Celovito vključevanje funkcij podjetja v doseganje nposlovne odličnosti
Ustvarjalnost in poslovna odličnost z vsakdanjo povezavo z marketingom in trženjem in s skrbjo za inovacijsko politiko je iz dneva v dan bolj izrazita. Prispevek obravnava ustvarjalno ozračje v podjetju in skrb za ustvarjalnost v povezavi s trženjem. Veliko prostora v prispevku namenjam poslovni odličnosti,kakovosti in priznanju Republike Slovenije na tem področju. Bistvo filozofije in prakse trženja temelji na dejstvu, da izhajamo iz plačilno sposobnega povpraševanjana osnovi tega razvijamo, oblikujemo in proizvajamo ustrezne izdelke (ali izvajamo storitve) za pravočasno ugotovljeno konkretno ppovpraševanje. S tem zadovoljimo kupce, zaposlene in lastnike kapitala. V organizacijah z dobrim sodelovanjem med strokovnjaki trženja in ustvarjalci drugih odde lahko prilakujemo ustrezne poslovne rezultate in ustvarjalno ozračje za nadaljnji reazvoj, osvajanje novih zahtevnih izdelkov oz. storitev ter novih trgov EU in širše
Prizadevanja za izboljšanje računalniške pismenosti
It is stressed in the Strategy of the development of the Republic Slovenia that there should be a more efficient consistency to pose among the market efficiency and a social responsibility of a modern state. It is to underline the development of information communication technology, ICT, and its meaning for economy which enables Slovenia to use potentials efficiently. Among basic there is to stress high investments in education and training to use ICT: ICT enables good quality of education and skills, but also it enables to activate all potentials that without ICT use would never be used. It is important that ICT also promotes adaptability to be competitive in globalization processes; it is also very supportative to access of life-long-learning. All exposed is of very specific meaning: it brings to values as employment, social inclusion, cohesion and social cohesion. That is why it is very important a quality of e-education and training, how to use e-skills way to bring to competitiveness all subjects and on all levels. Efforts to improve e-literacy are great and they are on all levels – EU, the level of state, sectors, projects and individuals. There are efforts to get resources to promote e-learning and e-skills as we are within the processes of Lisbon strategy and at the very beginning of the next financing perspective 2007-2013.V strategiji razvoja Slovenije je poudarjeno, da mora Slovenija vzpostaviti drugačno razmerje med ekonomsko učinkovitostjo trga in socialno odgovornostjo moderne države. Pri tem velja posebej podčrtati razvitost gospodarskega sektorja na področju informacijsko komunikacijske tehnologije, ki omogoča Sloveniji učinkovitejše izkoriščanje obstoječih potencialov. Med temeljnimi so poudarki na visokih vlaganjih v izobraževanje za uporabo informacijsko komunikacijske tehnologije, ki omogočajo izboljšanje kakovosti izobrazbe oziroma znanja, pa tudi aktivacijo vseh tistih potencialov, ki brez rabe IKT ne bi bila možna; bistvena vloga in pomen IKT je, da še posebej spodbuja prilagajanje zahtevam globalen konkurenčnosti in lahko bistveno pripomore, da se uveljavi pristop k učenju skozi vse življenje. Vse navedeno pa pomeni izobraženost, večjo zaposlenost in vključenost v družbo, trdno družbo in socialno kohezijo. Pri tem je specifičnega pomena kakovost e-izobraževanja, vrste in uporabnost določenih e-znanj, predvsem pa njihova funkcionalna raba, ki naj doprinese konkurenčnosti vseh subjektov in na vseh nivojih. Prizadevanja za izboljšanje računalniške pismenosti velika in na vseh nivojih – EU, države, sektorjev, projektov in posameznikov, da se izdvajajo pomembna sredstva, saj poteka Lizbonska strategija in smo na pragu naslednje finančne perspektive 2007-2013
Relation between knowledge management and turnover in Slovenian micro and small start-up organisations
This article discusses the importance of knowledge management and employee turnover, using the example of selected Slovenian organisations, in particular, technology parks. The purpose of this article is to point out statistical characteristics between employee turnover and certain selected independent variables. The empirical research was conducted on a population of 667 Slovenian organisations gathered from the subjects of an innovative environment database, and a further sample of 51 chosen technology parks from the A group. By implementing multivariate regression analysis, we sought to examine whether knowledge requirements and knowledge transfer paths in these organisations have a statistically significant influence on employee turnover. The aim of this article is to present the results of empirical research that defines the development of a conceptual framework for understanding the influence of knowledge management on employee turnover. The results have shown that the importance of intellectual and social capital, intangible capital assets and their continuous measurement must be acknowledged within an organisation
Analiza mobilnosti dodiplomskih študentov na izbranih visokošolskih institucijah
