    A Highly Linear X-Band GaN HEMT Transformer-Based Doherty Power Amplifier

Doherty PA used Cree inc. 6 W GaN HEMT bare die and implemented on 7-layer PCB. The phase linearizer compensates a phase distortion of Doherty PA. X-band Conventional Doherty PA is designed at 10 GHz for performance comparison with the X-band Transformer-based Doherty PA. The Conventional Doherty PA used Cree inc. 6 W GaN HEMT bare die and has been implemented using RT/Duroid 5880 10 mil thick substrate. The continuous wave (CW) measurement results show the peak output power of 40.3 dBm with a 40 V drain supply voltage at 10 GHz, the peak drain efficiency (DE) of 51% and the peak power added efficiency (PAE) of 40.3%. And the DE and PAE at 6 dB output power back-off are 41% and 33% respectively. X-band Transformer-based Doherty PA has been measured. The CW measurement results show the peak output power of 39.6 dBm with a 40 V supply at 9.56 GHz. The peak DE is 50.4% while the peak PAE is 38.5%.     Dept. of Medicine/์„์‚ฌIntroduction: Although previous studies have revealed the risk factors related to the development of plantar fasciitis, little is known about the predictive factors for early outcome and recurrence of conservatively treated plantar fasciitis. This study evaluated the predictive factors for early outcome and recurrence during a longitudinal course of conservatively treated plantar fasciitis. Materials and Methods: In the retrospective analysis, 429 feet of 276 patients were included. The unfavorable early outcomes were defined as no improvement in the visual analog scale (VAS) at 1 month after treatment. Possible predictive factors were included in the analysis of the unfavorable early outcomes. To evaluate recurrence, 290 feet of the 184 patients who achieved complete remission (CR) of the symptoms after conservative treatment were analyzed using the possible predictive factors. Results: By the last follow-up, CR was achieved in 377 feet (87.9%). The mean time to reach CR was 4.4 months after treatment. The rate of recurrence was 51.0%. An age-matched analysis showed that the body mass index (BMI), symptom duration before treatment, and daily total standing time (TST) were significant predictive factors for an unfavorable early outcome. With regard to recurrence, TST was the only covariate that was significant after the adjustment. TST โ‰ฅ120 min/day was significant in the analyses of early outcome and recurrence with an odds ratio of 9.256 (95% confidence interval [CI], 4.801-17.844) and a hazards ratio of 2.760 (95% CI, 1.841-4.139). Conclusions: To achieve favorable early outcomes and no recurrence, conservatively treated plantar fasciitis patients should be informed about modifiable factors (e.g., lowering their BMI, scheduling early clinic visits before the disorder becomes chronic, and shortening their daily TST).ope

Therefore, the purpose of this study was to acceleration rehabilitation training on isokinetic strength, pelvic displacement, EEG activation and athletic performance. Following written, informed consent, In this studies, 40 female( Exercise group: age=21.40ยฑ1.31, wt=61.89ยฑ8.76, ht=164.07ยฑ3.26Control group: age=21.20ยฑ1.54, wt=57.94ยฑ6.45, ht=163.87ยฑ2.63) university students were tested on the 6 identified bowling relevant isokinetic strength, 3 pelvic displacement, 4 EEG activation and athletic performance point, and statistical methods including factors analysis, ANOVA by repeated measure and, multiple regression(hierarchical regression analysis), The results of this study are as follow: First, isokinetic strength increased significantly before acceleration rehabilitation training in 60ยฐ/sec, 180ยฐ/sec(p<0.001). Second, results from pelvic displacement increased significantly before acceleration rehabilitation training in right innominate, sacral ala, illium shadow measurement and, left sacral ala, illium shadow measurement(p<0.001, p<0.01). Third, EEG activation increased significantly before acceleration rehabilitation training in Fp1, F3, F4, C4(p<0.05). Fourth, Athletic performance increased significantly before acceleration rehabilitation training in point(p<0.01). Fifth, order of the importance of athletic performance were isokinetic strength, pelvic displacement, EEG activation.
