    The Effect of Food Service Quality and Beverage Service on Customer Satisfaction of the Grand Dafam Rohan Syariah Hotel     The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the dimensions of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangibles of Food and Beverage Service together on customer satisfaction at Grand Dafam Rohan Hotel Sharia, knowing the influence of the reliability and dimensions of the Food and Beverage Service on the customer satisfaction of the Grand Dafam Rohan Hotel, Sharia, knowing the effect of the responsiveness dimension of Food and Beverage Service on the customer satisfaction of the Grand Dafam Rohan Syariah Hotel, knowing the influence of the assurance dimension (assurance) Food and Beverage Service on the customer satisfaction of the Grand Dafam Rohan Syariah Hotel, knowing the influence of the dimensions of empathy (emphaty) Food and Beverage Service on the customer satisfaction of the Grand Dafam Rohan Syariah Hotel, and knowing the influence of the dimensions of empathy (emphaty) Food and Beverage Service on the satisfaction of Grand Hotel customers Dafam Rohan Syariah. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. In this study, the samples taken were some customers of Grand Dafam Rohan Syariah Hotel. In this study the number of samples taken 100 people. The sampling method in this study was purposive sampling. The method of data analysis uses descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. Linear Regression analysis results show that Reliability (Reliability), Responsiveness (Responsiveness), Assurance (Empowerment), Empathy (Emphaty), and Physical Evidence (Tangibles) affect jointly on Customer Satisfaction of the Grand Dafam Rohan Syariah Hotel (probability value (sig.) F-count (0,000) <Level of Significant (0.05)) and Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy, and Physical Evidence (Tangibles) partially influence on the Customer Satisfaction of the Grand Dafam Rohan Syariah Hotel (probability value (sig.) t-count (0,000) <Level of Significant (0.05)). The conclusion that Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy, and Physical Proof (Tangibles) influences both jointly and partially on the Customer Satisfaction of the Grand Dafam Rohan Syariah Hotel. This can be interpreted, if Reliability (Reliability), Responsiveness (Responsiveness), Assurance (Empowerment), Empathy (Emphaty), and Physical Evidence (Tangibles) increases together or partially, then the Customer Satisfaction of the Grand Dafam Rohan Syariah Hotel increased.   &nbsp

    Daya Antifungal Ekstrak Etanol Daun (Piper Aduncum) dan (Piperomia Pellucida) terhadap Pertumbuhan (C. Albicans) secara Invitro

    - Sesuruhan plants (Piper aduncum) and messengers (Piperomia pellucida) is a species of Piperaceae familia members. Both of these plant species containing antifungal compounds include: tannins, flavonoids, and saponins. Candida albicans is a yeast causing vaginal discharge disease. Antifungal potential of ethanol extract of the plant, particularly against C. albicans in vitro testing needs. The purpose of this study is to: 1) examine the effect of ethanol extract of leaves sesuruhan in some sort of concentration on the inhibition of growth of C. albicans in vitro; 2) examine the effect of ethanol extract of leaves of messengers in some sort of concentration on the inhibition of growth of C. albicans in vitro; 3) determine the most effective concentration of the ethanol extract of leaves and leaf sesuruhan messengers in some kind of concentration to inhibit the growth of C. albicans in vitro. Extracts of both species was obtained by maceration method with 95% ethanol, followed by sterile filtration and evaporation of the filtrate thus obtained. Filtrate was diluted in 10 concentration levels, namely: 0%, 10%, 20%, 30%, 40%, 50%, 60%, 70%, 80%, and 90%. Testing the two kinds of power antifungal leaf species was conducted using agar diffusion technique of pitting on Sabouraud Dextrose Agar medium that has been inoculated with C. albicans. Measurement of C. albicans growth inhibitory zone performed after an incubation period of 1x24 hours. The results of this study are: 1) There is no effect of ethanol extract of leaves sesuruhan in some sort of concentration on the inhibition of growth of C. albicans in vitro. The higher the concentration of the ethanol extract of the leaves sesuruhan increasing inhibition of growth of C. albicans; 2) There is no effect of ethanol extract of leaves of messengers in some sort of concentration on the inhibition of growth of C. albicans in vitro. The higher the concentration of the ethanol extract of the leaves of messengers increasing inhibition of growth of C. albicans; 3) Ethanol extract of leaves and leaf sesuruhan errand at a concentration of 80% was the most effective concentration to inhibit the growth of C. albicans in vitro

    Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui tingkat kualitas hubungan dalam excellence public relations anatara penyuka Facebook “INFO LISTRIK JATIM” dengan PT.PLN (Persero) Distribusi Jawa Timur. Elemen-elemen kualitas hubungan dalam excellence theory public relations berperan penting dalam menentukan keefektifan organisasi. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode survei untuk menggambarkan kualitas hubungan yang terjalin melalui sosial media. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa kualitas hubungan dengan menggunakan media sosial memiliki nilai yang tinggi. Hanya saja setiap penemuan dalam penelitian ini memiliki kecenderungan pada indikator tertentu

    Viral and Bacterial Diseases in Broiler Chicken Farms at the Area of Banyumas District

    . Efforts to control viral and bacterial diseases in poultry broiler should always be done by various efforts. Maintenance of strict management, implementation and administration of vaccines and bio security program are some efforts that are often done by farmers in order to eliminate viral and bacterial diseases. The purpose of this study was to determine the type of pathogenic viruses and bacteria that often infect broiler chickens and how to make efforts to control the broiler chicken farms in the subdistricts of Kedungbanteng and Baturraden, district of Banyumas. The research method was survey on broiler chicken farmers in the areas of Baturraden and Kedungbanteng of Banyumas district. Gradual cluster sampling was used in this study. 11 broiler chicken farms with various breeds were involved. The current study found that types of bacterial disease that infected broiler chicken farms in the subdistricts of Kedungbanteng and Baturraden were Chronic Respiratory Disease (CRD) and Colibacilosis, whereas viral diseases that infected were the Infectious Bursal Disease (IBD/Gumboro) and New Castle Disease (ND), although the prevalence rate was low. The efforts to control the main virus diseases, IBD and ND, succeeded in pressing the two diseases sould be implemented

    The Influence of Vocabulary and Grammar Masteryon the Students' Writing Skill at YOGYAKARTA State University

    This study aims to investigate the influence of (1) the students' vocabulary mastery on their writing skill, (2) the students' grammar mastery on their writing skill and(3) the students' vocabulary and grammar mastery on their writing skill at Yogyakarta State University. This research was an ex-post facto. The population comprised the third semester students of Pendidikan Bahasa Inggris (PBI) study program at the Languages and Arts Faculty, Yogyakarta State University in the academic year 2013/2014. Therefore, this study showed that (1) vocabulary mastery positively influenced the students' writing skill, (2) grammar mastery positively influenced the students' writing skill, and (3) vocabulary and grammar mastery positively influenced the students' writing skill.
