Ultracentrifugation and quasi-elastic light scattering experiments on polyadenilic acid solutions
Our experimental results of quasi-elastic light scattering by solutions of polyadenilic acid are concentration dependent and show the simultaneous existence of two relaxation times (or large chains of polymers.
On analytical centrifugation, the solutions are found homogeneous and molecular weights are obtained from these experiments. The existence of slow mode seems to arise from interactions between chains but not from the existence of aggregates
