    Education Department Bondowoso District field of education personnel have a duty to analyze of teachers placed needs. This time the field of education personel have a problem to implement analysis of needs teacher placement process among others the length of the process of data collection, and data analysis is still using the manual method. This problem resulted teacher placement needs analysis process takes a long time and error prone. To answer these problems then made an application determining teacher placement needs. Applications made under regulation with five ministers, this application will generate data that shortage or excess school teacher and produce recommendations that can be moved assign teachers. At this stage of the implementation of the application needs analysis the placement of the teachers in primary schools shows conformity with the expectation of 100% and worth to be used. Teacher placement needs analysis process done more effectively and efficiently than ever before. The data used was school data in the academic year 2013 - 201

    Rancang Bangun Web App Siaga Covid dengan Metode Haversine

    The COVID-19 pandemic has hit Indonesia since 2020. The need for emergency treatment is increasingly difficult to obtain when there is a spike in cases. The needs are COVID medicine, oxygen, blood plasma, hospital/isolation site/health center, and ambulance. A lot of time was wasted when looking at the needs from one place to another, this makes people confused about finding their needs. Even though this need must be met immediately because it is related to a person's life and some information systems already exist, such as SIRANAP and FarmaPlus, however, the system for handling COVID-19 is still not integrated and incomplete. Utilization of information system could overcome this problem by processing existing and integrated data, of course, a web-based application (Web App) could be developed that could accommodate the necessary information,The application named Siaga Covid. SiagaCovid was equipped with the Haversine method, Haversine method could be used to find the distance between points, and determine the closest distance where they could get the emergency COVID-19 treatment they need. From the design and development of SiagaCovid, the results obtained from this research were the Haversine method could determine the distance between user and service providers and sorted by the closest distance to the user with high accuracy that could help the community get COVID emergency needs quickly in the application, they could get information about the availability of products and services, or about information of the service itself

    Higher Order Thinking Skills Based Learning Outcomes Improvement with Blended Web Mobile Learning Model

    The objective of this research is to analyze the effectiveness of the blended web mobile learning model in improving Higher Order Thinking Skills-based learning outcomes of high school students. This research is a quasi-experiment design. The research sample was 137 students from 2 senior high schools in East Java Province - Indonesia. Before implementing the BWML model using MoLearn, both groups of students were tested (pre-test) and after the learning was complete, students were again given the same test (post-test). The collected data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon test; calculation of n-gain; and the Mann-Whitney U test. The results shows that biology learning using the BWML Model is effective in improving student learning outcomes as indicated by: (1) an increase in student learning outcomes which is statistically significant at =5%, (2) the average of n-gain is in the medium category, and (3) the mean of n-gain has no difference in the two groups of students
