    This research aims to determine the fuel consumption of gasoline engine mounted on a 110cc Suzuki Smash. The data taken on the motorcycle in different gear ratios and speed for a travel distance of 2.5 km.Analysis was conducted on gear ratios 2, 3 and 4 at speeds of 20, 25, 30, 35, and 40 km / h. Observations and calculations for the arrays of indicate that fuel consumption on gear ratio 2 is 359.2, 410.9, 439.0, 545.9, and 648.9 g / h respectively. At gear ratio 3 is 296.9, 295.8, 408.6, 494.4 and 624.5 g / h respectively. At gear ratio 4 is 201.9, 249.4, 412.0, 330.8 and 538.0 g / h respectively. It is concluded that the higher the speed of the motor, the greater the rate of consumption of fuel.From the observation it was found that the test was performed at the engine rotation of 2136 to 6182 rpm. Results demonstrate that at the speed of 20 km / h to 40 km / h it is more efficient operate with gear ratio 4

    This research is aimed to determine the effects of brown gas mixed with gasoline on fuel consumption of a Suzuki Smash 110cc. Data taken in this study is the fuel consumption of the vehicle on different gear ratio, and velocity of the vehicle within a distance of 2.5 km. Analyzing is done on gear ratio-1 at 10,15,20,25,30 km/h, whereas on gear ratio-2,3 and 4 at 20, 25, 30, 35 and 40. The result of observations and computation shows fuel consume rate gear ratio-1 is 266,4; 349,3; 455,1; 562,6 and 697,5 gr/hr on gear ratio-2 is 359,2, 410,9, 439,0; 545,9 and 648,9 gr/hr, on gear ratio-3 is 296,9; 295,8; 408,6; 494,4 and 624,5 gr/hr, on gear ratio-4 is 201,9; 249,4; 412,0; 330,8 and 538,0 gr/hr with the speed of 20, 25, 30, 35 and 40 km/h consecutively. The conclusion is the higher the speed of motorcycle, the greater the rate of consumption. It was found that the testing is executed in the range of engine speed of 2136 to 6182 rpm. These results demonstrate that the motor cycle is more efficient if using gears ratio-4 at a speed of 20 km/h to 40 km/h

    One of the alternative fuel mixture that can be used by the gasoline motor is Brown\u27s Gas. The gas is produced from the electrolysis solution of baking soda inside the elektrolizer. Percentage of baking soda solution is 99.45% destilled water and 0.55% baking soda.This research used a Suzuki Smash 110 cc motorcycle. Testing performed with engine speed of 1500, 2000, 2500 rpm. The testing time is 2, 3, 5, 8, and 10 minutes. Observation and calculation showed that the average rate of fuel consumption respectively are 125,7, 176,5, and 243,0 gr/h for gasoline and are 96.4, 121,9, 171,6 gr/h for motor combination brown gas and gasoline. From the above results it\u27s obtained that the efficient fuel consumption is 171,6 gr/h that is with engine speed 2500 rpm.Linear regression model is y = -5.919 x + 204.7 (R ² = 0.858), while quadratic regression model is y = -2.226 x ² + 20.72 x + 145.5 (R ² = 0.541). The quadratic regression fit better to the data for the coefficient of determination closer to 1

    Terumbu karang merupakan salah satu sumber daya alam yang banyak dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat yang berada di daerah pesisir Halmahera. Salah satu pemanfaatan oleh masyarakat Desa Wosi, Halmahera Selatan adalah sebagian besar dimanfaatkan sebagai bahan bangunan dan pondasi rumah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengetahuan dan aktivitas masyarakat terhadap pemanfaatan terumbu karang di Desa Wosi Kecamatan Gane Timur Kabupaten Halmahera Selatan. Instrumen pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan angket/kuesioner dan wawancara dengan sejumlah masyarakat. Analisis angket/kuesioner dilakukan dengan menggunakan rumus prosentase dan skala Likert. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa; (1) Pengetahuan masyarakat terhadap terumbu karang di Desa Wosi Kecamatan Gane Timur termasuk dalam kriteria cukup yaitu dengan nilai rata–rata 60%; (2) Aktivitas masyarakat terhadap pemanfaatan terumbu karang meliputi ; Indikator pemanfaatan terumbu karang sebagai bahan bangunan dan pondasi rumah termasuk dalam kriteria cukup (nilai rata-rata 63%), indikator jual beli terumbu karang termasuk dalam kriteria rendah (52%), dan budidaya terumbu karang termasuk dalam kriteria sangat rendah (3.23%). Sementara pada kriteria skala Likert untuk seluruh indikator pengetahuan dan aktivitas pemanfaatan terumbu karang menunjukan kriteria sangat tinggi (X > 4,531 atau 127.242 > 4.531 dan X > 3,5685 atau 97.742 > 3.5685)

    Pushover Analysis is a means to provide solutions based on Performanced Based Seismic Design, which in essence is to find the capacity of the structure. Pushover analysis procedure to provide a static load in the lateral directions is increased gradually (incremental) until it reaches the target displacement or achieving certain collapse. In the analysis is performed to determine the seismic behavior of structure and the actual amount of ductility and reduction factor of the actual earthquake. Lateral loading pattern given in the pushover analysis is the burden of multi-modal lateral, each style of respone to the combination of modal analysis performed by the method of SRSS (Square Root of the Sum of Square). The result obtained from pushover The results obtained from pushover analysis ductility (μΔ) the actual direction of x (positive) = 3.85, x direction (negative) = 3.96 and ductility (μΔ) actual y direction (positive) = 2.97, y direction (negative) = 3.15. Seismic reduction factor (R) the actual direction of x (positive) = 6.2, x direction (negative) = 6.3 earthquake and the reduction factor (R) actual y direction (positive) = 4.7, y direction (negative) = 5.0. This shows that the ductility (μΔ) and the actual reduction factor of the earthquake (R) which occurs in accordance with the actual SNI 03-1726-2002 (μm = 4.0 and Rm = 6.5 for the dual system consisting of a shear wall structure and SRPMM reinforced concrete)

The price for every kilo of snake fruits dropped drastically when panen raya comes. Salak pondoh (local name for Purwobinangun\u27s snake fruit) are normally priced about Rp 8.000,00 - Rp 12.000,00 per kilo when they are not in season and about Rp 2.000,00 - Rp 5.000,00 when it\u27s time for panen raya.
