Cybercrime and Threats to the Electoral System

Cyberattacks have emerged as a growing threat in the context of elections worldwide, posing significant risks to the integrity, security, and trustworthiness of electoral systems in today's digital age where information technology plays a pivotal role. Drawing from documented cyberattack cases and security reports from government agencies and related organizations during elections, common attack types such as Denial-of-Service (DoS), Phishing, and Malware have been identified. Cybersecurity systems and data sovereignty form the bedrock of personal data protection. As technology advances, data has become a highly valuable commodity, and a nation's data sovereignty intersects with the private sector on a global scale in political and economic terms. The state's primary responsibility lies in crafting regulations for data protection and cybersecurity, ensuring citizens' rights to personal data protection, which necessitates enhancing their capacity and capabilities. Therefore, this qualitative research delves into the imperative of developing citizens' capacity and capabilities in building cybersecurity and data sovereignty, with a particular focus on safeguarding personal data in the Indonesian context, as books and journal articles serve as valuable sources for data collection. Analisis Behavioral Intention Dan Use Behavior Terhadap Pengguna Fintech Dana Menggunakan Metode Utaut 2

Fintech DANA is currently used for non-cash transactions due to the convenience and practicality of transactions offered by service providers. However, it is currently unknown to what extent the success of the electronic wallet that has been implemented and there are still problems such as loss of balance, failure to top up balances and the features of the DANA application that are still poorly understood. One of the determining factors for the success of a system that is implemented is from the side of user acceptance, namely behavioral intention (user interest) and use behavior (user behavior). The purpose of this study was to find out what factors could influence the Behavioral Intention and Use Behavior of DANA Fintech Users towards private workers in the city of Denpasar. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach, distributing online questionnaires, and analyzing data processing using SPSS version 25 and SmartPLS 3.0 software. the results of the 12 (twelve) hypotheses proposed, 7 (seven) hypotheses were declared insignificant and rejected because the T-statistical value of the hypothesis was less than 1.96, while 5 (five) hypotheses were declared significant and accepted because the T-statistical value of the hypothesis is more than 1.96. The results of this study are expected to be one of the considerations in making decisions for electronic wallet service providers to be implemented more optimally

Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat Mahasiswa Universitas Mahasaraswati Denpasar Selama Pandemi Covid-19

COVID-19 menjadi wabah yang telah menyebar luas di dunia termasuk Indonesia. Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat atau PHBS adalah upaya untuk memperkuat budaya seseorang, kelompok maupun masyarakat agar peduli dan mengutamakan kesehatan untuk mewujudkan kehidupan yang lebih berkualitas. Mahasiswa di fakultas kesehatan memiliki akses yang lebih banyak terhadap informasi kesehatan dibandingkan fakultas non kesehatan. Penerapan PHBS dengan baik dapat membantu pencegahan COVID-19.  Oleh karena itu, penelitian dilaksanakan untuk mengetahui perbedaan perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat antara mahasiswa fakultas kesehatan dan mahasiswa fakultas nonkesehatan di Universitas Mahasaraswati Denpasar. Penelitian dilaksanakan menggunakan 96 orang responden yang telah memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Responden dibagi menjadi dua kelompok yaitu 48 orang mahasiswa fakultas kesehatan dan 48 orang mahasiswa fakultas non kesehatan. Hasil uji Mann-Whitney menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan mengenai perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat antara mahasiswa fakultas kesehatan dan fakultas nonkesehatan (P=0,403). Dengan demikian dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa latar belakang pendidikan tinggi tidak mempengaruhi perilaku PHBS mahasiswa di Universitas Mahasaraswati Denpasar.   &nbsp
