    Efektivitas Talking Stick dari Hasil Siswa SD

    Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adakah peningkatan hasil belajar siswa sekolah dasar pada mata pelajaran IPS. Model Speaking Stick mengajarkan siswa untuk berpikir kritis, memahami isi pelajaran dengan cepat, menjadi pembelajar yang aktif, serta mampu bertanya dan mengemukakan pendapat. Lebih lanjut, pemanfaatan model Talk Stick meningkatkan kenikmatan belajar dan mengoptimalkan prestasi akademik siswa, khususnya dalam bidang IPS. Penelitian ini disebut sebagai metode tinjauan literatur atau meta-analisis dan didasarkan pada temuan penelitian-penelitian sebelumnya. Pengambilan data dilakukan melalui Google Scholar sehingga menghasilkan identifikasi 10 jurnal terbitan. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran speaking stick efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa khususnya siswa sekolah dasar.Hasil belajar mata pelajaran IPS dengan menggunakan model talk stick lebih unggul dibandingkan dengan model pembelajaran tradisional. Solusi lain apabila penggunaan model talk stick tidak meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa, maka guru harus menyesuaikan model pengajaran yang ada dengan kondisi dan kebutuhan siswa

    Mixue ice cream and tea is an ice cream and tea shop that is currently being loved by consumers, especially those who are still students. The background to this research begins with the number of Mixue shops in Indonesia, especially in Purwokerto, which is starting to increase significantly. This research aims to find out how Mixue uses indirect viral marketing strategies to maintain its business. Researchers want to know how the viral marketing process is carried out by Mixue with a phenomenological study through interviews with informants and participant observation as well as the use of triangulation to check the validity of the data. It can be concluded from this research that Mixue carries out viral marketing indirectly because consumers who play a role in this do it for free. Consumers carry out viral marketing and spread it widely through their social media. Students like hanging out and doing assignments at Mixue because the atmosphere is good and it is more productive than doing assignments at campus or school

    Based on the phenomenon that accounting practices in SMEs are still very low, but financial management in SMEs should require good accounting skills by the business owner. The required application system is the Accounting Information System. The object of this study is the Culinary SMEs in Cirebon City, West Java.The population in this study is culinary business owners in Cirebon City, West Java, which is as many as 1075 culinary entrepreneurs according to Cirebon Satu Data 2022. While the sample in this study was set at 92 culinary entrepreneurs with sampling measured using a formula to determine the sample size (Yamane, 1970) Purposive sampling is the sampling strategy utilized in this study. SMEs with historical business management records meet the sample requirements. Primary data are the data type employed in this investigation. The utilization of accounting information has been shown to positively impact the success of culinary SMEs in Cirebon City, West Java, according to the results of the hypothesis test that was conducted. The attainment of corporate success is significantly influenced by accounting information. Among other things, planning and supporting decision-making in corporate management are two areas in which accounting information may help.
