    ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesiapan dosen dan mahasiswa dalam pembelajaran berbasis e-learning di IAIN Parepare. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian evaluasi menggunakan model Context, Input, Process, Product (CIPP) dengan sampel sampel minimum dosen berjumlah 30 orang dan untuk sampel minimum mahasiswa berjumlah 204 orang Tahun Akademik 2018/2019. Metode pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah metode angket. Hasil penelitin menunjukkan bahwa: (1) kesiapan dosen IAIN Parepare dalam melaksanakan program pembelajaran berbasis e-learning berdasarkan evaluasi model CIPP diperoleh hasil, yakni 2 aspek termasuk kategori tinggi, yaitu aspek context dan input dan 2 aspek termasuk kategori rendah, yaitu aspek process dan product dan (2) kesiapan mahasiswa IAIN Parepare dalam mengikuti pembelajaran berbasis e-learning berdasarkan evaluasi model CIPP diperoleh hasil, yakni 3 aspek termasuk kategori tinggi, yaitu aspek context, input dan process dan 1 aspek termasuk kategori rendah, yaitu aspek product

    Failure Analysis of Big Cloud Service Providers Prior to and During Covid-19 Period

    Cloud services are important for societal function such as healthcare, commerce, entertainment and education. Cloud can provide a variety of features such as increased collaboration and inexpensive computing. Failures are unavoidable in cloud services due to the large size and complexity, resulting in decreased reliability and efficiency. For example, due to bugs, many high-severity failures have been occurring in cloud infrastructure of popular providers, causing outages of several hours and the unrecoverable loss of user data. There are prior studies about cloud failure analyses are limited and use sources such as news articles. However, a detailed cloud failure focused study is required that provides analyses for cloud failure data gathered directly from the vendors. Furthermore, the Covid-19 cloud failures should be studied as cloud services played a major role throughout the Covid-19 period, as individuals relied on cloud services for activities such as working from home. A program can be made for this task.     Synthesis of novel cone-shaped CaAl-LDH directly on aluminum alloy by a facile urea hydrolysis method

    The urea method is one of the unique approaches to synthesize highly crystalline-layered double hydroxides (LDHs). Herein, we synthesized calcium-based layered double hydroxide (CaAl–LDH) directly on Al AA6082 substrate by using the urea hydrolysis reaction, in an effort to obtain highly potential novel cone-shaped unique LDH structure. The as-prepared CaAl-LDH thin film is characterized by X-ray diffraction, Fourier transform spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy and further investigated the thermal properties and electron impedance spectra behavior. That simple in situ synthetic approach will be helpful to design environmentally friendly CaAl-LDH thin films that can be further investigated for numerous potential applications like environmental science, catalysts and biomedical applications
