The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of considerance leadership style, structure leadership style, complexity of the task, and time budget pressure on the job satisfaction of auditors who work in Public Accounting Firm in Semarang. Samples on this study is 58 auditor who work in Public Accounting Firm in Semarang. Data were collected by using questionnaires distributed to each Public Accounting Firm. While the data is processed using SPSS. The reaserch proved that considerance leadership style, complexity of the task, and time budget pressure have a significant effect on job satisfaction. While the structure leadership style is not shown to have a significant impact on job satisfaction

AN ANALYSIS OF MORPHOLOGICAL PROCESSES IN POLITICAL NEWS OF JAKARTA GLOBE

The research aims to find out the morphological processes in the political news of Jakarta Globe. The research is analyzed by using the method of qualitative. The data are classified and analyzed descriptively one by one. To take the representative data, the technique which is used in the research is the technique of simple random sampling. The technique of bibliography is also used to analyze the patterns of the morphological processes. The patterns of the morphological processes are identified and analyzed by using the Nida?s theory of structural morphology. The Nida?s theory of structural morphology is applied in order to know how the words are formed. In applying the theory, there are four principles that need to be concerned: 1) Identifying morpheme; 2) Identifying/analyzing word-formation; 3) Identifying morphophonemic; and 4) Dictionary. The result of the study finds the patterns of morphological processes which have been analyzed from the articles are affixation 34 words, compound 8 words, conversion 5 words, and base modification 7 words.
