The amination of 4,6-dichloro-5,7-dinitrobenzofuroxan and 4,6-dichloro-5,7-dinitrobenzofurazan with dibenzylamine followed the aromatic nucleophilic substitution pattern (SNAr) and gave products of replacement of both chlorine atoms in the six-membered ring with elimination of hydrogen chloride. Regardless of the reactant ratio, 4,6-dichloro-5,7- dinitrobenzofuroxan was converted into 4,6-bis(dibenzylamino)-5,7- dinitrobenzofuroxan, whereas 4,6-dichloro-5,7-dinitrobenzofurazan under analogous conditions gave rise to unusual bisammonium derivative which lost proton from the amino group on C4 and benzyl group from the amino group on C6; as a result, the corresponding diamine with secondary and tertiary nitrogen atoms was obtained. The structure of the isolated compounds was determined by IR and NMR spectroscopy, elemental analysis, and X-ray analysis; their thermal stability was studied by simultaneous thermogravimetry and differential scanning calorimetry. © 2013 Pleiades Publishing, Ltd

© The Authors, published by EDP Sciences, 2020. Under the influence of digitalization, pedagogical activity in the system of modern vocational education is complicated and requires the mastering and improvement of competences in the field of design and the creation of a practical-oriented environment for training. Mentoring in such a system is becoming a key element in the training of competitive personnel. In this regard, it is fair to speak of the relevance of teacher training on the basis of the principles of variability and modularity, with the possibility of providing different entry paths, taking into account the availability or lack of experience in pedagogical activities, as well as basic profession and individual needs. The study is based on the use of methods of theoretical analysis, systematization, generalization of scientific and pedagogical literature on the topic of research, modeling. In the course of the study, the significance of the mentor's psychological and pedagogical competence for vocational education system was shown, the content of its motivational-value, cognitive, process-activity, and reflective-analytical components that determine the effectiveness of the implementation of productive mentoring in the context of digitalization. A structural model of scientific and methodological support for the training of mentors for vocational education system in the context of digitalization is proposed

The article consider the influence of replacement of SSBR-2560 TDAE batch production on high viscosity SSBR-2560-TDAE HV in the tread recipe on the tire performance properties. Obtained samples were highly viscosity styrene butadiene rubber did not differ in the microstructure of the SSBR-2560 TDAE batch production. Increasing the molecular weight possible to increase the Mooney viscosity of the rubber, however, is known to one of adverse factors is the deterioration of processability of rubber compounds based on polymers. In this connection, investigated the behavior in the step mixing compound based on high viscosity SSBR rubber. We chose recipes tread of the tire with a high content of organic silicon filler. It is established that the equivalent replacement of the polymer in the tread recipe does not lead to significant changes in the basic parameters of rubber mixing. We observed a slight increase in the energy consumption for the preparation of the rubber compounds, as well as the discharge temperature at each stage. It was shown to improve the distribution of the filler in the polymer matrix for the compound based on SSBR-2560 TDAE HV. The results showed that compound based on high viscosity SSBR improves rolling resistance and traction characteristics, while maintaining abrasion in comparison with the SSBR-2560-M27 batch production. Recommended use this brand in the production of rubber car tires
