The Impacts of Brexit on European Equity Markets
The aim of this paper is to give a comprehensive description of the risk dependence and interdependence between selected European stock markets and Brexit equity in the period spanning from January, 7, 2000 to February, 3, 2017. We have studied behavior of extreme quantiles using quantile regression approach. This approach is robust because it is based on the use of various measures of central tendency and dispersion statistics for a detailed analysis of the relationship between variables. We have found evidence of significant interdependence /independence between financial markets and Brexit uncertainty. The analysis of upper and lower quantiles allows us to observe that the interdependence is positive asymmetric and higher for bear markets compared to bull or normal market conditions in the period before the Brexit vote. Moreover, we have analyzed the influence of the Brexit vote on selected markets. We have found that one or two or three days after voting the dependence structure was changed mainly in normal market conditions for French and Turkish markets, while Polish and Spanish markets were not significantly influenced
Innovation Processes and Technologies for Improvement and Support of Education
The education institutions present a complicated economic and social ecosystem with many processes that are constantly under pressure from many stakeholders. Learning organizations are trying to find ways to improve them, but they crash at "unmistakable claims" about the need to build extensive infrastructure for modernization, innovation and greater efficiency. This approach creates requirements for the maintenance and operation of complicated technologies that naturally requires additional resources, both financial and human. In our contribution, we want to present innovative approaches in processes of education based on the agile event management. The agile environment enforces to use the intelligent tools through providers, third parties, allowing automation of service management and replacing many manual activities. Automation provides two-way real-time communication that creates space for users quickly respond to different needs, events and increase productivity.

Innovative Activities in Terms of Information Processing
In our contribution we are describing methodological issues of innovation process in terms of information processing. It is the "meta-innovation methodology”. The quality of input information and their processing is a general prerequisite for effective innovation activities. The ability of teams to solve innovative tasks - our different research outputs describe different spontaneous ability to solve logical tasks in teams. The synergistic effect reaches 25-45% of all tested model teams. To effectively deal with existing observations, we consider applying a methodology based on TRIZ modelled in the form of ARIZ.