V prispevku preučujemo mobilnost dodiplomskih študentov na treh izbranih visokošolskih institucijah v treh različnih državah, ki so oziroma so bili del programa mobilnosti v zadnjih šestih letih (od 2006 do 2011): Nemčija Duale Hochschule Baden-Württemberg Karlsruhe, Norveška Univerza v Tromsu in Slovenija Fakulteta za management. Empirična raziskava je bila izvedena na populaciji 3.539 dodiplomskih študentov na omenjenih treh visokošolskih institucijah, ki so bili mobilno aktivni in so del svojih študijskih obveznosti opravljali na izbranih institucijah v preučevanem obdobju. Namen prispevka je na osnovi vzorca 288 (mobilnih) dodiplomskih študentov prikazati osnovne motivacijske dejavnike glede na izbrano destinacijo za mednarodno mobilnost in njihova pričakovanja. Ugotovljeno je bilo, da se je večina študentov izbranih izobraževalnih institucij na študijsko mobilnost odpravila zaradi pridobitve mednarodne izkušnje, da obstajajo značilne razlike v dolžini obdobja študentske mobilnosti glede na spol in da so študenti v večini zadovoljni s programom mobilnosti.The article explores the mobility of undergraduate students at three selected higher education institutions in three different countries. Students, who participated in the analysis, have been involved in mobility programmes over the last six years (between 2006 and 2011) at the following higher education institutions: Germany Duale Hochschule Baden Württemberg Karlsruhe, Norway University of Tromsø and Slovenia Faculty of Management. The empirical research was conducted on a population of 3,539 undergraduate students, who completed part of their academic curriculum in the host country during the period under investigation. The purpose of this article was to examine the motivational factors inuencing the decision for an international mobility destination and the expectations of students on a sample of288 (mobile) undergraduates. The research has shown that the majority of students of the selected educational institutions chose mobility because of the international experience, that gender has an impact on the duration of a student mobility stay and that in the majority of cases the students are satised with the mobility program
Organizacijski in poslovni vidiki slovenskih hitro rastočih podjetij
This article deals with organizational and business global marketing activities of Slovenian small and medium-sized fast growing companies. The purpose of this article is to show whether the studied companies are focused on international global markets, the ways of tackling it, in what extent, under what conditions, etc. The aim is to highlight the key steps of in the construction of their global image. The key findings of the research, conducted by online survey questionnaire on a random selected sample of 230 small and medium-sized Slovenian enterprises, can serve domestic (mostly small) companies by choosing their business model to expand in selected foreign markets. With the established guidelines, companies can ensure greater transparency and professionalism of the steps in the process of international business - from first steps to the final transfer of their business to foreign target market.Članek obravnava organizacijske in poslovne globalne tržne aktivnosti slovenskih malih in srednje velikih hitro rastočih podjetij. Namen članka je na podlagi izsledkov izvedene raziskave prikazati, ali so slovenska preučevana podjetja usmerjena na mednarodne globalne trge, na kakšne načine se tega lotevajo,v kakšnem obsegu, pod kakšnimi pogoji, itd. Cilj članka je prikazati ključne korake pri izgradnji globalne podobe podjetja. Izsledki ter ugotovitve raziskave, izvedene s spletnim anketnim vprašalnikom na naključnem izbranem vzorcu 230-ih malih in srednje velikih slovenskih podjetij, lahko služijo domačim (predvsem malim) podjetjem ob odločitvi za širitev svojega poslovanja na tuje izbrane trge. Z ugotovljenimi smernicami si lahko podjetja zagotovijo večjo preglednost ter profesionalizacijo korakov v procesu mednarodnega poslovanja – od prvih korakov do končnega prenosa poslovanja na tuji izbrani trg
Vpliv intelektualnega šarma zdravnikov na zdravstvene organizacije
The recession has greatly affected the business operations of every undertaking, including healthcare organizations. Change is required. This also concerns the relationship towards employees in terms of their influence on the successful business operations of an organization. Among employees, physicians possess a special, now already traditional statustherefore, their influence needs to be taken advantage of. In the empiric part of the study, we have identified twelve key physician competencies, based on the rankings of physicians, which, in their mind, influence successful business operations of their respective healthcare organizations during an economic recession. The comparison of the collected results to the findings on intellectual charm of managers has indicated that the collected key competencies, that are creativity, quality, education and personal development, attitude towards others, team work and cooperation, communication skills, problem management, business integrity, motivation and stimulation, multidisciplinary thinking, attitude towards culture and ethics, and acceptance of differences, form a whole which is named the intellectual charm of physicians.Recesija močno vpliva na poslovanje vseh organizacij, med njimi tudi zdravstvenih organizacij. Potrebne so spremembe in novi pogledi na zaposlene v teh organizacijah z vidika možnosti njihovega vplivanja na uspešnost poslovanja organizacije. Med zaposlenimi imajo zdravniki že tradicionalno poseben status, zato je potrebno izkoristiti njihov vpliv. V empiričnem delu smo na osnovi ocen zdravnikov izluščili 12 ključnih kompetenc zdravnika, ki po mnenju zdravnikov vplivajo na uspešnost poslovanja njegove zdravstvene organizacije v času recesije. Primerjava naših rezultatov z intelektualnim šarmom managerjev je pokazala, da dobljene ključne kompetence, ki so ustvarjalnost, kakovost, izobraževanje in osebni razvoj, odnos do drugih, timsko delo in sodelovanje, komunikacijske veščine, obvladovanje problemov, poslovna korektnost, motivacija in stimulacija, multidisciplinarnst v razmišljanju, odnos do kulture in etike ter sprejemanje drugačnosti, predstavljajo celoto imenovano intelektualni šarm zdravnika
