The trispectrum in ghost inflation
We calculate the trispectrum in ghost inflation where both the contact
diagram and scale-exchange diagram are taken into account. The shape of
trispectrum is discussed carefully and we find that the local form is absent in
ghost inflation. In general, for the non-local shape trispectrum there are not
analogous parameters to and which can
completely characterize the size of local form trispectrum.Comment: 19 pages, 8 figures; clarifications and corrections added, version

Internal market orientation, a novel approach to improve firm performance in China
This study extends knowledge of internal market orientation (IMO) as a management tool to facilitate employer-employee relation. Employing a quantitative research in China, a conceptual model is presented and tested on 275 companies with 3 respondents from each. IMO is examined as a predictor of firm performance mediated by employee commitment and retention. The results support all the proposed hypotheses and highlight the moderating effect of internal customer-supplier relationships and interdepartmental communication. Ownership type as the third moderator indicates different influence of IMO on the posited causal chain. This study contributes in practice by providing managers and scholars with empirical support of IMO’s effectiveness in firm performance in China. It provides managers from different firms competing in China with a new angle to boost firm performance by inspecting their internal market situation as well as to improve it via understanding internal customers better
Holographic dark energy model with non-minimal coupling
We find that holographic dark energy model with non-minimally coupled scalar
field gives rise to an accelerating universe by choosing Hubble scale as IR
cutoff. We show viable range of a non-minimal coupling parameter in the
framework of this model.Comment: 7 pages, no figure, corrected some typos, to be published in

Consistency relation for the Lorentz invariant single-field inflation
In this paper we compute the sizes of equilateral and orthogonal shape
bispectrum for the general Lorentz invariant single-field inflation. The
stability of field theory implies a non-negative square of sound speed which
leads to a consistency relation between the sizes of orthogonal and equilateral
shape bispectrum, namely . In
particular, for the single-field Dirac-Born-Infeld (DBI) inflation, the
consistency relation becomes . These consistency relations are also valid in the
mixed scenario where the quantum fluctuations of some other light scalar fields
contribute to a part of total curvature perturbation on the super-horizon scale
and may generate a local form bispectrum. A distinguishing prediction of the
mixed scenario is . Comparing
these consistency relations to WMAP 7yr data, there is still a big room for the
Lorentz invariant inflation, but DBI inflation has been disfavored at more than
68% CL.Comment: 4 pages, 2 figures; v2: title changed, some mistakes corrected; v3:

Electronic properties of the novel 4d metallic oxide SrRhO3
The novel 4d perovskite compound SrRhO3 was investigated by isovalent doping
studies. The solubility limits of Ca and Ba onto Sr-site were below 80% and
20%, respectively. Although SrRhO3 was chemically compressed, approximately
5.7% by the Ca doping, no significant influence was observed on the magnetic
and electrical properties.Comment: To be published in a special issue of Physica B (the proceedings of
