Kajian Teknoekonomi Perangkat Pencacah Radioimmunoassay (Ria) Ip.8

Kajian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk menentukan nilai ekonomis dari suatu perangkat pencacah RIA IP.8. Hal ini diperlukan sebagai bahan pertimbangan kelayakan investasi bagi para investor yang ingin mengembangkan USAha untuk memproduksi perangkat ini. Pada kajian ini dilakukan beberapa tahapan kegiatan. Tahap awal yaitu penyiapan larutan standar Aflatoksin B1 yang bersifat karsinogenik sebagai bahan kit RIA yang akan dilakukan ujicoba pencacahan. Tahap selanjutnya adalah ujicoba mesin pencacah kit RIA IP.8 dengan menggunakan sampel kit RIA Aflatoksin B1. Tahap akhir adalah melakukan perhitungan teknoekonomi berdasarkan seluruh biaya yang digunakan dalam pembuatan, penyiapan dan pengujian perangkat pencacah RIA IP.8 serta asumsi-asumsi yang diperlukan. Kajian teknoekonomi dengan asumsi modal yang digunakan 70% berasal dari pinjaman bank, diperoleh hasil sebagai berikut: Net Present Value (NPV) 1.873.632.901, Internal Rate of Return (IRR) 45,5%, Payback Period (PP) 3 tahun, Benefit/Cost Ratio (B/C) 3,8 sehingga peluang investasi ini layak dipertimbangkan untuk dilakukan. Metode Pembobotan Kata Berbasis Cluster Untuk Perangkingan Dokumen Berbahasa Arab

Perangkingan dokumen telah menjadi topik yang banyak dibahas pada sistem temu kembali informasi untuk memberikan urutan dokumen paling relevan berdasarkan kueri yang diberikan oleh pengguna. Namun, penelitian tentang perangkingan dokumen dalam bahasa Arab masih belum banyak dilakukan karena memiliki morfologi yang unik dan literatur dalam bahasa Arab yang masih sedikit. Selain itu, didalam proses perangkingan juga diperlukan perhitungan pembobotan kata yang optimal supaya dapat memberikan hasil yang sesuai. Pembobotan kata yang paling umum digunakan adalah term frequency-inverse document frequency (TF.IDF) yang hanya menghitung pembobotan setiap kata berdasarkan pengelompokan dokumen saja sehingga dapat menyebabkan relevansi antar dokumen menjadi rendah karena memiliki tingkat kemiripan antar dokumen yang berbeda. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan suatu pembobotan kata berdasarkan pengelompokan dokumen dalam suatu cluster untuk meningkatkan relevansi antar dokumen. Tujuan penelitian ini membuat metode perangkingan dokumen berbahasa Arab dengan menggunakan pembobotan berbasis cluster yang menggabungkan TF.IDF dan inverse cluster frequency (ICF) sehingga diperoleh TF.IDF.ICF. Evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan dokumen e-book berbahasa Arab yang telah dikelompokkan menjadi tiga cluster. Hasil penelitian membuktikan pembobotan TF.IDF.ICF mampu menemukan dokumen paling relevan terhadap kueri yang dimasukan oleh pengguna serta memperoleh nilai rata-rata precision dan F1-Measure yang lebih tinggi daripada hanya menggunakan pembobotan TF.IDF yaitu sebesar 68% dan 78%

Decidual killer immunoglobulin-like receptor (kir)2dl1 expression and the onset of preeclampsia, birth weight and placental weight in early and late onset preeclampsia

Introduction Successful remodelling of spiral artery ensures adequate uteroplacental perfusion and sufficient nutrient supply to the fetus. HLA-C interaction with maternal KIR determines the outcome of spiral artery remodelling. Strong inhibitory KIR2DL1 lower the expression of cytokines and angiogenic factors affecting uteroplacental perfusion and nutrient supply. Material and methods We analysed the decidual expression of KIR2DL1 in early and late preeclampsia groups by quantitative immunohistochemistry using anti human-KIR2DL1/CD158a antibody and its correlation with preeclampsia onset, birth weight and placental weight. 35 patients, 14 patients with early onset preeclampsia (EO-PE) and 21 with late preeclampsia (LO-PE) were analysed. Result There was a significant difference between the expression of KIR2DL1 between the EO-PE and LO-PE group (p < 0,001) with a strong negative correlation between decidual expression of KIR2DL1 and preeclampsia onset (p < 0,001, r = −0,723), birth weight (p < 0,001, r = −0,770) and placental weight (p < 0,001, r = −0,770). Conclusion In patients with EO-PE, the higher placental of KIR2DL1 and inhibitory KIR2DL1 contributes to earlier onset of preeclampsia, lower birth weight of the baby and low placental weight. The strong negative correlation might be due to much lower expression of cytokines and angiogenic factors in higher KIR2DL1 expression samples. The different expression of KIR2DL1 between EO-PE and LO-PE is in line with current concepts on different pathophysiologic pathway leading to these different PE phenotypes
