In this study, we propagate shoots ofFragaria ananassa L.in vitrofrom seed by some kinds of cytokinin including BA (0.2-1.2 mg/L) or 2-ip (0.2-1.2 mg/L) or kinetin (0.2-1.2 mg/L). After 4 weeks, shoots are changed into root medium as MS ½ with IAA 0.5 mg/L and activated carbon 2.0 g/L in vitroor Kelp fertilizer (0-1.5 %) ex vitro. The maximum number of shoots is obtained in the basal MS supplemented with BA 0.6 mg/L. In in vitroculture, formation of roots are grown on MS ½ with IAA 0.5 mg/L, activated carbon 2.0 g/L. In ex vitroculture, formation of roots are the best on Kelp fertilizer 0,5%

Tổng hợp hydrotalxit mang stearat và ứng dụng trong lớp phủ epoxy để bảo vệ chống ăn mòn cho thép cacbon

Hydrotalcite containing stearate (HT-SA) was prepared using the co-precipitation method. The HT-SA obtained was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA). The results showed that the stearate is present in hydrotalcite (about 26.5 %). The inhibitive efficiency of HT-SA on carbon steel was characterized by electrochemical method and the protective properties of the epoxy coating containing HT-SA were evaluated by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). The obtained results showed that the HT-SA is an anodic inhibitor. Its efficiency was about 74 % at a concentration of 3 g/l. The presence of HT-SA (3 %) improved the barrier properties and corrosion protection of the epoxy coating
