However, since the government has maintained a low-burden, low-cost policy due to limited health insurance finances, the guarantee for high-value medical care from cancer or heart disease is relatively weak. Therefore Korea still pays more than 30 percent of its medical expenses for patients, which is very high compared to other advanced countries. In this context, the policy of strengthening health insurance coverage has emerged as a national agenda for each administration. In particular, the government's policy on cancer diseases, which is a high-cost and severe disease, has been strongly pursued. In response, the government gradually reduced the self-burden rate from 30% to 5% by expanding the guarantee rate for cancer diseases. Therefore, this study wanted to examine the Special calculation system introduced as part of the policy for strengthening the health insurance coverage for cancer patients. The government introduced a Special calculation system to reduce the self-burden rate from 10% to 5% in December 2009. And for this reason, this study assumed that comparing before and after the introduction of the policy would have actually reduced the burden of medical expenses. And It also established an assumption that excessive use of medical care would occur because of the reduced burden of medical expenses. Data used in the study were analyzed using national health information data in 2008 and 2011, when it was released on public data portal sites, and using SAS9.4 as a statistical program. In order to prove the hypothesis, the T-test analyzed the inpatient charges, outpatient charges, days of hospitalization, and days of outpatient treatment for all cancer patients without considering the control variables. As a result, the inpatient and outpatient charges were significantly reduced, but the inpatient and outpatient dates were opposite to the hypothesis. In order to confirm the pure effect of the policy, a difference-in-difference analysis was conducted for liver cancer patients with liver cirrhosis as a control group. As a result, the results were identical to the T-test. Through this study, it was confirmed that the Special calculation system had a positive effect on the reduction of medical expenses for patients, and that there was no indiscriminate use of medical care due to the decrease in medical expenses. It can be said that the policy was implemented in accordance with the original purpose of the Special calculation system. However it is true that the financial burden of health insurance has increased due to the policy of strengthening health insurance coverage.     μ˜ν•™κ³Ό/박사[ν•œκΈ€] [영문] Clinical and laboratory investigators have long recognized tachycardia and increased responsiveness to norepinephrine in thyrotoxic man and thyroxin-injected animals. Hoffman et al. (1947), Schneckloth et al. (1953) and Rosenblum et al. (1933) reported that the hemodynamic responses to opinepkrine and norepinephrine was exaggerated in the presence of hyperthyroidism. The physiologic manifestations of hyperthyroidism have been effectively eliminated by sympathetic block, either produced by the subarachnoid injection of procaine (Knight, 1945) or by injection of phenoxybenamine (Ramey et al., 1955). In reviewing the effects of thyroxin on cardiovascular system, Brewster et al. (1956) concluded that the hemodynamic changes of thyrotoxicosis are not the result of the thyroidhormone per se, but rather are due to augmentation of the effects of epinephrine and norepinephrineby thyroid hormones. Although most of the recent studies involving thyroxin failed to illustrate sensitization to norepinephrine by thyroxin (Van Der Schoot and Moran, 1965; Heaa and Shanfeld, 1965), Lee et al. (1965) demonstrated that isolated rabbit atria pretreated with thyroxin were characterized by an increased sensitivity to norepinephrine applied to the muscle bath. The latter investigators concluded that the increased sensitization to norepinephrine was presumed to he caused bychelation of metal contaminants in the nutrient solution. While investigating the cardiac uptake of norepinephrine, it was found that thyroxin significantly inhibited the uptake of norepinephrine. This finding led to undertake this experiment in order to clarify the enhancement of sensitivity of heart to norepinephrine by thyronin. The experiments were conducted on the isolated atria and isolated aortic strips of rabbit The catecholamine content in atria was determined by the spectrophotofluorometric procedure described by Shore and Olin (1958) and the monoamine oxidase activity was determined calorimetrically according to the Procedure of Green and Haughton (1961), using mitochondria prepared from cardiac homogenates in 0.25 M sucrose. Results and Conclusion 1. Thyroxin exerted essentially no effects on the isolated atria and aortic strips from normal rabbits. However, following the administration of thyroxin, the cardiostimulant response of the atria to norepinepkrine was significantly augmented. Similar augmentation of the contractive activity of norepinepkrine was observed in the aortic strip pretreated with thyroxin. 2. Ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid (EDTA), at a concentration of 10**-5M, produced no effects on the isolated atria and aortic strips of rabbits. However, the responses of the atria and aorta to norepinephrine were significantly augmented in the presence of EDTA, similarly as those in the presence of thyroxin. When Thyrode's solution treated with 10**-5M of EDTA was used as the balking fluid, thyroxingenerally failed to enhance the cardiostimulant response of the is Dlated atria and contractive response of the isolated aortic strips to norepinephrine. This results suggest that the augmentation of the activity of norepinephrine is largely due to the supression of autoxidation of norepinephrine through the chelation of metal contaminants in Tyrode's solution. However, in a few instances, thyrokinseems to enhance slightly the cardiovascular activity of norepinephrine even in the presence of EDTA. This appears to indicate that other factors besides the supression of autoxidation of norepinepkrine may participate in augmenting the activities of norepinephrine by thyroxin. 