Evaluation of the effectiveness of education of patients with arterial hypertension

Summary. Hypertension is the most common disease among all cardiovascular diseases, affecting about 31 % of all adults on the planet. The results of epidemiological studies indicate that the prevalence of this disease is mainly due to the level of modified and unmodified risk factors. Patients’ education is important. The professional competence of nurses allows them to be actively involved in the organization of modern technologies for disease prevention, health promotion, education, support and long-term follow-up of patients as a part of an overall strategy to improve blood pressure control. The aim of the study – to substantiate the main measures for the prevention of arterial hypertension by studying the effectiveness of nursing education of patients. Materials and Methods. To study the role of a nurse in raising awareness and modifying risk factors in patients with hypertension during work of the curriculum for the prevention of hypertension, 120 patients were selected, including: men – 43.3 %, women – 56.7 % aged from 23 to 79 (48.33±12.93) years. Patients were divided into two groups: 68 people – the main group, those who were trained, and 52 – the control group, did not participate in training. All the patients at the beginning and after a year of observation filled in a questionnaire and underwent clinical examination. USING OF UROANTISEPTICSOF HERBAL ORIGIN AS A MEANS OF ADJUVANT THERAPY IN PATIENTS WITH GOUT

Modern trends in medical therapy of gout require the inclusion in the complex treatment of drugs that have a multifaceted spectrum of corrective properties, characterized by mildness, gradual action and have minimal side effects. Such requirements correspond to preparations of plant origin. The features of the therapeutic action of the combined plant urountiseptic drug " Uronephron " in the complex treatment of patients with gout have been studied. It was found that inclusion in the regimens of the treatment of gout "Uronoephron" favorably affects the articular, renal manifestations of the disease, reduces the level of hyperuricemia, reduces the frequent symptoms in patients with gout disease of the digestive system. THE ROLE OF A TEACHER IN THE UPBRINGING OF PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONAL QUALITIES OF STUDENTS

Objective - the purpose of the work is to analyze the role of the teacher in the education of the professional and personal qualities of students. Material and methods. The role of a teacher in upbringing a future doctor, as a creative person and a professional specialist is very important in the labor market. The problem of a valuable relationship to the world, the functioning of valuable orientations in the work of the doctor plays an important role, therefore it is extremely necessary to develop in the students motivations and values of the personality of the doctor, the ability to creative, systemic application of knowledge in solving professional theoretical and practical tasks. The education of a student as a specialist is focused on the development of deep interest, love for the chosen profession, professional self-awareness, responsibility, ability to set creative and effectively solve professional tasks in the field of medicine, readiness to make non-standard decisions; openness to new achievements of science and practice. The actual aspects of the combination of theory and practice in the teaching of discipline "Clinical laboratory diagnostics"

