    Metabolism and Metabolic Inhibition of Xanthotoxol in Human Liver Microsomes

    Cytochrome p450 (CYP450) enzymes are predominantly involved in Phase I metabolism of xenobiotics. In this study, the CYP450 isoforms involved in xanthotoxol metabolism were identified using recombinant CYP450s. In addition, the inhibitory effects of xanthotoxol on eight CYP450 isoforms and its pharmacokinetic parameters were determined using human liver microsomes. CYP1A2, one of CYP450s, played a key role in the metabolism of xanthotoxol compared to other CYP450s. Xanthotoxol showed stronger inhibition on CYP3A4 and CYP1A2 compared to other isoenzymes with the IC50 of 7.43 μM for CYP3A4 and 27.82 μM for CYP1A2. The values of inhibition kinetic parameters (Ki) were 21.15 μM and 2.22 μM for CYP1A2 and CYP3A4, respectively. The metabolism of xanthotoxol obeyed the typical monophasic Michaelis-Menten kinetics and Vmax, Km, and CLint values were calculated as 0.55 nmol·min−1·mg−1, 8.46 μM, and 0.06 mL·min−1·mg−1. In addition, the results of molecular docking showed that xanthotoxol was bound to CYP1A2 with hydrophobic and π-π bond and CYP3A4 with hydrogen and hydrophobic bond. We predicted the hepatic clearance (CLh) and the CLh value was 15.91 mL·min−1·kg−1 body weight. These data were significant for the application of xanthotoxol and xanthotoxol-containing herbs

    Design of Integrated Operation Process of Supply Chain Response to Market

    In a supply chain in which a manufacturer is the core enterprise, the manufacturer must take much attention to the speed of its response to a dynamic market, because product life-cycle is shortening and competition is fiercer. For the manufacturer, it is a powerful method to increase its supply chain’s competence that constructing a supply chain which can respond to new market demand quickly and actively. This paper considers a whole process of supply chain response to new market demand would be from a new product R&D to delivering the final products to consumers. The process can be divided into three stages: product R&D, supply chain building, and supply chain operating. So, to increase the efficiency of response to new market demand, the manufacturer would consider how to integrate the three stages smoothly. Key words: supply chain, response time, market demand, R&D Résumé: Dans une chaîne d’offre dans laquelle un fabricant constitue l’entreprise clef, le fabricant doit prêter assez d’attention à la vitesse de sa réponse à un marché dynamique, parce que le cycle de vie du produit raccourcit alors que la compétition est de plus en plus féroce. Pour le fabricant, c’est une méthode puissante d’améliorer la compétence de sa chaîne d’offre de sorte à construire une chaîne d’offre qui est capable de répondre rapidement et activement à la demande du marché. L’article présent pense que le processus intrégral de la chaîne d’offre répondant à la nouvelle demande du marché devrait aller de R&D du produit à la délivrance du produit aux consommateurs. Ce processus peut être divisé en trois étapes : R&D du produit, établissement de la chaîne d’offre, opération de la chaîne d’offre. Ainsi, pour d’élever l’efficacité de la réponse à la nouvelle demande du marché, le fabricant pourrait considérer comment bien intégrer ces trois étapes.     Extracting jet transport parameter q^\hat{q} from a multiphase transport model

    Within a multi-phase transport model with string melting scenario, jet transport parameter q^\hat{q} is calculated in Au+Au collisions at sNN\sqrt{s_{NN} } = 200 GeV and Pb+Pb collisions at sNN\sqrt{s_{NN} } = 2.76 TeV. The q^\hat{q} increases with the increasing of jet energy for both partonic phase and hadronic phase. The energy and path length dependences of q^\hat{q} in full heavy-ion evolution are consistent with the expectations of jet quenching. The correlation between jet transport parameter q^\hat{q} and dijet transverse momentum asymmetry AJA_{J} is mainly investigated, which discloses that a larger q^\hat{q} corresponds to a larger AJA_{J}. It supports a consistent jet energy loss picture from the two viewpoints of single jet and dijet. It is proposed to measure dijet asymmetry distributions with different jet transport parameter ranges as a new potential method to study jet quenching physics in high energy heavy-ion collisions.Comment: 7 pages, 7 figure

    Radiative decays of the heavy-quark-spin molecular partner of Tcc+T_{cc}^+

    With the assumptions that the Tcc+T_{cc}^+ discovered at LHCb is a D∗DD^{*}D hadronic molecule, using a nonrelativistic effective field theory we calculate the radiative partial widths of Tcc∗→D∗DγT_{cc}^* \to D^*D\gamma with Tcc∗T_{cc}^* being a D∗D∗D^{*}D^{*} shallow bound state and the heavy-quark-spin partner of Tcc+T_{cc}^+. The I=0I=0 D∗DD^*D rescattering effect with the TccT_{cc} pole is taken into account. The results show that the isoscalar D∗DD^{\ast} D rescattering can increase the tree-level decay width of Tcc∗+→D∗+D0γT_{cc}^{\ast +}\rightarrow D^{*+}D^0\gamma by about 50%50\%, while decrease that of Tcc∗+→D∗0D+γT_{cc}^{\ast +}\rightarrow D^{*0}D^+\gamma by a similar amount. The two-body partial decay widths of the Tcc∗+T_{cc}^{*+} into Tcc+γT_{cc}^+\gamma and Tcc+π0T_{cc}^+\pi^0 are also calculated, and the results are about 6 keV6~\rm{keV} and 3 keV3~\rm{keV}, respectively. Considering that the D∗D^* needs to be reconstructed from the DπD\pi or DγD\gamma final state in an experimental measurement, the four-body partial widths of the Tcc∗+T_{cc}^{*+} into DDγγDD\gamma\gamma and DDπγDD\pi\gamma are explicitly calculated, and we find that the interference effect between different intermediate D∗DγD^*D\gamma states is small. The total radiative decay width of the Tcc∗T_{cc}^* is predicted to be about 24 keV24~\rm{keV}. Adding the hadronic decay widths of Tcc∗→D∗DπT_{cc}^* \to D^*D\pi, the total width of the Tcc∗T_{cc}^* is finally predicted to be (65±2)(65\pm2) keV.Comment: 27 pages, 13 figures. arXiv admin note: text overlap with arXiv:2211.0247

    Effect of charmed meson loops on charmonium transitions

    The effects of intermediate charmed mesons on charmonium transitions with the emission of one pion or eta are studied systematically. Based on a non-relativistic effective field theory we show that charmed meson loops are enhanced compared to the corresponding tree-level contributions for transitions between two S-wave charmonia as well as for transitions between two P-wave charmonia. On the contrary, for the transitions between one S-wave and one P-wave charmonium state, the loops need to be analyzed case by case and often appear to be suppressed. The relation to and possible implications for an effective Lagrangian approach are also discussed.