3. The isolated atria from normal and reserpine pretreated rabbits can take up significant amounts of exogenous norepinephrine in vitro. Pretreatment of the atria with thyroxin markedly inhibitedtheir uptake of catecholamine following exposure to norepinephrine. Therefore, the observed enhancement by tkyroxin of the cardiostimulant response to norepinephrine could he at least partly due to the inhibition of cardiac uptake and subsequently to larger amount of exogenous norepinephrine available to act on the adrenergic receptors. 4. Thyrokin possesses no or little inhibitory capacity on the cardiac monoamine oxidase activity. This result excludes the possibility that thyroxin, by inhibiting MAO, protects the norepinephrine from enzymatic inactivation and thus increases the concentration in the heart. From the above results, it may be concluded that thyroxin, when added in vitro to isolated atria and aortic strips, causes an enhancement of the cardiovascular activities of norepinephrine. The enhancement is presumed to be caused largely by chelation of metal contaminants in the nutrient solution and partly by inhibition of cardiac uptake of norepinephrine.restrictio

    A Study on Relationship between General Curriculum and Korean Curriculum

    The primary aim of this paper is to investigate the process and background of the revision of Korean Curriculum in 2011 and to analyze the relationship between General Curriculum and Korean subject Curriculum. Generally, the direction of revision of the Korean Curriculum is decided on a basis of demands both inside and outside the Korean language education. However, in the process of 2011 year-revised Korean Curriculum, external factors including development period, revision period, open recruitment, reduced achievement standards and the adoption of grade-cluster exert a strong influence on revision than inner aspects and logics in Korean language education. As a result, 2011 year-revised Korean Curriculum can not strike a balance between General Curriculum and Subject Curriculum. Korean Curriculum not only observes such guidelines and schedules which are from the General Curriculum, but itself must establish its own principles and fundamentals to revise Curriculum. [영문] This correlation study was attempt to provide the base data that was important to emotional support the families of brain injured patients and to emphasize that the nursing care must involve the patients and their families in the hospital as well as in the community. The specific objectives of this study was to determine the relationship between the condition of brain injured patients and the burden and depression of their families and to identify the other factors which influence the burden and depression of their families . The subjects consisted of 75 patients and families of the patients at Y-University Hospital in Seoul. Data collection was done from November and to: 12nd, 1985, by means of observation and questionnare . The instruments for this study were the PULSES Profile developed by Moskowitz, Index of Independence in Activities of Daily Living (Index of ADL) developed by Katz, the Subjective Burden Scale developed by Zarit, and Beck's De-pression Inventory (BDI). Incidence and Percentage were used to analize the demographic characteristics of patients and their families .Minimum, Maximum, Mean and Standard Deviation were used to analize the variables . And other analyses of data were done by use of T-test, ANOVA, Pearson Correlation, and Partial Correlation. The results of this study were as followes : 1) The demographic characteristics influencing the burden upon the families of brain injured were gender (t=-2.01, p< .05) and degree of education (F=4.129, p< .05). 2) The demographic characteristics influencing the depression of the families of brain injured patients were marrital status (t=-2.09, p<. 05) and degree of education (F=3.613, p<. 05). 3) The only demographic characteristics of patients influencing the burden and depression of the families of brain injured patients was the obligation to support their families financialty, that is, (t=2.07, p<. 05), (t=2.27, p< .05). 4) The demographic characteristics influencing the condition of brain injured patients were duration of hospitalization (t=-2.09, p<.05), age (F=5.649, p< .01) and marrital status (t=-3.16, p< .01). 5) The test of hypothesis: The first hypothesis, "The worse the level of condition of brain injured patients, the higher the level of burden upon their families" was supported. (r=.2392, p< .05) As additional analysis, after control of the obligation to support patient's families financialty, Partial Correlation analysis was done between the condition of brain injured patient and the burden upon their families. The primary aim of this study is related this perspective. That is to say, we are up to discuss comprehension methodology by using grammar knowledge as an example. For this, in this study we examine how the functions of conjunctive endings -dorok and -ge which are used in newspaper texts. Prior this, we counted the number of occurrences of -dorok, -ge and -dorok ha-, -ge ha- within the newspaper texts(chapter 2), Upon investigation, -dorok, -dorok ha- is more frequently used than -ge, -ge ha- and this means that grammatical form -dorok, -dorok ha- is one of the linguistic expressions which make newspaper texts as newspaper-like texts
