Perilaku Guru dan Pegawai Sekolah terhadap Penerapan Program Zero Waste di Sekolah: Studi Kasus SMK Maitreyawira Batam

Zero waste (nol sampah) merupakan suatu konsep pengurangan produksi sampah. Konsep zero waste ini salah satunya dengan menerapkan prinsip 3 R (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle). Penerapan program zero waste dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam pemeliharaan lingkungan, yaitu dengan cara meminimalisir bahkan menghilangkan pembuangan sampah ke alam semesta dengan cara pengolahan kembali. Indonesia sendiri sudah mulai memperkenalkan konsep zero waste ini ke masyarakat, salah satunya melalui sekolah-sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara sikap dari guru dan pegawai sekolah terhadap penerapan program zero waste di sekolah. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan penyebaran kuisioner. Data-data yang terkumpul dianalisa menggunakan metode chi-square. Ada lima variabel independen, yaitu pengetahuan, sikap menerima, sikap merespon, sikap menghargai dan sikap bertanggungjawab, sedangkan variabel dependen adalah tindakan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hanya satu variabel yang memiliki hubungan yang signifikan terhadap penerapan zero waste di sekolah, yaitu sikap menerima

A foreign citizens cannot be ignored to be an heir as stipulated in Article 26, paragraph 3, Article 30 paragraph 2, and Article 36 paragraph 2 of UUPA the legal consequence of violating it is that the ownership will be cancelled. The result of the Case of the Supreme Court\u27s Ruling No. 1134 K/Pdt/2009 research shows that the procedure if signing a will before a Notary for a foreign citizen in making a certificate should pay attention to the spa of time of the land rights by checking the identity of the foreign citizen and the other supporting documents. The list of data at the Sub-directorate of Estate in the Ministry of Law and Human Rights by giving the copy of the Will which has been made in Indonesia. The legal status of the Ownership certificate registered in the name of the defendant is recognized as the defendant\u27s since the land has been registered sporadically and transparent in the name of the defendant, based on the will and the man empowered to receive the will. It is also approved be the authorities such as Subdistrict Head, the National Land Board, and witnessed by the neighbors. Besides that, the defendant has changed his citizenship before the certificate is issued. The judge\u27s consideration in the Supreme Court\u27s Ruling No. 1134 K/Pdt/2009 does not give legal certainty in the administrative process of issuing the certificate

Hubungan Persepsi Siswa Tentang Perhatian Orang Tua, Kelengkapan Fasilitas Belajar, dan Penggunaan Waktu Belajar di Rumah dengan Prestasi Belajar Ekonomi

Penelitiaan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Hubungan Persepsi Siswa Tentang Perhatian Orang Tua, Kelengkapan Fasilitas Belajar di Rumah dan Penggunaan Waktu Belajar di Rumah dengan Presrasi Belajar Ekonomi Siswa kelas X Semester Ganjil SMA Negeri 1 Pagelaran 2007/2008. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Ex post facto. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 168 orang siswa dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 118 orang siswa, yang diambil dengan teknik simple random sampling. Pengumpulan data diperoleh dengan menggunakan dokumentasi dan angket. Untuk menguji hipotesis 1, 2 dan 3 digunakan statistik t dengan model korelasi Product moment. Sedangkan untuk menguji hipotesis keempat digunakan statistik F dengan model korelasi ganda. Berdasarkan analisis data, diperoleh hasil penelitian: (1) ada hubungan persepsi siswa tentang perhatian orang tua dengan prestasi belajar ekonomi siswa, (2) ada hubungan kelengkapan fasilitas belajar di rumah dengan prestasi belajar ekonomi. (3) ada hubungan penggunaan waktu belajar di rumah dengan prestasi belajar ekonomi, dan (4) ada hubungan persepsi siswa tentang perhatian orang tua, kelengkapan fasilitas belajar di rumah dan penggunaan waktu belajar di rumah dengan prestasi belajar ekonomi. Hasil perhitungan Fhitung > Ftabel yaitu 84,94 > 3,94 dengan koefisien determinan (R2 ) sebesar 0,6889 yang berarti 68,89% persepsi siswa tentang perhatian orang tua, kelengkapan fasilitas belajar di rumah dan penggunaan waktu belajar di rumah mempengaruhi prestasi belajar ekonomi siswa

The maximum density droplet to lower density droplet transition in quantum dots

We show that, Landau level mixing in two-dimensional quantum dot wave functions can be taken into account very effectively by multiplying the exact lowest Landau level wave functions by a Jastrow factor which is optimized by variance minimization. The comparison between exact diagonalization and fixed phase diffusion Monte Carlo results suggests that the phase of the many-body wave functions are not affected much by Landau level mixing. We apply these wave functions to study the transition from the maximum density droplet state (incipient integer quantum Hall state with angular momentum L=N(N-1)/2) to lower density droplet states (L>N(N-1)/2).Comment: 8 pages, 5 figures, accepted for publication in Phys. Kajian Teknik Budidaya Tanaman Kelapa Sawit (Elaeis Guineensis Jacq.) Petani Swadaya Kecamatan Lubuk Dalam Kabupaten Siak Provinsi Riau

The objective of this research was to study of cultivation techniques palm oil independent farmers and social aspects to palm oil production. This research has conducted in Lubuk Dalam District Siak Regency from August 2014 until October 2014. The research was conducted using survey and the sampling used for this research purposive sampling. Consist of 60 sample, based on 10% level of representation. 30 sample drawn from Rawangkao Village and 30 sample drawn from Lubuk Dalam Village. The parameters studied were, land clearing, the origin of the seeds, size of planting holes, seed age, plant spacing, pruning, control of weeds and fertilization. The results show that the average production palm oil of farmers are still very low at less than 50% when compared to the average production of palm oil of PPKS Medan on mineral lands in general. The low production of palm oil cultivation techniques of farmers due to conducted as seed origin, plant spacing, pattern spacing, the size of the planting hole, transplanting seedlings into the ground, fertilizing, are still quite low level of the appropriate palm oil cultivation techniques application in the field
