The method requires in-depth exploration through surveys or direct interviews with respondents with 59 employees at PT Trimanunggal Nugraha Samarinda. Then, the data were processed from a questionnaire instrument and seven hypotheses tested with multivariate analysis or SEM-PLS. There are two stages of presentation, namely assessing the measurement model and the structural model. In the first structure, we find that discipline, organizational culture, and competence have a positive-significant effect on job satisfaction. For the second structure, only one hypothesis can be accepted with the explanation that competence has a positive-significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, discipline and job satisfaction have a positive-insignificant effect on employee performance, but organizational culture actually has a negative impact on employee performance because the results are negative-insignificant. The contribution and added value of this empirical study can be used as benchmarks for the right decision-makers such as the main director, special divisions, and planning boards

    The Crowdsourcing Data for Innovation: Does IT Matter?

    Purpose – to explore a crowdsourcing data-driven approach to construct crowdknowledge databases for innovation through supporting creative idea generation. In the approach, social media will be used as platforms to crowdsource knowledge for producing the databases. Findings. Creativity is an essential element of innovation, but producing creative ideas is often challenging in design. Many computational tools have become available recently to support designers in producing creative ideas that are new to individuals. As a standard feature, most of the tools rely on the databases employed, such as ConceptNet and the US Patent Database. This study highlighted that the limitations of these databases have constrained the capabilities of the tools and, thereby, new computational databases supporting the generation of new ideas to a crowd or even history are needed. Crowdsourcing outsources tasks conventionally performed in-house to a crowd and uses external knowledge to solve problems and democratize innovation. Social media is often employed in crowdsourcing for a crowd to create and share knowledge. Originality/value/scientific novelty of the research. This paper proposes a novel approach employing social media to crowdsource knowledge from a crowd for constructing crowd knowledge databases. Practical importance of the research. The crowd knowledge database is expected to be used by the current computational tools to support designers producing highly creative ideas that are new to the crowd, in new product design, and ultimately to innovation. Research limitations/Future research.
