The present article examines the methods of the planning system improvement under the manufacturing companies management and suggests the strategic aspects of communicational network creation for further implementation of effective management. The suite of performance evaluations of quality and productivity of control over the processes of development in manufacturing company is given in the present work. The present article analyzes the differential characteristics of various types of corporate management and determines the indicators of necessity to re-project the processes during the corporate management implementation on variances. The author suggests the economy-statistical model of industrial and business operations of corporations and develops the set of statistically valuable measures of the cost-effectiveness evaluation for production facility. Influence of infrastructural complex on the wealth and lines of development of regional economic space

This article aims to establish the role of industrial, transport, social and institutional infrastructure as a “growing point” of the regional economic area. To accomplish the purpose the article presents a theoretical model to manage infrastructure complex development; defines an algorithm to form “growing points” within the framework of territorially located spatial entity. Correlation between information infrastructures development and financial sector organizations is positive while the tie between railway and roads provision and the GRP volume is negative. The admission of national and regional economic space multipolar character predetermines the necessity to search for "its growth areas", the activation of which provides for their turning into the supporting territories and faster development zones, which in its turn predetermines spatial parameters and finds its reflection in the dynamics of aggregated factors of territorial subdivisions development

Aspects of a multi-level study of competitive performance of objects and subjects of economic management

This article discusses the questions of analysis and evaluation of competitive performance at different levels of the economic system. It substantiates the separation of a micro-level study of competitive performance of objects and subjects of economic management. It introduces a new product level. Great attention is given to formalization of the competitive performance indicator for objects and subjects at the product, micro-, meso- and macro-levels.
