44 hazai vállalat oktatáspolitikája
Napjaink szervezeteinek egyik legfontosabb versenyelőnye dolgozóik szaktudása, illetve e tudás fejlesztése. Jelen tanulmány egy 44 hazai vállalatot felölelő empirikus kutatás eredményeiről számol be a munkahelyi képzés kérdéskörét elemezve. A szerző a felmérés során többek között vizsgálta a vállalat által biztosított képzések szervezettségét, tervezettségét; a vállalatoknál kialakított személyre szabott karrierterveket; a képzésbe bevont alkalmazotti kör jellemzőit; a képzésben részt vevőknek nyújtott támogatási formákat; a képzésre fordított kiadások nagyságát; a képzések szakmai irányultságát, illetve a képzési folyamat értékelési módszereit.
In this study I deal with the ethical leadership. I give an insight into the approaches of ethical leadership, give a literature review on the concept of ethical leadership, and introduce the measurement methods used in the most important empirical researches related to this topic. I also try to report on the first results of my research (I plan to describe features of Hungarian leaders based on a smaller sample). How does this relate to the challenges of Industry 4.0? I give the answer from the fact that, with the advent of these new technologies (which in themselves have ethical questions), among these new challenges, the focus of the manager's attention will continue to be partly on their employees. If they set an ethical example for their subordinates, they encourage their employees to act ethically, which gives the company a competitive edge in many ways, both in the product/service market and in the labor market too. So, with my study, I would like to draw the attention of executives and managers to the fact that new technologies and the human factor together bring new successes, and that one possible way of doing this is by consciously managing their company ethically and developing an ethical organizational culture. Amennyiben ő maga etikus, megfelelő példát mutat beosztottjainak, ezzel dolgozóit is etikus magatartásra ösztönzi, ami a vállalat számára több szempontból is versenyelőnyt biztosít, mind a terméket/szolgáltatások piacán, mind pedig a munkaerőpiacon.
A vezetői magatartás etikai aspektusból történő megközelítése = A review of ethical leadership
Nowadays, leaders are facing more and more challenges and the ethical
leadership behavior is a new aspect of these challenges. After the financial crisis
many papers were published in the international literature, which focused on this
interesting topic however, in the national literature there are only a few publications that deal with ethical leadership and in Hungary we can read only a few empirical studies about this topic. In my study, I would like to fill this gap. Based on the most important publications in the international literature I introduce the most important ethical leadership approaches and the definitions of ethical leadership. I present the components and the misconceptions in connection with the ethical management. Furthermore I will show some directions for possible future research as well

Álláskeresés diplomával = Job search as a graduate
The employability of young graduates has been particularly concerned by social researchers in recent years due to the expansion of higher education and career follow-up systems. In this paper we analyze the first job search of young graduates. In recent database (DPR, 2015) is possible to select the responders who searched a job soon after graduation, which was not selectable in earlier databases. However, former analyses can be specified. With linear regression models we identify the graduates’ first job search time influencing factors. According to our results, the speed of finding a first job is influenced by the intensity of job search (number of job applications and interviews submitted), performance (study results), acquisition of diploma, and foreign experience. We found, that graduates, who found their first job quickly, are employed congruently to their profession. These research experiences can be useful information for students participating in higher education
Internetezési szokások és etikai értékrend közötti lehetséges összefüggések vizsgálata közgazdászhallgatók körében
In these days we are witnessing a trend of more and more using IT assets and the using of internet too. As teachers at the university we can see that our students also tied with a thousand threads to the IT world. Current research aims to explore the students’ internet using habits, how many times they spend on the web and why. In our previous work we examined our economist students’ ethical attitudes. In this study we try to connect this two themes. Our research question: are there any connection between our students’ ethical judgment and their internet using habits.
