The ECvalues were determined using GraphPad Prism software. Cell growth inhibition assay. MD-MB231 and BT549 cells were treated with 1 to 10 μmol/l CDIM9 for 6 days, and cell numbers were determined as described in Materials and methods. Results are expressed as means ± standard error for three separate determinations at each time point.
