The degree of psychological security on the part of the faculty in some sports colleges of education in Jordanian universities in the Light of Arabic Spring Events
This study aimed to identify the degree of psychological security on the part of the faculty in some sports colleges of education in Jordanian universities, members, and the study population consisted of all faculty members in the colleges of physical education in the official Jordanian universities, has reached number (144) of the members of the Commission teaching, for the purposes of the study, the researcher using the questionnaire as the Chairperson of the data collection. Consisted of two parts: the first, and include personal information about the study sample, such as gender, grade and experience, and the second consists of 31 items distributed in three areas, namely: (relationship to work, and the relationship with colleagues, and the relationship with officials), and after data collection and discharge has processed using statistical methods and descriptive and analytical occasion. The study showed the following results: that the degree of availability of psychological security among faculty members in some sports colleges of education in Jordanian universities (high) with a mean (3.83: 5.00), and provide a degree of psychological security in terms of the relationship to work (medium) with a mean (3.49: 5:00), and in terms of the relationship with colleagues (high) with a mean (4.02: 5.00), either in terms of the relationship with officials came (high) with a mean (3.99: 5.00). It also revealed the existence of differences denote statistically attributable to variable experience for the class professor, and differences function attributed to variable experience for the benefit of less than five years category, and the lack of differences attributable to the variable gender, and in the light of the results of this study, the researcher recommended a number of recommendations. Duties Related to the Performance of Physical Education Teacher to Execute Physical Education Textbook according to Total Quality Criteria
The purpose of this study is to identify the duties related to the performance of physical education teacher to execute physical education textbook according to total quality criteria. The sample of the study consisted of (95) male and female physical education teachers in North-east Badia District schools selected purposefully. To achieve the aim of this study the researcher used the questionnaire which consisted of (25) items describing the duties of the teacher. Data were analyzed through descriptive statistics such as means, standard deviations and Levene's Test for Equality of Variances. The findings of the study showed that the duties related to duties related to the performance of physical education teacher to execute physical education textbook according to total quality criteria were in an average level as the means of the samples’ responses were (2.64: 5.00) as the higher duties were the teacher, administration, assessment and the curriculum. There were no significant statistical differences attributed to gender and experience variables and on the tool as a whole. Based on the findings the researcher presented several recommendations. THE IMPACT OF THE CURRICULUM OF PHYSICAL EDUCATION ON THE PHYSICAL, KINETIC, PHYSIOLOGICAL, AND SKILLS VARIABLES AMONG THE NORTHERN BADIA EASTERN STUDENTS
The aim of this study is to assess the impact of the curriculum of physical education on the physical, kinetic, physiological, and skill variables of the Northern Badia Eastern students. A study of all the teachers of physical education at the basic stage of the Directorate of Education of the brigade Northern Badia East schools was carried out. Due to the small size of the study population, a total of 181 teachers who teaches physical education were used for the purpose of this study. The researcher uses a questionnaire for the purpose of data collection. The questionnaire consists of two parts. The first include personal information about the members of the study, such as gender, educational qualification, and experience. The second consists of 10 phrases. After data collection and discharged, it was processed using suitable descriptive statistical and analytical methods. The study showed the results to assess the impact of physical education curriculum on the physical and motor skills. In addition, the results show the physiological variables at the north-eastern desert students (medium), where the mean was the responses of the study sample (3.53: 5.00). The existence of differences is statistically attributed to the variable gender in favor of females. Also, the differences are attributable to the qualification variable in favor of less than BA category. Finally, the researcher recommended a number of recommendations due to the lack of differences attributable to variable experience, and in light of the results of this study
The degree of educational difficulties faced by teachers of Physical Education in the north-east Badia
This study aimed to identify the degree of educational difficulties faced by teachers of Physical Education in the desert north-east. The study population consisted of all teachers of Physical Education who is studying curriculum of physical education in schools affiliated to the Directorate of Education of the brigade desert north-east, due to the small size of the study population has been taken in full has been numbered (158) teachers who are studying education curriculum sports, has They distributed questionnaires and retrieved them Researcher (135) form a percentage of (85.4%) of the study, for the purposes of the study, the researcher using the questionnaire as the Chairperson of the data collection. The questionnaire of two parts: the first, and include personal information about the study sample, such as race and stage of teaching experience, and the second consists of 20 items distributed on two areas, namely: (technical difficulties, difficulties administrative) describes the difficulties of educational facing teachers of Physical Education in the desert north-east, and after data collection and discharge have been processed using statistical methods and descriptive and analytical occasion. The study showed the following results: that the degree of difficulty educational facing teachers of Physical Education in the desert north-east (high) where the arithmetic average of the responses of the sample (3.68: 5.00), and that technical difficulties (medium) with a mean (3.54: 5.00), and administrative difficulties (high) with a mean (3.81: 5.00), and the results revealed non-existence of statistically significant differences attributable to the variables of sex and stage of teaching experience on the fields and the tool as a whole, and in light of the results of this study, the researcher recommended a number of recommendations. EVALUATING PHYSICAL EDUCATION CURRICULUM FOR THE INTERMEDIATE STAGE AS PERCEIVED BY TEACHERS IN ANBAR GOVERNORATE
