[์˜๋ฌธ] This descriptive-correlational study was conducted to examine if there was a relationship between noise level and subjective reaction to noise of inpatient. The purpose of this study was to provide a basic data for comfort of patient hospitalized. The participants were 634 patients who were hospitalized in a korea military hospital and data was collected over a period of 17 days from the 14th of December to 30th of December, 1998. Hospital patients' subjective responses to noise were evaluated with a self-reported questionnaire. Statistical analysis of the data include percentage, t- test, ANOVA, correlation, stepwise multiple regression. The results are summarized as follows; 1) The mean score of noise level was 1.26. Among noise factors reported by the subjects, that which ranked highest was "Noise of cooling-heating equipment system"(2.24). Next were "Noise from dragging"(1.81). 2) The mean score of reaction level to noise was physiological reaction 1.26 and emotional reaction level 1.77. Among physiological reaction to noise reported by the subjects, that which ranked highest was "to disturb hearing"(1.41), "frightening"(1.39), "get tension"(1.39). Among emotional reaction to noise reported by the subject, that which ranked highest was "nervous"(2.0). Next were "to disturb sleep"(1.95), and "to irritate nerve"(1.95). 3) The relationship between perceived noise level of inpatient and reaction to noise was statistically significant(p-value<0.001). The relationship between the level of perceived-noise of inpatient and physiological reaction to noise was statistically significant(p-value<0.001). The relationship between perceived noise level of inpatient and emotional reaction to noise was statistically significant(p-value<0.001). 4) There were significant differences between physiological reaction level to noise, operation Yes or No(p-value<0.05), perception to noise(p-value<0.001), admission periods(p-value<0.05). 5) There were significant differences between emotional reaction level to noise, perception to noise(p-value<0.001).restrictio

[์˜๋ฌธ] Hemolytic disease in newborn (HDN) due to ABO or Rh incompatibility is first reported by Halbrecht (1944) and is a serious problem in the neonate. Fortunately we have very Rh incompatible HDN, because few people are Rhneg. But HDN due to ABO incompatibility is one of the most common causes of severe hemolytic jaundice in Korea. Also the Coombs test is frequently negative in ABO incompatibility. We analyzed 70 infants who were diagnosed as HDN in Severance Hospital, Seoul, Korea from March, 1976 to February, 1981 by means of clinical and laboratory baes. We also detected the immune antibody from O type 36 pregnant women. The results are as follows : 1. ABO incompatible HDN is 57 cases(81.4%) and Rh incompatible HDN is 13 cases(18.6%). 2. There is no significant difference in severity between A group and B group in ABO incompatible HDN. 3. The first born occupy 47.8% of ABO incompatible HDN, one-half having positive family history. Forty-six percent are first born in Rh incompatible HDN but the mother had wxperienced abortion more than one time. 4. The onset of jaundice is most common at 2-3 days after birth in ABO incompatible HDN and 24 Hours in Rh incompatibles. 5. Thirty one cases received exchange transfusion more than one time in ABO incompatibles but only 3 cases received exchange transfusion in Rh incompatibles. 6. The maximum bilirubin value is similar in both types of incompatibles but the number who have minimum hemoglobin (less than 10 gm/dl) value is more in Rh incompatible. 7. Direct Cooms test positive rate is 2.2% in ABO incompatibles and 36.3% in Rh incompatibles. 8. The immune antibody is found to be 72% in anti-A and 53% in anti-B in O type pregnant women. In conclusion, severe hemolytic jaundice, due to blood type incompatibility, is one of the most serious diseases and needs proper treatment, prenatal care and prevention. So there needs to be more sensitive immunoserologic methods such as ether elution Coombs test and diagnosted application to detect the immune antibody from the mother's serum.restrictio