Мета роботи – покращення знань та вмінь студентів із лабораторної діагностики шляхом відпрацювання практичних навичок на сучасному лабораторному обладнанні. Матеріал і методи. Впровадження в навчальний процес новітніх технологічних досягнень у лабораторній діагностиці із застосуванням автоматизації та комп'ютеризації діагностичного процесу для формування і розвитку у студентів лаборантів-бакалаврів професійного володіння сучасними загальноклінічними, біохімічними та імунохімічними методами на гематологічному аналізаторі Hb-7021, аналізаторі сечі Citolab-Reeder, автоматичному біохімічному аналізаторі ACCENT-200, імунохімічному аналізаторі Maglumi-1000, аналізаторі електролітів Sino-00 та ін. Результати. З метою удосконалення практичних навичок студентів на кафедрі впроваджено в навчальний процес симуляційне навчання, яке має певні переваги: відпрацювання практичних навичок на сучасному лабораторному обладнанні та кількість повторних лабораторних досліджень не обмежена, можливість відпрацьовування практичних навичок та вмінь різної складності та їх об’єктивна оцінка. Створено банк гематологічних і гінекологічних мазків, що дає можливість студентам на практиці дослідити клітинний склад кровотворних клітин (підрахувати лейкоцитарну формулу периферичної крові та мієлограму кісткового мозку), виявити структурні особливості крові і кісткового мозку, у тому числі і пов'язані з ними захворювання, проводити інтерпретацію результатів різних гематологічних тестів та мікроскопічне дослідження гінекологічних мазків. Висновки. Проведення досліджень у багатопрофільній лабораторії дозволяє підвищити якість і ефективність навчального процесу. Відпрацювання практичних навичок на автоматичних аналізаторах дає можливість студентам опанувати сучасні методи лабораторних досліджень. Поєднання теорії і практики з використанням інтерактивних технологій сприяє творчо-пошуковій самостійності та формуванню мотивації студентів до навчання. Цель работы – улучшение знаний и умений студентов по лабораторной диагностике путем отработки практических навыков на современном лабораторном оборудовании. Материал и методы. Внедрение в учебный процесс новейших технологических достижений в лабораторной диагностике с применением автоматизации и компьютеризации диагностического процесса для формирования и развития у студентов лаборантов-бакалавров профессионального владения современными общеклиническими, биохимическими и иммунохимическими методами на гематологическом анализаторе Hb-7021, анализаторе мочи Citolab-Reeder, автоматическом биохимическом анализаторе ACCENT-200, иммунохимическом анализаторе Maglumi-1000, анализаторе электролитов Sino-00 и др. Результаты. С целью усовершенствования практических навыков студентов на кафедре внедрены в учебный процесс симуляционное обучение, которое имеет определенные преимущества: отработка практических навыков на современном лабораторном оборудовании и количество повторов лабораторных исследований не ограничено, возможность отработки практических навыков и умений различной сложности и их объективная оценка. Создан банк гематологических и гинекологических мазков, что позволяет студентам на практике исследовать клеточный состав кроветворных клеток (подсчитать лейкоцитарную формулу периферической крови и миелограмму костного мозга), выявить структурные особенности крови и костного мозга, в том числе и связанные с ними заболевания, проводить интерпретацию результатов различных гематологических тестов и микроскопическое исследование гинекологических мазков. Выводы. Проведение исследований в многопрофильной лаборатории позволяет повысить качество и эффективность учебного процесса. Отработка практических навыков на автоматических анализаторах дает возможность студентам овладеть современными методами лабораторных исследований. Сочетание теории и практики с использованием интерактивных технологий способствует творчески поисковой самостоятельности и формированию мотивации студентов к обучению. Introduction of the latest technological advances in the laboratory diagnostics applying automation and computerization of the diagnostic process to the formation and development of professional skills in laboratory technician students (bachelor’s degree program) of the contemporary general clinical, biochemical and immunochemical methods when working with the hematological analyzer Hb-7021, analyzer of urine Citolab-Reeder, automatic biochemical analyzer ACCENT-200, immunochemical analyzer Maglumi-1000, analyzer of electrolytes Sino-00, etc. Results. On purpose to improve the students’ practical skills, the simulation training has been introduced into the training process, which has certain advantages: the development of practical skills when working with modern laboratory equipment, the duration of the educational process, the number of repeated laboratory studies is not limited, the ability to work out practical skills and skills of varying complexity and their objective evaluation. The bank of hematology smears has been created, which allows students in practice to investigate the cellular composition of hematopoietic stem cells (to calculate the leukocyte formula of peripheral blood and bone marrow myelogram), to identify the structural features of the blood and bone marrow, including diseases associated with them, interpret the results of various hematology tests and microscopic examination of gynecological smears. Conclusions. Conducting research in the multi-profile laboratory allows improving the quality and efficiency of the educational process, creates an opportunity for students to master the practical skills when operating the analyzers and to consolidate the methods of laboratory research. The combination of theory and practice with the use of interactive technologies contributes to creative search autonomy and the formation of students' motivation to study