The purpose of this study is to evaluate physical education curriculum for the intermediate stage as perceived by teachers in Anbar governorate. Moreover, findings if there are any significant statistical differences attributed to gender, scientific qualification and experience. The population of the study consisted of (181) male and female teachers in public schools as Anbar governorate in (Al-rmadi, Hbanya, Fluja, Heet, Haditha, Rawa, Ana, Qae’m and rutba). The population was considered the sample of this study but the researcher retrieved (157) questioners with a rate of (86.7%). For the purposes of the study the researcher developed a questionnaire consisted of (60) items distributed into five domains: goals. Teaching planning, curriculum and content, teaching strategies, aids and assessment). After collecting and analyzing data the findings showed that the evaluating physical education curriculum for the intermediate stage as perceived by teachers in Anbar governorate came in an average level as assessment domain came first followed by curriculum and content then goals and teaching planning while aids came in the last rank with means of (3.80). (3.71). (3.58) (3.50). Moreover, there were no significant statistical differences attributed to gender, scientific qualification and experience in teacher’s evaluation of physical education curriculum
Physical Education Teacher Attitudes towards the Effectiveness of Sport activities in Nortern-East Badia
The purpose of this study is to investigate Physical Education Teacher Attitudes towards the Effectiveness of Sport activities in Nortern-east Badia. . The study population consisted of all teachers of Physical Education who is studying curriculum of physical education in schools affiliated to the Directorate of Education of the brigade desert north-east, due to the small size of the study population has been taken in full has been numbered (158) teachers who are studying education curriculum sports, has They distributed questionnaires and retrieved them Researcher (104) form a percentage of (65.8%) of the study, for the purposes of the study, the researcher using the questionnaire as the Chairperson of the data collection. The questionnaire of two parts: the first, and include personal information about the study sample, such as race and stage of teaching experience, and the second consists of 16 items distributed on two areas, namely: (classroom management, personal competence) describe each paragraph, including trends teachers of physical education toward the effectiveness of sports activities, and after data collection and discharge have been processed using statistical methods and descriptive and analytical occasion. The study showed the following results: the trends of teachers of physical education to the effectiveness of sports activities in the desert north-east (medium) where the arithmetic average of the responses of the sample (3.57: 5.00), and their attitudes toward the effectiveness of classroom management in sports activities (medium) with a mean ( 3.40: 5.00), and their attitudes toward the effectiveness of personal competence (high) with a mean (3.75: 5.00), and the lack of statistically significant differences attributable to the variables of gender and stage of teaching experience, and the existence of differences in favor of the stage, teaching in favor of secondary schools in the area (personal competence), and in the light the results of this study, the researcher recommended a number of recommendations. OBSTACLES FACING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF PHYSICAL EDUCATION CURRICULUM IN IRAQI PUBLIC SCHOOLS AS PERCEIVED BY TEACHERS IN ANBAR GOVERNORATE
The purpose of this study is to investigate the obstacles facing the implementation of physical education curriculum in Iraqi public schools as perceived by teachers in Anbar governorate. Moreover, exploring if there are any significant statistical differences attributed to gender, scientific qualification and experience. The sample of the study consisted of (69) teachers. For the purposes of this study the researcher adopted a questionnaire consisted of (54) items distributed into five domains, those are: administrative obstacles, professional obstacles, technical and supervision obstacles, internal and external obstacles and potentials and facilities obstacles. The study concluded the following findings: 1. Obstacles to the application of physical education curriculum in public schools in Iraq, as perceived by teacher were in an average level, where the arithmetic average of the responses of the sample (3.47: 5.00). The results showed that professional obstacles ", "potentials and facilities", and "technical constraints and oversight," and "administrative obstacles", and "environmental constraints internal and external" were the highest with averages of (3.70), (3:53), (3:47), (3:35), (3:29).respectively. The Effect of Using the Strategy of Peer Teaching on Developing the Active Learning Skills of the Basic Sixth Grade Students in Arabic Language in Jordan
This study aimed at identifying the effect of using peer teaching strategy on developing active learning skills of sixth grade students in Arabic language in the second semester in the period between 9/5/2011 to 8/6/2011. The study included (61) students, (31) students representing the experimental group, and (30) students representing the control group, groups were selected randomly. For the purposes of the study, the researcher prepared an open – ended questions test (5 questions) in which developing active learning skills were taken into account. While formulating the test, the behavioral indicators of these skills were also taken into consideration. To answer the question of the study, data were entered into the computer, statistical and descriptive methods were used; represented in the averages, standard deviations, and the statistical analytical methods included analysis of co-variance (ANCOVA) to estimate the effect of using the strategy of teaching peers in the development of active learning skills. The study showed the following result: the existence of statistically significant differences between the study groups – experimental and control for the favor of the experimental group which was taught by the strategy of peer teaching.
