    This research aims to examine and explain the effect of partially or simultaneously transformational and transactional leadership style on employee job satisfaction in CV Kalinga Jaya by using multiple regression analysis. The type of research used in this research is an explanatory research with a quantitative approach. Instruments in this study using a questionnaire that was distributed to employees Kalingga Jaya CV. Results from this study explains that there are significant partial and simultaneous among Transformational Leadership Style and Transactional Leadership Style on Job Satisfaction as measured by multiple regression analysis. Results of the analysis is also known that Transactional leadership style has significant influence partially on Employee Satisfaction Jaya CV Kalingga. The phenomenon can be concluded that the average employee criteria in Kalinga Jaya CV is the type of employees who expect a little risk in the work and it is difficult to get out of the comfort zone and working conditions like these can be created by the Transactional Leadership Style. According to research conducted by Leadership Style Bass that the private sector is more inclined to Transactional Leadership Styles

    The purpose of this study was to describe the influence simultaneously and partially Occupational safety and health on the employee performance Research on Employee of PT PLN (Persero) at Kediri Services Area, East Java Distribution. The Research type is explanatory research method with quantitative approach. Explanatory research is research that highlight relationship between variable and evaluating hypothesis which has formulated before. The population are employee of PT PLN (Persero) at Kediri Service Area, East Java Distribution. Sixty-one employee has picked as research sample. Technique for collecting data in this study is questionnaires and documentation with double analytic regression, using SPSS for windows 21 software. The result of research indicates that Occuppational Safety and Health are simultaneously and significantly influence on employee performance as shown by F-significance rate < α (0.000 < 0.05) and Adjusted R-square of 0,189. It means that the contribution of Occuppational Safety and Health to employee performance is 18,9%. Whereas the remaining 81,1% are explained by other variables beyond this research. Partially, Occuppational Safety is significantly influential to employee performance of 0.001. Health is significantly influential to employee performance of 0.004

    Research aims to analyze and to explain the simultaneous and partial influences of job taining consisting of variabel training materials, training methods, and instructors training to performance employees at PT. TASPEN (Persero) branch of Malang. Research type is explanatory research. Sample includes 33 employees. Data analysis technique is multiple linear regression. Data are processed using the program of SPSS 16.00 for Windows. Result of hypothesis testing is that F-significance £a (0.000 £ 0.05), meaning that there is a simultaneous and significant influence of Training materials, Training methods and Instructors training on performance employees. It is also found that t-significance £ a (0.000 £ 0.05) for influence of Training materials on performance which shows and t-significance £ a (0.043 £ 0.05) for influence of training methods (on performance and t-significance £ a (0.007 £ 0.05) for influence of Instructors training. The result showed significant and partial influences of Training materials, Training methods and Instructors training on performance employees

    Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi Dan Iklim Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Studi Pada Karyawan PT Telkom Indonesia Witel Jatim Selatan Malang)

    An organization achieve the goals of the organization are influenced by the organizational characteristics that are applied by the organization. An organizational culture serves as build the perception among employees with one another, so that they can interact with each other. An organization can not be separated from the environment that is around one of them is the organizational climate. Organizational culture and organizational climate on PT Telkom Indonesia Witel South Jatim Malang who served as a company providing services and telecommunications networks. Therefore, PT Telkom focuses on two basic elements that are owned by PT Telkom spirit and strategy are complementary to each other. Descriptive analysis showed that the majority of respondents agree with the Cultural Organization and Climate Organization strong employee performance increases. The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that Cultural Organization and Climate Organization has a significant influence on employee performance. This is indicated by the partial test results, where the value of sig t (0.001) <α = 0:05 to variable Cultural Organization and Climate Organization also had sig t (0.024) <α = 0:05. Simultaneous test results showed sig f (0,000) <α = 0:05
