Respon Pertumbuhan Stump Karet (Hevea Brassiliensis Muell Arg.) Terhadap Pemotongan Akar Tunggang Pada Berbagai Komposisi Media Tanam

Salah satu upaya untuk mengatasi tingginya persentase kematian stump yang diakibatkan terhambatnya pertumbuhan akar maka dilakukan pemotongan dan untuk mendukung permasalahan diatas media tanam juga penting untuk pertumbuhan tanaman. Ketersedian tanah subur untuk saat ini sudah sangat sulit karena penggunaan tanah secara terus menerus mengakibatkan adanya pilihan untuk membuka lahan pertanian pada lahan yang marginal. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Juli hingga November 2014 di Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Sumatera Utara, Medan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui respon pertumbuhan stump karet terhadap pemotongan akar tunggang pada berbagai komposisi media tanam. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah rancangan acak lengkap faktorial dengan dua faktor dan tiga ulangan. Faktor pertama adalah pemotongan akar yaitu tanpa pemotongan akar tunggang, pemotongan ¼ dari akar dan pemotongan ½ dari ujung akar dan faktor kedua adalah media tanam yaitu topsoil : pasir 1:0, 1:1, 1:2, 1:3. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa pemotongan akar tidak nyata untuk meningkatkan pertumbuhan stump karet. Komposisi media tanam topsoil : pasir (1:2) menurunkan pertumbuhan stump karet secara tidak nyata. Pengaruh NPM, CR, EPS, PER, DPS Terhadap Harga Saham Pada Perusahaan Manufaktur Di Bursa Efek Indonesia Pasca Pandemi Covid-19

Companies listed on the IDX are competing to attract investors to buy their shares. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of NPM, CR, EPS, PER and DPS with a simulated and significant effect on Share Prices in Manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2022 period. This study used quantitative research and sampling techniques using purposive sampling. The population in this study is 76 Consumer Goods Manufacturing Subsector. The sample of this study amounted to 14. The model is with multiple linear regression. The result is that NPM has no partial and significant effect on the Share Price of Manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2022 period. CR does not have a partial and significant effect on the Share Price of Manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2022 period. EPS has a partial and significant effect on the Share Price of Manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2022 period. PER has a partial and significant effect on the Share Price of Manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2022 period. DPS does not have a partial and significant effect on the Share Price of Manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2022 period. CONTENT OF TEXTBOOK ENTITLED “PATHWAY TO ENGLISH” FOR THE TWELFTH GRADE OF HIGH SCHOOL

A Textbook has a big role to make the process of learning and teaching running well.  The good textbook will influence on the students’ ability toward the lesson in the classroom. Before getting an explanation from the teachers, the students will learn the material first in their homes. It will let them comprehend the material before being explained by their teachers. It will make the learners easily understanding the lesson which is explained by the teachers in the classroom. By doing so, it will not be complicated for the students in mastering each lesson. The purpose of this research is to know whether the textbook integrates all learning skills and to find out whether the textbook gives assessment or self-reflection to the students about each chapter. In order to do this research, the checklist and documentation method is used to investigate the content of the textbook. The result will be shown by using the table and explained clearly to avoid misunderstanding against the readers. ANALISIS REGRESI LOGISTIK TERHADAP FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI KEJADIAN MALARIA PADA BALITA DI KECAMATAN LAMBOYA KABUPATEN SUMBA BARAT

This research was conducted by using primary data and secondary data at Kabukarudi community health center (puskesmas), Lamboya district. The purpose of this study is to determine what factors affect the occurrence of malaria incidence in infants in West Sumba regency. The analysis logistic regression result six variables that influence to the incidence of malaria of the toddler such as wall type of house with the value of odds ratio equal to 6,029, mosquito breeding place with value of odds ratio equal to 3,501, existence of livestock with value of odds ratio 4,263, The use of mosquito net with the value of odds ratio of 7,768, the history of malaria with the value of odds ratio of 3,074, and contacts to health services with the value of odds ratio of 3, 975. The most determining factor of malaria incidence is type of house walls and use of mosquito because it has the largest odds ratio. The logit model obtained, the chances of toddlers experiencing the incidence of malaria if the six factors occurred that is 97.0%. &nbsp

ANALISIS KESALAHAN BERBAHASA DALAM INTERAKSI PEMBELAJARAN BAHASA INDONESIA PADA SISWA KELAS VII SMP SWASTA BERSUBSIDI BUDI SUKAMAJU

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif, yaitu mengumpulkan, menganalisis, dan mengajukan data secara objektif mengenai objek penelitian, yaitu analisis kesalahan berbahasa Indonesia.  Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII SMP Swasta Bersubsidi Budi Sukamaju. Sedangkan objek penelitiannya adalah berupa kesalahan penggunaan bahasa Indonesia dalam interaksi pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia yang digunakan oleh siswa. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII SMP Swasta Bersubsidi Budi Sukamaju, sedangkan objek penelitian berupa kesalahan penggunaan bahasa Indonesia dalam interaksi pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia yang digunakan oleh siswa. Hasil penelitian diperoleh 1) Kesalahan lafal dalam diskusi kelompok siswa pada pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia kelas VII SMP Swasta Bersubsidi Budi Sukamaju terdapat 34 kesalahan yang disebabkan perubahan fonem, penghilangan fonem, dan penambahan fonem, 2) Kesalahan diksi (pemilihan kata) dalam  diskusi kelompok siswa pada pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia kelas VII SMP Swasta Bersubsidi Budi Sukamaju terdapat 7 kesalahan yang disebabkan pemilihan kata yang kurang tepat dan 3) Kesalahan struktur kalimat dalam diskusi kelompok siswa pada pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia kelas VII SMP Swasta Bersubsidi Budi Sukamaju

Peranan Komunikasi dalam Upaya Meningkatkan Produktivitas Kerja pada PT. Askrindo (Persero) Medan

Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan pada PT. askrindo (persero) Medan dltentukan masalah sebagai berikut: Belum terciptanya saluran komunikasi formal dua arah, sehinggan menurunnya produktivitas kerja dalam mencapai tujuan. Berdasarkan analisis dan evaluasi yang diuraikan maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan sebagai berikut: 1. Salah satu manfaat dari berkomunikasi dapat menimbulkan kegairahan dan semangat kerja dari para pekerja dan juga dapat sebagai sarana memotivasi tenaga kerja ke arah produktivitas yang tinggi. Tenaga kerja yang mendapatkan perhatian atau respon di dalam tugasnya akan merasa dirinya dihargai sebagai manusia. Jadi apabila tenaga kerja selalu diperhatikan sebagaimana mestinya, diharapkan tenaga kerja tersebut akan dapat meningkatkan produktivitas kerjanya. 2. Dilihat dari sistem komunikasi yang diterapkan oleh PT. Askrindo (persero) cabang Medan sudah baik, dimana dapat dilihat telah terciptanya produktivitas kerja di perusanaan tersebut. Hal ini didukung oleh sistem komunikasi dan alat-alat yang dimiliki perusahaan namun untuk meningkatkan kemajuan perusahaan hendaknya sistem komunikasi yang sudah berjalan selama ini lebih ditingkatkan lagi dengan jalan menambah jenls Komunikasi yaitu Komunikasi diagonal. Dengan terciptanya komunikasi timbal balik (dua arah) di dalam perusahaan maka hal ini sangat berpengaruh dalam meningkatkan terhadap produktivitas kerja Karyawan yang akan meningkatkan kemajuan perusahaan tersebut
