The sanitary and hygienic characteristic of working conditions and assessment of incidence of convicts according to profound medical examination

All rights reserved.The analysis of sanitary and hygienic working conditions and the state of health of the convicts serving sentence in correctional facilities in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan is submitted. Working conditions of the convicts occupied on productions of corrective labor colonies, in particular, on sewing, foundry and woodworking productions are described. The detailed characteristic of the harmful physical and chemical factors which are adversely influencing health working, features of engineering procedures of the different types of production important from the point of view of a labor hygiene are given. Results of profound medical examination of the prisoners working in the conditions of harmful productions with distribution on age and length of service are analysed, indicators of weight of labor process are considered. High frequency of cases of arterial hypertension at workers of foundry, sewing production and the mechanical shop with obvious increase of number of the revealed cases is noted with age. The analysis of detectability of chronic diseases of respiratory system is carried out (rinopharingitis, bronchitis, pharyngitis, tonsillitis, etc.). At the same time reliable distinctions between the frequency of detectability and length of service on production are not traced. Connection of number of cases of chronic bronchitis with increase in age is proved. The carried-out sanitary and hygienic assessment of working conditions of convicts was a basis for development of sanitary and hygienic actions for optimization of working conditions and prevention of diseases at convicts

The complex approach to the geochemical research of oil and organic substance with the purpose of planning of geological exploration work for oil and gas

The article is devoted to the first results obtained for the complex of geochemical studies of the crude oils and organic matter of Vyngayakhinskoye field rocks of the West-Siberian oil and gas province. The main objective of this paper is the determination of the genetic unity of or, on the contrary, in the difference of the crude oil produced at the field, dedicated to the various oil complexes. Authors investigated the correlation between organic matter the breeds and crude oils of various oil-and-gas complexes with a view to identifying areas of generation, directions, and the scope and stages of migration of hydrocarbons. The study, in the future, can be used in the development of recommendations for the planning of geological exploration works on oil and gas, as well as to develop the reserves already discovered oil and gas deposits

Application of the improved complex of preventive dentistry with author's methods based on smart technologies in children 12 years old

A pediatric dentist needs to develop methods for motivating children to oral hygiene using modern interactive propaganda and smart- technologies, which significantly increase population coverage [1]. We set a goal to develop an improved complex of preventive measures for dental diseases using smart-technologies and evaluate its effectiveness in comparison with traditional approaches in school-age children. The effectiveness of the developed program was assessed by questionnaires of children and an index assessment during a clinical examination. Socio-demographic characteristics of this population is presented, the peculiarities of the conditions and lifestyles that adversely affect the general health of the convicts are pointed. The statistical data of the Main Department of execution of punishments of Ministry of justice of the Russian Federation are given, on the distribution by sex, age, education, etc., allowing us to estimate the demographic characteristics of persons in places of deprivation of liberty. The structure of mortality of prisoners is analyzed, allowing us to identify the main factors of the prevalence of chronic diseases, including infectious and sexually transmitted diseases. The study of primary total incidence of socially conditioned diseases, morbidity with temporary disability, disability, mortality and impact of sanitary and hygienic working conditions, health and social factors and nutrition on the health of prisoners, serving a sentence in criminal-executive system of the Russian Federation, is one of the most important aspects in the development of complex measures for rehabilitation of convicted persons after serving their sentence and their social and labor adaptation
