Pengaruh Pelatihan Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Kantor SAMSAT Kabupaten Gorontalo

Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Pelatihan Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Kantor SAMSAT Kabupaten Gorontalo. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan metode penelitian Survei. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner pada Pegawai Kantor SAMSAT Kabupaten Gorontalo. Jumlah Penarikan Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebesar 31 responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat Pengaruh Pelatihan Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Kantor SAMSAT Kabupaten Gorontalo sebesar 19,1% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 80,9% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti

Pengaruh Metode Pencatatan Persediaan Terhadap Peningkatan Pendapatan Pada Meubel Faninda Jaya Di Kabupaten Gorontalo

Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Metode Pencatatan Persediaan Terhadap Peningkatan Pendapatan Pada Meubel Faninda Jaya Di Kabupaten Gorontalo. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan faninda jaya meuble dengan Jumlah 30 orang. Jumlah Penarikan Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebesar 30 responden. Teknis analisis data menggunakan rumus statistic korelasi product moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa berpengaruh positif dan signifikan metode pencatatan persediaan terhadap peningkatan pendapatan pada meuble faninda jaya di Kabupaten Gorontalo. Besaran determinasi metode pencatatan persediaan terhadap peningkatan pendapatan pada meubelfanindajaya Di Kabupaten Gorontalo yaitusebesar 74,3% baik. Dengan demikian dinyatakan bahwa semakin menggunakan metode pencatatan persediaan maka akan meningkatkan pendapatan pada meuble faninda jaya di kabupaten Gorontalo

Disiplin Kerja Dan Komunikasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of work discipline and communication on employee performance at Yamaha Dealer of PT. Hasjrat Abadi Limboto Gorontalo. This study applies a quantitative approach with the use of primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires to employees of the Yamaha dealer of PT. Hasjrat Abadi Limboto Gorontalo. The sample of study amounts to 30 respondents. The data are then analyzed using the multiple linear regressions. The results show that there is an influence of work discipline and communication on employee performance at Yamaha dealer of PT. Hasjrat Abadi Limboto Gorontalo. The magnitude of the influence of work discipline and communication on performance is 43.3%, while the remaining 56.7% is influenced by other variables which are not examined in this study

Pengaruh Mutasi Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil Pada Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Gorontalo

The objective of this research was to find out to what extent the effect of job mutations on the performance of civil servants at the Department of Health of Gorontalo Province. Moreover, The research method used was a quantitative research method where the data collection techniques were observation, questionnaires, and documentation, and the data analysis was done through simple regression analysis. The research finding depicted that the statistical hypothesis was accepted, and there was an effect of job mutations on the performance of civil servants at the Department of Health of Gorontalo Province. The effect of job mutations on the performance of civil servants was 68.4%, while the remaining 31.6% was affected by other variables that were not examined in this research

PENERAPAN SISTEM AKUNTANSI INSTANSI PADA DINAS SOSIAL DAN PEMBERDAYAAN MASYARAKAT KOTA GOTONTALO

This research  aims to determine how the implementation of institutional accounting systems in the Department of Social Affairs and Community empowerment of Gorontalo City. Meanwhile, data are collected through documentation, observatioan, and interviews involving two key informants. This research employs the qualitative descriptive research method, which describes the research variables in a qualitative understanding.The result indicate that the Department of Social Affairs and Community Empowerment of Gorontalo City has implemented the Institutional Accounting System (SAI) using the computerized SIPD and ETMIS applications that are running smoothly. As a result, the financial reports produced can provide better benefits for stakeholders, both users and financial report examiners, such as providing more comprehensive information. Not only does it show the achievement of budget realization, but the data produced is also more valid, making it easier to make decisions. The work can be completed well with supporting factors such as adequate human resources, technology, and facilities and equipment. In the meantime, the networkand input errors in implementing this institutional accounting system are inhibiting factors which can hinder work at the Department of Social Affairs and Communty Empowerment of Gorontalo City. However, these problems were promptly corrected at the time

The purpose of the implementation of this study was to determine the entrepreneurial analysis of sea cucumber fishermen in increasing the income of the people of Torosiaje Village, Popayato District, Pohuwato Regency. This study uses qualitative methods with data collection procedures through interviews, observation and documentation. Based on the results of the research and discussion that has been carried out above, it is concluded that the entrepreneurial analysis of sea cucumber fishermen in increasing the income of the people of Torosiaje Village. Popayato District, Pohuwato Regency that village fishermen sell their sea cucumber products quickly and can cope with the daily family economy. Seeing the prospect of sea cucumbers which is a promising export commodity so that the marketing is very broad so that the existing obstacles are not so big, it's just the problem of sea cucumber stocks that are still lacking in Gorontalo. Pengaruh Pengelolaan Dana Desa Dalam Meningkatkan Pembangunan Desa Popalo Kecamatan Anggrek Kabupaten Gorontalo Utara

The research employed a quantitative approach with a descriptive research method where the data were obtained by distributing questionnaires to the Popalo village community, including the Popalo village government. In the meantime, the population of this research was the entire Heads of Household, totaling 347 people, including the village government registered in Popalo Village, Anggrek Subdistrict, Gorontalo Utara Regency. Meanwhile, the research samples were 30 respondents or 30 Heads of Household. At the same time, the data analysis technique used was the product-moment correlation statistical formula. The findings depicted that the village fund positively and significantly affected the development of Popalo Village, Anggrek Subdistrict, Gorontalo Utara Regency. This finding signified that the good implementation of village fund by the government could improve the development of Popalo Village, Anggrek Subdistrict, Gorontalo Utara Regency

Pengaruh Pemanfaatan Perpustakaan Sekolah Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa

The present study aimed to determine the effect of the utilization of the school library on students’ learning outcomes in the economics subjectin class X of social sciences at SMA Negeri 1 Suwawa Timur. This study employed a quantitative approach with a survey research method. The data used were primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires to students at SMA Negeri 1 Suwawa Timur, with a total sample of 41 respondens. At the same time, the data analysis technique used simple linear regression. The analysis results of the coefficient of determination in the table denoted that the adjusted coefficient of determination or the R-Squared value was 0,215 or 21,5%. This value signified that 21,5% of the variability of students’ learning outcomes could be explained by the variable of the utilization of the school library. In comparison, the remaining 78,5% was explained by other variables that were not examined in this study

This research animed to determine the influence of financial compensation on the cleaning service performance at Universitas Negeri Gorontalo. This research employed a quantative approach with a descriptive research method. The data used were primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires to the cleaning service staff at universitas negeri gorontalo. The samples in this research were 30 respondents. The resluts indicated an infulence of financial compensation on the cleaning servicce perfomance at universitas negeri gorontalo . the mangnitude of the influence of financial  compensation on the cleaning service perfomance was 74,3 % while the reamining 25,7% is influenced by variables that were  not examine

The purpose of this research was to determine to what extent service quality affected purchase decisions at Cv. Mufidah, Gorontalo City.” This research employed a quantitative approach using a quantitative correlational method with a sample size of 30 consumers. Besiders, the data collection techniques used in this research were interviews, questionnaires, and documentation, while the data analysis technique was simple regression analysis. The research finding denoted that there was a positive and significant effect of service quality on purchase decisions at CV Mufidah, Gorontalo City.” The effect of service quality on purchase decisions reached 43%, while the remaining 57% was affected by other variables that were not examined in this research
