Combination of Soybean Meal and Hibiscus Tiliaceus Leaf in the Goat Diet: Effect on Some Parameters of Protein Metabolism
Sixteen Ettawah cross bred goats were used to study the effect of waru leaf (Hibiscus tiliaceus)sapponin combined with soybean meal protein supplementation on some parameters of proteinmetabolism. Goats had body weight average of 16 kg and aged at 7 months. The experimental dietswere: T0 = total mixed ration (0.9% saponin of hibiscus leaf, 8% CP, 62% TDN), T1 = T0 + 3% soybeanmeal protein, T2 = T0 + 6% soybean meal protein, and T3 = T0 + 9% soybean meal protein. Thetreatments were allocated in a completely randomized design. The parameters observed in this studywere dry matter (DM) and crude protein (CP) intakes, DM and CP digestibilities, ruminal amonia andVFAs concentrations, blood urea level, nitrogen retention, digestible organic matter in rumen (DOMR),urinary allantoin, and estimated microbial nitrogen (N) synthesis. DM intake, DOMR, urinary allantoinand estimated microbial N synthesis were not affected significantly (P>0.05) by treatments. CP intake,DM and CP digestibilities, ruminal amonia and VFAs concentrations, blood urea level and nitrogenretention increased (P<0.05) with increasing levels of soybean meal protein. Analisis Dan Perancangan Interaksi Chatbot Reminder Dengan User-centered Design
Keberadaan teknologi yang tidak dipersiapkan untuk menghadapi interaksi dengan pengguna akan membuat user experience menjadi buruk. Masih banyak ditemukan chatbot reminder yang tidak dapat memenuhi harapan pengguna. Pendekatan user-centered design dapat membantu dalam mengatasi masalah yang berhubungan dengan pengguna. Pada penelitian ini digunakan metode Google Design Sprint sebagai pendekatan user-centered design dalam tahapan analisis hingga pengujian. Interaksi merupakan masalah utama yang dianalisis dan diharapkan dapat meningkatkan user experience. Rekomendasi rancangan dan prototype chatbot baru mengacu pada hasil USAbility testing empat chatbot terpilih. Pengujian dilakukan dengan melakukan USAbility testing pada prototype chatbot baru. Sebanyak lima partisipan yang berbeda digunakan setiap chatbot pada saat USAbility testing. Hasil USAbility testing chatbot baru kemudian dibandingkan dengan chatbot lama. Diperoleh skor SUS (System Usability Scale) chatbot baru sebesar 70,5. Skor tersebut meningkat sebanyak 18,4 secara ratarata dari chatbot lama. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh saat USAbility testing dan skor SUS dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa interaksi dan pemilihan antarmuka yang tepat dapat meningkatkan user experience pada chatbot
Performa Ayam Broiler Strain Cobb yang Diberi Herbal Kunyit
This research discusses about broiler chickens which are given turmeric herbs by giving through feed and drinking water. The chickens used were 96 Cobb DOC strains, 8 for each experimental unit. The study used 3 treatment and 4 repeat. The treatment is: T0 = basal feed, T1 = basal feed + 2% turmeric from the amount of feed consumption and T2 = basal feed + 2% turmeric from the amount of drinking water consumption. The parameters discussed in this study are the performance of broilers consisting of feed consumption, drinking water consumption, body weight gain, final body weight, feed conversion, mortality and income over feed and chicken costs. Feed consumption, drinking water consumption, body weight gain, final body weight, feed conversion and mortality are not supported by significant maintenance (P> 0.05). The highest income from feed and chicken costs in T2 training is Rp. 11,582. The conclusion of this research is the application of turmeric is more optimal if applied through drinking water at a level of 2%
POTENSI GULMA ECENG PADI (Monochoria vaginalis) SEBAGAI TANAMAN HIAS: Potential Of Rice Water Weed (Monochoria Vaginalis) As Ornamental Plants
Water hyacinth weeds can cause disturbances in the form of silting and increase competition with other plants. On the other hand, water hyacinth has purple flowers, very beautiful when it blooms quite a lot, it can be used as an ornamental plant that refreshes the view and adds aesthetic value. This study aimed to assess the potential of water hyacinth (Monochorea vaginalis) as an ornamental plant and to see the response of water hyacinth to the application of Gandasil D. This study was designed in a t-test that was not given Gandasil D (P0) fertilizer and was given Gandasil D (P) fertilizer. Assessing the potential of rice water as an ornamental plant, a questionnaire was conducted on 20 respondents. Parameters observed for fertilization response were plant height, number of leaves, number of seeds and number of flowers. Data were analyzed using a t-test comparison at the 5% level. The results showed that the color of the rice water flower has a beauty value and has an aesthetic value, so this plant has the potential as an ornamental plant, and it is necessary to protect the rice water plant against plant pest organisms.
