Pengaruh Good Corporate Governance Dan Intellectual Capital Terhadap Kinerja Keuangan Perusahaan Pada Perbankan Indonesia (Studi Empiris Di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2015-2017)

The Company\u27s Financial Performance is a form of corporate transparency and accountability to public and affects investor confidence. In accordance with OJK rules require that the company, especially the banking in its management must apply the principles of transparency, accountability, responsibility, independency, and fairness, so that will build the company\u27s fundamentals. This study aims to prove empirically the influence of GCG (number of directors, number of independent commissioners and the number of audit committee meetings) and Intellectual capital on the performance of banking companies. The sample of this study used purposive sampling and number of banks as much as 32 Conventional Banks in Indonesia with the study period of 2015 -2017. This study used panel data regression analysis with Eviews 10 analysis tool. The results of this study showed that GCG variable (independent commissioner influential, directors variable and number of meetings did not have significant effect) and IC have significant effect on company performance

E-Commerce to Improve Homemaker Productivity (Women Entrepreneur Empowerment at Meruya Utara, Kembangan District, West Jakarta, Indonesia)

Saat ini banyak ibu rumah tangga memiliki bisnis sampingan yang sesuai dengan keterampilan dan hobi mereka. Adapun tujuan dari bisnis sampingan tersebut adalah untuk membantu kebutuhan keuangan rumah tangga mereka. Penelitian sebelumnya telah menunjukkan bahwa ibu rumah tangga yang juga pengusaha perempuan memiliki kontribusi yang signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan keluarga. Namun demikian, terdapat kesulitan dari ibu rumah tangga dalam memasarkan produk dan layanan mereka. Pengabdian ini melaksanakan sosialisasi terkait cara membuat akun e-commerce dan menggunakannya sebagai alternatif untuk menjual produk dan layanan mereka. Selain itu, hasil dari kegiatan layanan masyarakat Internasional ini adalah bahwa ibu rumah tangga dapat menjual produk dan layanan mereka melalui e-commerce. Menurut hasil survei pada kegiatan sosialisasi ini, diketahui bahwa hambatan bagi ibu rumah tangga adalah masih rendahnya pendidikan mereka dimana 65% dari mereka memiliki pendidikan sekolah menengah. Juga, kepemilikan aplikasi internet banking dan mobile banking masih rendah, yaitu 35%. Dengan demikian, kepemilikan yang rendah atas aplikasi internet banking dan mobile banking membuat mereka kesulitan untuk menjual produk dan layanannya melalui e-commerce. Semua peserta sosialisasi menyatakan bahwa kegiatan ini bermanfaat dan menambah pengetahuan mereka. Solution of the Dirac equation in the rotating Bertotti-Robinson spacetime

The Dirac equation is solved in the rotating Bertotti-Robinson spacetime. The set of equations representing the Dirac equation in the Newman-Penrose formalism is decoupled into an axial and angular part. The axial equation, which is independent of mass, is solved exactly in terms of hypergeometric functions. The angular equation is considered both for massless (neutrino) and massive spin-(1/2) particles. For the neutrinos, it is shown that the angular equation admits an exact solution in terms of the confluent Heun equation. In the existence of mass, the angular equation does not allow an analytical solution, however, it is expressible as a set of first order differential equations apt for numerical study.Comment: 17 pages, no figure. Reflection of electromagnetic waves from mixtures of plane gravitational and scalar waves

We consider colliding wave packets consisting of hybrid mixtures of electromagnetic, gravitational and scalar waves. Irrespective of the scalar field, the electromagnetic wave still reflects from the gravitational wave. Some reflection processes are given for different choice of packets in which the Coulomb-like component $\Psi_2$ vanishes. Exact solution for multiple reflection of an electromagnetic wave from successive impulsive gravitational waves is obtained in a closed form. It is shown that a succesive sign flip in the Maxwell spinor arises as a result of encountering with an impulsive train (i.e. the Dirac's comb curvature) of gravitational waves. Visuospatial Working Memory Tasks May Not Reduce the Intensity or Distress of Intrusive Memories.

Cognitive interventions involving visuospatial tasks, such as the game "Tetris" have demonstrated efficacy in reducing the frequency of intrusive memories. However, it remains unclear whether these tasks also reduce the perceived intensity and distress of these memories. We investigated whether either of two visuospatial tasks: a Tetris intervention or Digital Corsi task, following the viewing of an analog trauma (film) resulted in decreased intensity and distress for intrusive memories over the following week, when compared to a control condition. Participants (n = 110) were randomly assigned to task conditions after viewing the film. Linear mixed models indicated no between-group differences for reductions in intensity or distress over the course of the week. These findings highlight an important boundary to the benefits of such visuospatial tasks, in that while they may be associated with reductions in intrusion memory frequency, individuals may nonetheless continue to experience distress when intrusions do occur

Efektivitas Penggunaan Modul Berbasis Lingkungan terhadap Hasil Belajar Peserta Didik Kelas VII SMP Negeri 28 Bulukumba

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran hasil belajar peserta didik Kelas VII A SMP Negeri 28 Bulukumba setelah diajar menggunakan modul berbasis lingkungan dan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar keefektifan penggunaan modul berbasis lingkungan terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik kelas VII A SMP Negeri 28 Bulukumba. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas VII SMP Negeri 28 Bulukumba tahun ajaran 2015/2016 yang terdiri dari 3 kelas dengan jumlah peserta didik 77, sampel sebanyak 24 sampel yang bertempat di kelas VII A. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu instrumen respon peserta didik terhadap modul dan instrumen tes hasil belajar. Skala yang digunakan untuk respon peserta didik terhadap modul yaitu skala Likert. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis data statistik deskriptif dan inferensial. Hasil belajar peserta didik dengan modul fisika berbasis kontekstual mencapai nilai rata-rata 81,25. Rata-rata hasil belajar peserta didik termasuk kategori tinggi melebihi standar KKM yakni 70. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji-t diperoleh nilai thitung > ttabel maka H0 ditolak sehingga Ha diterima. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa modul berbasis lingkungan efektif digunakan karena nilai hasil belajar peserta didik sebanyak 75% mencapai standar KKM
