    Trabajo de gradoLa idea en principio como autor de este proyecto es poder encontrar una dirección entorno a un problema que se encuentra actualmente en el país, como lo es la falta de una muestra económica y cultural de Colombia hacia el mundo a partir del poder de las nuevas ideas y actividades que se producen en su territorio nacional. La oportunidad se daba gracias a una localización estratégica de un proyecto macro que se empieza a generar en la ciudad capital como lo es el anillo de innovación de Bogotá (INNOBO), la mejor fórmula que surgió en el momento de escoger el mejor camino para poder llegar a una solución fue el buscar referencias en otros países del mundo que tuvieran o tuvieron una situación similar a la de Colombia; después de una consulta profunda en países latinoamericanos y en situaciones de algunos países asiáticos el mejor modelo de crecimiento a partir de la educación, investigación y economía para la optimización de la calidad de vida de los habitantes es Corea del Sur (con su desarrollo productivo). La comparación entre Colombia y corea del sur no hace parte más que de una reflexión de la toma de buenas decisiones para el fortalecimiento interno de todo un sistema llámese educación, infraestructura, salud, investigación y tecnología. Como se nombra anteriormente la situación económica de los dos países hace unos años se encontraba bajo problemas similares con un estancamiento por órdenes sociales políticos y culturales; Corea del Sur emprende su mirada visionaria primordialmente en educar a cierto número de personas con algunos estudios escogidos como estrategia para un futuro básicamente tecnología e investigación, la preparación se realizó en países que en ese momento se encontraban en mejor posición en materia de educación; después de que el proyecto se pone en marcha se tenía paralelamente en el país asiático problemas de orden público de desempleo y una economía inestable. Según lo encontrado en la consulta Corea del Sur se encontraba en un periodo de desmoralización económica por sus políticas, por el bajo progreso que se avecinaba dentro de unos estándares de una falta de relación social. La fórmula establecida por la administración que en ese momento se encontraba fue la de generar un fortalecimiento de los distintos sistemas que manejaban en si los conductores de país como lo son la ciencia y tecnología, capital humano de calidad, innovación para la competitividad y el desarrollo regional; son cuatro bases por las que arranca un proyecto no entendido como una empresa de enriquecimiento para las arcas de unos pocos sino como las rutas definidas para el progreso de todo el común en los años siguientes; entonces podemos entender que sus leyes están motivadas sobre el idealismo de poder mostrarse como un país líder en sus actividades económicas, pero con la ideología de tener un concepto innovador.PregradoArquitect
