    The Relationship between Servant Leadership with Organizational Trust and Employee Empowerment in the Social Security Organization of Ardabil

    Empowering employees of an organization to achieve pre-determined objectives of the organization is of crucial factors of the success of any organization. Employee empowerment is the most important effort of servant mangers to increase organizational trust, innovation, decentralization, and removing bureaucracy in organizations. Thus, the present study is conducted with the aim of "examining the relationship between servant leadership with organizational trust and employee empowerment in Social Security Organization of Ardabil," which is applied in terms of purpose, in terms of method, it is quantitative, and terms of execution, it is a field study. Study population consisted of employees of Social Security Organization of Ardabil (SSOA) totaled 257 people, of whom the sample was estimated as 155 using Cochran's formula. The sampling method was stratified random sampling. The results obtained using Pearson correlation test show that there is a significant relationship between servant leadership with organizational trust and organizational empowerment of employees of Social Security Organization of Ardabil. Moreover, there is a significant relationship between serving of leader, humility of leader, trustworthiness and kindness leader with organizational trust and empowering employees in the Social Security Organization of Ardabil

    Relationship between Good Organizational Governance and the Performance Improvement of the Employees at Tax Affairs Organization in Ardebil Province

    Regarding the purpose, the present study is an applied research and descriptive - correlational in terms of procedure and aims to investigate the relationship between good organizational governance and the performance improvement of the employees at Tax Affairs Organization in Ardebil province. Desk study and a questionnaire were used for data collection. The data collection tools in this study were standardized questionnaires, the validity and reliability of which were confirmed. The statistical population of this study included all male and female employees in Tax Affairs Organization in Ardebil province who were 320 individuals and the simple random sampling method was used to distribute the questionnaires. To investigate the hypothesis and analyze the data, the descriptive and inferential statistics were used in SPSS software. The Kolmogorov-Smirnov test results with the significance level of P>0.05 indicated the normal statistical distribution of the good organizational governance. Based on these findings, the Spearman correlation coefficient was used to examine the hypotheses. The results indicated that there is a significant relationship between the good organizational governance and its dimensions with the performance improvement of the employees in Tax Affairs Organization in Ardabil province

    Relationship between E-Government and the Performance Improvement of the Employees at Tax Affairs Organization in Ardebil Province

    The Relationship between Organizational Commitment and Spiritual Intelligence with Job Performance in Physical Education Staff in East Azerbaijan Province

    This study aimed to investigates the relationship between organizational commitment and spiritual intelligence with job performance in physical education staff in East Azerbaijan province. This research is descriptive in nature and correlational, and the statistical universe consisted of all staff in Physical Education offices in East Azerbaijan province, of which 175 members  were selected as samples by cluster sampling method. The following questionnaires were used to gather information: organizational commitment of  (Allen & Meyer, 1990), Spiritual Intelligence (King, 2008) and Patterson's job performance. In the present study the reliability of questionnaires were calculated, organizational commitment, 0/73, spiritual intelligence, 0/80 and job performance, 0/83, respectively. For analysis, the Pearson correlation test was used. The results of the statistical analysis of data show that there is a significant relationship between organizational commitment and spiritual intelligence with job performance of physical education staff. The findings of this study can be emphasized in the areas of theory and practice, to strengthen employees' job performance through the applying of spiritual intelligence and increasing their organizational commitment in the governmental organizations

    A study on the role of skill training in entrepreneurship of entrepreneurs and non-entrepreneurs of vocational rraining centers in Ardebil, Iran

    This study was conducted to investigate the role of skill training in entrepreneurship of entrepreneurs and non-entrepreneurs through a descriptive correlational method. Population included all trainers from vocational training centers in Ardebil province, Iran. To determine the sample content Cochran formula was used, and 400 individuals were selected via classified random sampling method. To collect data, a researcher-made questionnaire was developed. Reliability of the questionnaire was found to be 89% by Cronbach’s alpha. Data were analyzed SPSS and through Mann-Whitney test. Findings showed that the role of skill training was not significantly different in entrepreneurship of entrepreneurs and non-entrepreneurs. But the role of skill training of graduate entrepreneurs and non-entrepreneurs was found to be different
