In modern conditions, international integration in the pharmaceutical industry is becoming a necessary condition for the development of the industry. At the same time, the improvement of medical science and technology is determined by the use of innovative technologies that prevail in the market of medicines. All this determines the relevance of the study. In recent years, the pharmaceutical industry has faced serious challenges: first it was the COVID-19 pandemic, which required a significant mobilization of all scientific and production resources, operational restructuring of many processes, expansion of tools for interaction and partnership at all levels, changes in the regulatory environment, then economic restrictive measures were taken against Russia, which, although not affected drug provision, but they created considerable logistical difficulties for drug manufacturers and generated certain unrest among drug consumers.Aim. To assess the pharmaceutical market of the EAEU, identify emerging problems and outline ways to solve them.Tasks. Consider the capacity of the pharmaceutical market of the EAEU; identify problems arising in the pharmaceutical market of the EAEU; to determine the prospects for the development of the pharmaceutical market of the EAEU.Methods. Statistical analysis of data and synthesis of the results obtained for comparison purposes.Results. A study of trends in the pharmaceutical market was conducted, as a result of which generalizing conclusions were made; problems faced by the market under the influence of uncertainty and risk factors were identified; attempts were made to identify promising directions for the development of the pharmaceutical market of the EAEU.Conclusion. The conducted research makes it possible to identify problematic issues in the development of the pharmaceutical market of the EAEU and outline ways to eliminate them

Охрана географических указаний в международной торговле

Поскольку географические указания (ГУ) являются объектами интеллектуальной собственности, их охрана может сыграть важную роль в растущей региональной и национальной торговле. В связи с недостатком исследований на тему влияния ГУ на развитие торговых связей в настоящей статье анализируется значимость охраняемых географических указаний для международной торговли, а также даются рекомендации для российских компаний. При помощи гравитационной модели оценивались три гипотезы. Согласно двум первым гипотезам, количество охраняемых географических указаний как в экспортирующих (гипотеза 1), так и в импортирующих странах (гипотеза 2), прямо пропорционально влияет на объем экспорта товаров. Третья гипотеза предполагает, что наличие торгового соглашения, содержащего положения об охране ГУ, приводит к увеличению объема торговли между его участниками. Полученные данные подтвердили первую гипотезу о прямо пропорциональной связи между количеством охраняемых географических указаний в стране-экспортере и объемом экспорта товаров, защищенных географическими указаниями. На основе этих результатов авторы проанализировали охрану географических указаний в России. Выявлена положительная тенденция развития национального законодательства, отмечены проблемы в осуществлении охраны географических указаний. Повышению конкурентоспособности России могут способствовать реализация федеральных и региональных мер поддержки, а также изменение бизнес-стратегий отдельных компаний. Развитие системы прав на географические указания может стимулировать местные бренды и продвигать российскую продукцию на зарубежные рынки

Thermal stability, sorption properties and morphology of films of dipeptide and tripeptide based on L-glycine

The effect of the number of amino acid residues in L-glycyl-L-glycine and L-glycyl-L-glycyl-L-glycine on thermal stability of powders, the sorption properties and surface morphology of thin films has been found. Dipeptide forms the film coated with disk-shaped nano-objects on the hydrophilic substrate, while tripeptide self-organizes to the film coated with nano-crystals on the hydrophobic substrate. Replacement of substrates (hydrophilic→hydrophobic) leads to the formation of smooth films of studied oligopeptides. Powders of oligopeptides do not form stable clathrates with water and organic compounds at room temperature. But their thin films are capable to bind organic or water vapors with high thermodynamic activity. Surprising difference in sorption selectivity of dipeptide and tripeptide has been observed. L-glycyl-L-glycine predominantly binds organic H-donors, while L-glycyl-L-glycyl-L-glycine is more selective to H-aceptors

Interaction of l-alanyl-l-valine and l-valyl-l-alanine with organic vapors: Thermal stability of clathrates, sorption capacity and the change in the morphology of dipeptide films

The strong effect of the amino acid sequence in l-alanyl-l-valine and l-valyl-l-alanine on their sorption properties toward organic compounds and water, and the thermal stability of the inclusion compounds of these dipeptides have been found. Generally, l-valyl-l-alanine has a greater sorption capacity for the studied compounds, but the thermal stability of the l-alanyl-l-valine clathrates is higher. Unusual selectivity of l-valyl-l-alanine for vapors of few chloroalkanes was observed. The correlation between the change in the surface morphology of thin film of dipeptides and stoichiometry of their clathrates with organic compounds was found. This discovery may be used to predict the influence of vapors on the morphology of films of short-chain oligopeptides

В ходе исследования были выделены сложности при использовании электронных образовательных курсов на иностранном языке, приведены примеры заданий на развитие всех видов речевой деятельности из действующих электронных образовательных курсов, а также сформулированы преимущества и недостатки применения электронных образовательных курсов на иностранном языке.The purpose of this research is to study the effectiveness of using electronic educational courses in English for teaching students of educational program “Methodology of teaching foreign languages”.
