    On-farm experimental were conducted in dry land of Banyusri villages, Wonosegoro sub district, Boyolali district in 2013/2014 WS. Randomizied block designed was used with four replications. Eight treatments consisted of fertilizers based on Dry soil test kit as control (P1), 50% NPK fertilizers recommended + Probio (P2), 50% NPK fertilizers recommended + Remicer (P3), 50% NPK fertilizers recommended + Starmik + 2 t FYM/ha (P4), 50% NPK fertilizers recommended + Agrimeth (P5), 50% NPK fertilizers recommended + Biovam plus (P6), 50% NPK fertilizers recommended + Glyocompoct (P7), 50% NPK fertilizers recommended (P8), 50% NPK fertilizers recommended + 2 t FYM/ha (P9). Parameters were observed i.e. plant growth (plant height and tiller numbers per hills), rice yield (converse plot sized 2.5 m x 2.5 m in hectares at 14 % water contents) and farmer respons on biofertilizers used were evaluated. Research resulted showed thats (a) the applicaton of biofertilizers such as Probio, Glyocompost and Starmix were combined to 50% NPK fertilizers recommended gave the rice yield same with combined to NPK fertilizers recommended, its means that usage recommendation of 50% NPK fertilizers combined to third biofertizers able to 50% NPK fertilizers efficient. (b). The farmer respons to usage of biofertilizers applied showed that (b1) 83.3% cooperator farmers positive respons in application of biofertilizer. (b2) 61.20 % farmers most easierly on biofertilizers applied. (b3) 94,4% farmers has benefit from biofertilizers applied. (b4) 83,3 % cooperators farmer able to buy biofertilizers in the markets. (b4) Cooperator farmers to select in liquid forms of biofertiliers with Rp 10.000 per sacheet prices. But if solid type of biofertilizers with prices Rp 1.000,- per kg.     Investigasi Forensik Pada E-Mail Spoofing Menggunakan Metode Header Analysis

    Email merupakan salah satu fasilitas internet yang banyak digunakan untuk komunikasi dan bertukar informasi. Hal ini memungkinkan pihak ketiga menyalahgunakan email untuk mendapatkan informasi secara ilegal dengan mengubah identitas pengirim email dan menjadikannya seperti email yang berasal dari email yang sah (legitimate email), aktivitas tersebut biasa dikenal dengan istilah email spoofing. Untuk dapat mendeteksi adanya email spoofing, maka perlu adanya investigasi forensik email terhadap email spoofing. Salah satu teknik investigasi forensik email adalah menggunakan analisis header email (header analysis method). Teknik ini bekerja dengan memeriksa dan membandingkan value yang terdapat pada beberapa header email yang ditetapkan sebagai parameter deteksi email spoofing. Parameter yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah header ‘From', ‘Message-ID', ‘Date' dan ‘Received'. Jika value yang terdapat pada header tersebut identik, maka email tersebut adalah email yang sah (legitimate email), jika tidak maka email tersebut dikategorikan sebagai email spoofing

    Hybrid Image Watermarking RDWT Dengan SVD Untuk Perlingdungan Hak Cipta Pada Citra Digital

