Pauta de observación de la enseñanza de las matemáticas en Educación Secundaria en España (POEMat.ES)

POEMat.ES es una pauta de observación de las prácticas de enseñanza de profesores de matemáticas de Educación Secundaria grabadas en vídeo. Este instrumento permite recoger información sobre las acciones de los profesores de matemáticas en el aula desde 3 dimensiones diferentes, organizadas a su vez en 17 subdimensiones. Cada subdimensión se puede valorar en cuatro niveles de desempeño que describen características concretas de las acciones realizadas por el profesor observadas en un fragmento de vídeo. POEMat.ES ha sido desarrollada con el objetivo inicial de ofrecer una visión equilibrada y multidimensional de la enseñanza de las matemáticas en Educación Secundaria en el contexto español

Dendritic cell deficiencies persist seven months after SARS-CoV-2 infection

Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus (SARS-CoV)-2 infection induces an exacerbated inflammation driven by innate immunity components. Dendritic cells (DCs) play a key role in the defense against viral infections, for instance plasmacytoid DCs (pDCs), have the capacity to produce vast amounts of interferon-alpha (IFN-α). In COVID-19 there is a deficit in DC numbers and IFN-α production, which has been associated with disease severity. In this work, we described that in addition to the DC deficiency, several DC activation and homing markers were altered in acute COVID-19 patients, which were associated with multiple inflammatory markers. Remarkably, previously hospitalized and nonhospitalized patients remained with decreased numbers of CD1c+ myeloid DCs and pDCs seven months after SARS-CoV-2 infection. Moreover, the expression of DC markers such as CD86 and CD4 were only restored in previously nonhospitalized patients, while no restoration of integrin β7 and indoleamine 2,3-dyoxigenase (IDO) levels were observed. These findings contribute to a better understanding of the immunological sequelae of COVID-19

Design, implementation and evaluation of quality training tasks for the subjects of Mathematics and its didactics of the teacher's degrees in Early Childhood and Primary Education in an environment blended teaching-learning

El objetivo del proyecto es mejorar la formación de los futuros maestros con el diseño, implementación y evaluación de tareas formativas para la enseñanza de las matemáticas fundamentadas en la investigación y en la práctica. Los resultados principales de este proyecto son: la grabación de tres vídeos que muestran la trayectoria de una tarea para la enseñanza de la magnitud de superficie; la recopilación de tareas formativas de geometría y medida; y el diseño de una rúbrica para evaluar el potencial del diseño de una tarea formativa.The objective of the project is to improve the training of future teachers with the design, implementation and evaluation of formative tasks for teaching mathematics based on research and practice.