    Watermarking merupakan salah satu metode yang sering digunakan dalam perlindungan hak cipta terhadap konten multimedia untuk menanggulangi penyebaran karya seseorang secara ilegal. Teknik watermarking dibagi kedalam domain frekuensi (misalnya RDWT) dan domain spasial (misalnya SVD). Redundant Discrete Wavelet Transform (RDWT) merupakan modifikasi dari Discrete Wavelet Transform (DWT) yang tahan dari berbagai serangan. Sementara Singular Value Decomposition (SVD) memiliki stabilitas yang baik tetapi tidak tahan terhadap serangan. Pada paper ini peneliti menggabungkan algoritma RDWT dengan SVD untuk menghasilkan teknik watermarking yang lebih baik yakni dengan melakukan penyisipan watermark pada subband horizontal detail (LH) yang merupakan bagian karikatur dari 4 citra hasil RDWT yang sedikit mengandung informasi jika dibandingkan dengan subband aproximation (LL) yang mengandung banyak informasi. Skema ini diterapkan supaya tidak mempengaruhi citra host saat disisipi watermark dan didukung dengan nilai alpha 0.1 untuk memperoleh tingkat imperceptibility dan robustness yang tinggi. This study develops the design of Framework by implementing Composite Logic Model. A logic Composite model can be used to determine the role model of any variable or pattern that need to collaborate. Composite Logic Model will produce a role model that has a role to produce patterns so that it can produce the same goal. A method of Composite Logic will collaborate with the Digital Forensics Investigation framework to produce a Digital Evidence Collection Framework on Social Media.     Optimalisasi Ekstraksi Dan Uji Stabilitas Phycocyanin Dari Mikroalga Spirulina Platensis

    Spirulina platensis adalah salah satu mikroalga penghasil Phycocyanin yang relatif cepat berproduksi dan mudah dalam sistem pemanenannya. Phycocyanin yang secara struktural mirip dengan β-karoten merupakan pigmen biru alami yang berharga dan banyak dimanfaatkan pada bidang kosmetik, obat-obatan dan farmasi. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah melakukan studi evaluasi produksi Phycocyanin dengan teknik ekstraksi dengan beberapa pelarut polar pada berbagai konsentrasi untuk mendapatkan hasil ekstrak yang maksimum. Metode penelitian yang diterapkan dalam penelitian ini memiliki beberapa tahap yaitu persiapan bahan, ekstraksi, studi kelarutan Phycocyanin, dan uji stabilitas Phycocyanin. Variabel berubah dalam penelitian ini adalah jenis pelarut polar Air, Asam asetat 70%, 75%, 80%, Amonium sulfat 50%, 55%, 60%. Analisa hasil kadar Phycocyanin yang terkstrak menggunakan metode spektrofotometri. Hasil pengamatan menghasilkan ekstrak zat warna biru yang memiliki intensitas warna tertinggi dengan absorbansi maksimalnya 620 nm. Pelarut asam asetat 80% merupakan pelarut yang paling efektif mengekstrak zat warna biru Phycocyanin dibandingkan air dan amonium sulfat. Ekstraksi dipengaruhi oleh pH yaitu kenaikan serapan (absorbansi) dengan meningkatnya pH dan tidak dipengaruhi oleh suhu dan lama penyimpanan zat warna

    Long-term growth trends of massive Porites corals across a latitudinal gradient in the Indo-Pacific

    Previous studies have reported recent substantial declines in the growth rates of massive Porites corals under warming oceans. However, the majority of these reports are from inshore reefs, and few have explored growth responses in offshore reefs from remote locations with low levels of pollution, sedimentation or nutrient loading. Here, we examined continuous growth records of massive Porites from remote locations spanning a 25 degrees latitudinal gradient in the Indo-Pacific, including Palau, central Sulawesi, West Papua and the central Great Barrier Reef (GBR). Between 1982 and 2012, no significant changes in calcification or extension anomalies were observed at any study location, despite significant increases in sea surface temperature (SST) at all sites. Skeletal density increased linearly by similar to 0.4 % yr(-1) in Palau, but no change was found in Sulawesi, yet skeletal density showed a significant nonlinear change in West Papua and the GBR. Skeletal density displayed a significant positive linear relationship with SST at Palau and West Papua, whereas no relationship was observed in Sulawesi. In the GBR, skeletal density exhibited a nonlinear parabolic relationship with SST, with strong negative anomalies occurring following major thermal events. Unlike the ongoing declines in growth rates of inshore corals that have been widely reported, we found that calcification and extension anomalies of the majority of Porites from offshore remote locations do not appear to be exhibiting negative growth responses to warming SST. Our results suggest that reefs experiencing low levels of local stressors may show increased resilience to warming SST in an era of rapidly warming oceans
